I really love this store but once or twice Ive bought some severely used clothing from the clearance rack. ( food stains and other stains I shall not mention) The better, if not last of the stores like this around just pay attention to the condition of the items your purchasing.

Been here a few times and had a very nice experience with the employees, Very welcoming & helpful & professional, They have some cute clothes for decent prices & great quality, I would recommend all my friends & family to shop at 5-7-9!

The staff was awesome and helpful I just went earlier this week I actually went back and took my daughter the same day. The selection is great but the bags are so freaking awesome so pretty. Long story short we will be back

Would it kill the ladies to speak . Five girls on the floor and I have to wait at the counter ?! Only words spoke to me is my total . Go next door to rue21and the staff is fighting each other to say hello and help. Must do better , multiple customers mentioned the difference while I was checking out at Rue , it was very noticeable

The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The manager smell like weed and and gave me an attitude when I try to return a pair of $20 jeans that I had only worn for 2 hours and then realize they didnt fit. The staff didnt even take a second to listen to my situation or see that the jeans were in good condition. I dont care about the return, all I ask for is a little bit of respect and kindness. I worked in customer service for eight years and the staff here have no sense of how to treat a customer. This place is gross and dirty I will not be back and will not shop at another 5.7.9 store. Ill also be submitting a complaint to corporate for the behavior I experienced and the lack of hygiene from the staff.

I normally cant find anything like pants or shorts wise to fit my size hips and I found some very cute shorts that actually fit me and I actually got a couple pairs for me and my young relative with the same problem so I love it 🖤💜

Terrible experience. They didn’t want do refund to my apple card because “it’s not real money” but somehow it was real money when i purchased. Girls are very rude and pretentious.

The racks are so tightly packed together you can hardly move. Im pretty small but still couldnt move around in there without thinking I was going to knock off things from their hangers. The employees arent helpful. Not only was I not greeted, but I wasnt spoken to once. I was in there looking for a black dress. Pretty simple request, but its pretty hard to find things in this store and I wasnt asked by any staff if I needed help. I happened to wander by the front desk where all the staff were congregating and talking and it was like all the sudden they clammed up and didnt want me to hear what they were saying. I felt genuinely uncomfortable and unwanted here.
