Save yourself time and frustration and go with a reputable company. But if you do choose to go with this company get all their information in writing before you fork over deposit #1. Yes there is a deposit #2 after your items are on their truck.Honestly a lot what they do would not be so bad of they were upfront and it was expected at the time of scheduling service that way giving you, the consumer, an option to shop around for a better value. But they don’t. They wait until it’s too late for you to anything different. Shady.
I scheduled a pick up with this company and they gave me a time frame for the move. After hours of waiting they called to tell me they had to reschedule me for the following day first thing in the morning. The owner calls to verify thr appointment but also states that workers are showing up late for work.. They tell you the priceis 119 per hour but dont tell you that the price is prorated. So basically they estimate the time it will take them. If they finish sooner you still hsvr to pay for what they assumed. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE EVER USING THIS COMPANY. I dont blame the workers because they are simply workers but as a business owner Travis needs to practice better business skills cause this is totally unprofessional!!
I was recommended to use this company by my co worker. this company did an awesome job with stretch wrapping my items and moving them with care. I have already recommended them to my sister. I really would like to express and thank them for the estimate the gave me they was right on the money. Thanks guys. Id recommend them to anyone.
This company is a pure scam - they will tell you they prefer for you to pay by card then the day of the move they will present you with a contract saying they need cash & if you pay by card they will charge an 11% fee. The owner of this company is a clown. he quoted me under $300 for my move, they ended up charging me above $1k. Save yourself the headache and the money and go with a professional service.
Avoid; do NOT recommend. Unorganized, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and quote is inconsistent with final payments. See attached photos for a detailed review.My move was rescheduled 3 times due to undefined logistics; requiring me to get a hotel and board my dog. Every mistake made by the company resulted in an up-charge for services. Second set of movers came smoking weed and tracked the smell throughout the house. My daughters headphones were stolen by these movers and then replaced once checked about it. Threw out a brand new tv stand! Requested cash only payment of $1100, which was inconsistent with the the quoted price or subject to an 11% service charge for a credit card and threatened to charge more as we were getting the cash on a Sunday! Nickel and dimes you the actual moving day instead of being upfront with quote. I did not have any large items like washer dryer fridge or stove. Was in a 2bdr Townhome. Could not speak with the manager when there are errors in the contract. You play telephone though the movers and receptionist. Had to threaten to call the police to get in contact with the owner to communicate my grievances and my prices back down given the many unprofessional things that occurred. The movers and the receptionist does not have the port to support customers that are having bad experiences.Do not use this company.The fact that the owner argues with its customers on here leaving negative reviews speaks volumes.
Very poor service. Damaged my furniture, and the building, and cost me a lot of money. Not recommend at all. Gary with the only positive review is the owner.
If you trust these guys,you will end up looking for some one else. If you talk to different person, you will hear different answer and you will not be able to schedule a move.I will look for other options.

2021-11-01PLEASE DON’T USE this company save your furniture and yourself from a headache. I wish I hadn’t used them. One of the movers broke my T.V. while picking up the T.V. with his knee. He said the company would take care of repairing or replacing stand. When we got to my new place the driver said the glass kitchen table didn’t make it. Says it broke during transit. I was patient and calm with these people.Months later dealing with Tracey very kind she apologize and acknowledged my patient.Darnell the manager finally brought the glass portion of my table to my home the size was smaller I didn’t complain cause it was going on my patio. I reminded him about the T.V. he took a picture of it and said I would hear from my soon. I waited a couple weeks when I didn’t hear from him I decided to call him and spoke with his secretary advised her my issue and she placed me on hold then said she would call me back. She called me back and said Darnell said he would give me $150 for the damage for the T.V. stand. She advised me to request $150 from him through cash app. So I did and he declined it. I called the following day advised her he declined the cash app request she place me on a hold came back and said he said give her my cash app and he would send it in the next hour.While a couple hours later he request $150 from me on cash app. The next day I called and Darnell answered I advised him of who I was he remembered the situation and said he never toldhis secretary he would pay $150 for damaging the T.V. he said she must’ve said that to calm me down. I advised him I wasn’t coming across angry we changed cash app info. He said there was a $150 deductible for something THEIR EMPLOYEES BROKE. I don’t understand how a company can break peoples stuff and not be responsible. Save yourself a headache continue looking for a moving company don’t stop here. I will also be sharing the horrible experience with the Better Business Bureau. This has to stop. Also $119 a hour for under three hours. How did my bill turn to over $600. I didn’t say anything just paid it. They need to be shut down!!!

2022-04-29Dont use this company or AKA One Moving Solutions or AKA Moving Solutions. Everything went well when I set up the move. Darnell seemed nice and professional. I was told they no longer accepted CC due to customer doing back charges. However, they accept credit cards for $75.00 deposit in case they show up on moving day and you dont use them. While speaking with him I checked the reviews and found ALL of this. I went ahead and booked the service, but after speaking with my BF I called the next day and cancelled. I spoke with Darnell and he said that was fine, but he didnt seem to write anything down, so I sent a follow up email to confirm the cancel. Today I receive an email back saying, F you B I planned on F-ing my B at motor city with that money. I kid you not. I hope his company email was hacked, but based on the previous comments probably not. I froze my credit card the same day that I cancelled, but now Im calling to get a new card. WOW

2022-02-17I was recommended to Moving Solutions by a friend. I am totally happy my friend recommend me to them. We had a little disagreement about the start and stop time. My fuel fee was waived for my satisfaction. The company was willing to work with me. They were very fair and professional.After my move I have read a few of the reviews for this company some were good some were bad from my experience . I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....

2022-02-17I was recommended to use this company. I paid for my mother and father to move. The movers came professional and uniformed. I needed a few beds taken apart and a few more this packed. They did sofor me. I did notice that they start charging you before they even pull off from the truck yard which i didn’t like.Darnel was nice enough to waive my fuel fee. I would recommend them to anyone they were great.

2022-02-08I wish I read the reviews. This company is a total scam. Darnell quoted me a flat hourly rate all-in. I was told my CC would have a $75 hold and the balance deducted after the move and per my review that if I had any delay issues or negative views there would be deductions. When we got to my final location I waited 45mins to be met with a need for cash in hand before my items went into my home with an amount hundreds more.The movers themselves were very polite, communicative, and professional. Up until that point Darnell had been as well. When I called to discuss the misunderstanding, the tone completely changed: I was insulted, yelled over, and completely mistreated. I hung up on Darnell, handed his movers a cash tip and helped them move me in. I couldnt believe the selfish position he had put his team in.Go anywhere else for your moving needs. I wish there was a negative stars option.

2022-02-15I called about five companies before I decided to hire this moving company. They were on time and professional. They explained everything to me on contract. They didn’t have hidden fees. Everything was explained upfront. I definitely will be using them again.

2021-10-09If I could rate in negative stars I would.This company showed up 7 hours late, smelling of weed, damaged my house and furniture, did not move everything they were supposed to, and will hold your belongings in the truck until the move is paid for in full, so I did not see the damage to the furniture until it was too late. The company won’t answer the phone or emails on how I go about filing a claim to help cover replacement and repair costs.

2021-04-10Moving is stressful enough and this company made it 10 times more stressful for me and my family. Scammed me out of $4,000 after they said it would be half that. Sprung it on me last minute when I had no choice but to pay. Unprofessional. They came there with guys they hired off Craig’s list. Then didn’t have a guy to move my stuff at the drop off location. I could go on and on. I was crying the entire moving day because of this awful company. I wish I could give negative stars. Unbelievable.

2021-06-12DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I called the office Tracie answered and set us up for the move. She quoted me $109 per hour, free gas and a$25 fee for going to storage. They came to our place, we helped them with loading. We were very organized, had everything shrieked wrap, bubble wrapped and in tubs. Then when we got to the storage unit, they wanted payment. They wanted $768. They would not unload it until we paid it all. It should of been $575 in all. When I let them know it was way over. They called the office I tried to talk to Darryl. He was very rude and was talking over me and would not let me talk. I should of looked at reviews before using them . I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.
