Omg, everything was totally scrumptious! I’ve never had a potato skin that was the size of a half of a potato 🥔. Everything I’ve tried has been more than enough and truly excellent. By all means stop in and eat. You won’t be unsatisfied!
I have just moved to the area and have been trying out new restaurants. I Stopped in for breakfast on New Years Eve to start off my day! Well I wish I didnt stop here the place is dirty and missed kept paint peeling and falling off walls maybe from a water leak. I ordered there big breakfast my waitress was not attentive and paying attention my place my order as I like my eggs done a certain way in Which she wrote on the ticket the exact way I didnt want them as I described to her she just wasnt paying enough attention to what I was telling her for my order! Pretty much got my breakfast order and it was lukewarm at best! Toast wasnt toasted enough, Bacon wasnt cooked enough hash browns werent cooked enough ham was very fatty the eggs really only thing cooked and overcooked at that! Needs to say it wont be going back here ever again first and last venture here!

Im never disappointed with the quality, freshness and big portions of the delicious food. The veggie omelette came with hash browns and toast, so good, along with several glasses of ice tea, all for less than $10. Love this restaurant ❤️

My friends and I ate lunch at 2 Roses on Friday. The waitresses were friendly and fast with our drinks and food orders. I got a cup of chicken lemon rice soup which was great, not too much lemon. The BLT with turkey on a croissant was really delicious.

Ive been living in this area for 4 years and pass by this establishment all the time, but never stopped in. 2 Saturdays ago the power in my neighborhood went out for about 12 hours and I refused to open my fridge until the power was restored. I was starving, Google searched breakfast near me and this restaurant came up. The reviews were good and the menu looked promising. I called in a breakfast order and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Obviously in this pandemic environment folks are more cautious of trying new restaurants, so I did not want to do a food delivery. i wanted to see the place for myself. Upon entering the restaurant appeared very clean and organized and everyone was wearing masks. Everyone was super friendly, and I tell you what...I was shocked to see the portion size when I got home. I ordered a country bowl/ scramble...I cannot remember the exact name. Wow! there was so much food for the money and the food was delicious! Those seasoned potatoes......yum! Eggs perfectly cooked. Just everything was wonderful. I will have to come here for breakfast more often. This place is a true gem in our community.

I ordered the Strawberry, orange salad and loved it. I ordered it with the Raspberry Vinegret dressing! It was amazing!!! All the food was excellent! Our waitress was fantastic and she was Albanian!!! We loved her! Wish it was close to where we lived so we could go there often!!
I ordered a patty melt here three days ago they should be absolutely ashamed of them selves the meat they gave me. It was hard dry and smelled terrible like it had been sitting in the steam table for two or three days. I will never be back because if they do that with this they’ll do it with something else to and I’m not trying to get poisoned.

Low-priced ethnic diner/ breakfast place with cheerful, welcoming staff and a menu with many many choices. Many choices of comfort food like Coney dogs, fish and chips, meatloaf, lasagna. Also Mediterranean fare like chicken kabobs, gyros, lemon rice soup and pitas and much more. Many salads to choose from. Good solid breakfast fare w many choices including breakfast skillets or bowls and omelettes. They dont offer top-quality Jewish deli corned beef (who does at an inexpensive family restaurant?) but its still a very tasty corned beef and Swiss cheese omelette. Theyre fine w special requests to orders.Til today I never had an incorrect order or mediocre food. But this time the cook forgot to put double cheese I ordered in my omelette and only put a minimal amount of extra bacon in my companions breakfast skillet.Good place to meet friends and family, or to bring of town visitors for a hearty breakfast or comfort food. Outdoor seating is a nice option in good weather.
The food was really good. I had a coney and an omelette. Service was great, also. If you ask for something, youre not waiting forever to get it. The only reason why I took off one star is because the place really needs a face- lift. There are these hanging, wavy panels from the ceiling that are gross. It looks like a failed attempt at doing 3D clouds. To me, it looks like a really awful spackle job over blue paint. Being an artist, the eating space matters to me. Hopefully they can make the space match how good their food and service is!
Stopped in for breakfast. WOW!! Best breakfast I’ve had in a while. Great coffee, super fresh eggs delicious homemade tasting sausage and very friendly wait staff!! Will definitely be back and bring friends next time!!
This is a family restaurant. A lot of warm comfort food. A nice extensive menu. Very reasonable prices. Friendly wait staff. Went with our group of 12 and they were able to put a table together to seat us. A variety of items were ordered and everybody was happy. They were even able to provide individual bills which lot of places wont do for a group this size.
Always delicious, every meal, every bite anytime. Fair prices. Great service. Amazing greek lemon soup, omelettes, Benedicts, salads etc.

At first i thought it was just another coney island style restaurant, i found out they add their own personal mediterrenian style touch to the menu, making the usual expectations, unusually fun and tasty. I had never heard of this place but it popped up on Door Dash when I was searching for breakfast. I ordered the florentine eggs benedict with hashbrowns and berry crepes. Wow! Both were delicious! The crepe filling was phenomenal! Definitely the best crepes Ive had. Ill have to visit them once the COVID-19 situation is over, until then, Ill have to try their lunch and DEFINITELY order breakfast again!

This is a family style restaurant. It met my expectations for the kind of restuarant it is. Im vegetarian and they had at least 2 vegetarian options not including salads. A panini and a wrap. Bot looked good. I got the panini and was pleased with it. We were there in the early afternoon after the lunch rush. The service was fast and friendly. No complaints, Id be happy going back again.
Our group was meet with smiling faces and quick refills on drinks. The breakfast specials were really inexpensive. I ordered two eggs, two bacon, hash browns and toast for under $4! It was cooked to order and delicious.

Almost went to Mc Donalds for breakfast then spotted this place. It cost less in the long run and lots more food. Very nice experience. Smiling and helpful staff. Fast service. Plentiful food. The menu is akin to a Greek coney Island. The food quality was good and the prices were fair. Their cheese fries used nacho cheese instead of just a slice of cheese. The high ceilings made the place feel open.
Our breakfast was perfect, plenty of food and the price was right. We were in a hurry and she got us out the door on time. A lovely, clean and quaint place for everyday dining.
We go there relatively often. The food is wonderful and the owner and servers are super nice. Freshly breaded mushrooms and potato skins are made daily and are amazing!
This is my third revision of this restaurants review. The 2 Roses restaurant is an official family favorite. Breakfast and dinner are the most popular hours and these chefs know how to cook! From crisp bacon to perfection pancakes, you might end up eating too fast!The portions are perfect and the prices are fair. Sat-Sun breakfast specials are good until 2pm! Say hi to Edvon for me!

Me and my girlfriend went up here for a quick little dinner and we had some great food and some great conversation with the waitress and we tried a couple of different things she had like this strawberry chicken salad and was pretty good and I had like this noodle thing and it had chicken in it and it was really good so they have a huge menu so dont take any undecisive people with you but like the stuff that theyre really good at theyre really good I had also some dessert so we tried the cheesecake and the cherry cobbler and it was a very good

Constant homeless people pandering you for money, owners here question if youre going to buy any food rather than say hello, sneakers hanging on the phone wires, arab liquor store owner has more guns than the national guard. The swat team shows up to a domestic abuse call, I could go on for hours. Nothing to do with what color you are.

Farmington Diner is way better. Slow service. Dirty dishes on table when they sat us. My wife got sick.

2022-03-04The strawberry and banana crepes were delicious. Could have been cooked just a tad bit more, nevertheless it was still delicious and the fruit was nice and fresh. I also had a side of bacon, which was cooked very hard and crispy, but it was still edible. My server was ok, she checked on me once. Other than that I really didn’t see her.

2022-05-16The food was very good. Staff is friendly. Ate breakfast here a few times and everything I had was delicious. Havent had lunch or dinner but expect that it will likely be good. When Im visiting family in the area this is the go to spot. Highly recommend. If its busy be patient and youll be well taken care of and get a good meal!

2022-05-12This place is fantastic! Found it by googling a restaurant near my husbands doctors office. We were wowed by the friendly servers AND the delicious food. The poached eggs in my Florentine Benedict were cooked to perfection. My husband satisfied his sweet tooth with the strawberrycheescake pancakes. They were packed on Mothers Day. The servers bussed their own tables and seated everyone as promptly as possible. Our food came in a surprisingly speedy manor and just as delicious as ever. We drive a little distance just to eat there and will continue to do so. We want to try eating dinner on their outdoor patio one day soon. 10 stars if we were able!

2022-06-23Nice place to eat breakfast or lunch.. Nothing too special about it, but very nice staff and food is decent. If you’re looking for an affordable place to eat, nice atmosphere, not too upscale, then this is a great place to be. I like most about this diner is it very family orientated.. When I went I had the strawberry topped waffles and hash brown with veggies.. The hash browns were really good and the waffle was ok outside of the strawberry purée they had on it.. Rather disgusting if you ask me.. They should just have strawberries and syrup would do the trick. Honestly, I might of enjoyed it more. Overall, cool food, nothing fancy, nice environment, clean and good service!

2020-10-30Standard diner fare with great service. Food is fresh and fairly priced. The vegetable fiesta omelette and omelette with chilli are decent. Hash and potato tots are great! French toast with cream cheese filling and strawberries is excellent for a fair price. Overall: no complaints!

2022-04-14Yesterday we visited 2 Roses after a couple of years on the recommendation of our friends. We were celebrating our daughters birthday...for breakfast! Or food selections were OUTSTANDINGLY delicious. A big man egg, 3-meat, hash browns and toast; a biscuits and gravy; and a cannnoli Frenche toast. All were served quickly and were very, very tasty. Plus, the servers brought my daughters with a candle in it! To make things even better, the cost was very reasonable. It was a delightful morning. Highly recommended.

2021-05-03Very nice, fast service, great variety! Staff is on top of everything but not rushed. Good was great! Outside dining available. I heard the wait-staff ask a patron entering if he would like a highchair or booster right away. I would have posted the food but I ate it too fast lol!

2022-04-15Waitress was very rude, and there were issues with pricing that she didn’t seem to care about. Food was over cooked and remade then undercooked fry’s still raw. Explained to her and she didn’t care at all. Needless to say me and my family won’t be back to dine in. I’ve been coming here for about a year but I don’t like rude staff especially in front of my kids, now I don’t believe the customer is always because I do work in the food industry but I didn’t touch the fry’s because they were simply nasty and not even offered to take off bill just attitude. Highly disappointed ☹️
