Thank you 800 New Look for our new roof in one day. Thank you for pursuing me and helping me through the insurance process, as it takes me a long time to make decisions. 7 men tackled my roof that ended up having 2 layers of shingles on it. It was a long day, but they pushed through and did a fantastic job.
800 New Look is a wonderful company with a fantastic staff who was knowledgeable, polite, and experienced. They were very accommodating to me as I was going through a divorce and set up a payment plan for me to pay off my bill at an appropriate monthly amount that worked best for me. I would recommend anyone to have their roof redone to call and hire 800 New Look.
Brian did a great job for us. The crew was very professional, started on time, finished on time and the roof looks fantastic! They did a great job cleaning up including all the nails. Brian gave us a very competitive bid on the job. I couldnt be happier with the job that 800-New Look did for us, I highly recommend this roofing company.

Having a new roof installed can be a very stressful process, but 800 New look made us very comfortable through out the process and were transparent. My husband and I are so fortunate that we met Brian Mussen from 800 New Look. We had wind damages to our roof. We started the process of searching for a good contractor to fix the roof. We were not impressed with the first call. So, we called 800 New Look, and we are glad we did. Brian came by our house explained the whole the process. We were very pleased with all aspects of our roof installation. Melisa did a great job with sales, the installation was started and completed in one day, AND the clean-up was very thorough! We already gave the company information to our neighbor! They checked back with us frequently to see if we were happy customers.
Had another company come out first for hail damage to my roof. First company had me contact my insurance company and they came out stating only one side needed repairing. I let the first company know i was only repairing one side and they never called me back. 1800 new look came out and even though it was not a major money maker they did the job professionally and in 1 day. I highly recommend them.
800 New Look is an excellent company! They worked directly with our home insurance company during the entire claim process to help us get our hail-damaged roof replaced. Everything went quite smoothly...including the actual roof replacement, which only took one day from start (tear off of the old damage roof) to finish (installation of the new roof). Highly recommend this company. They replaced our roof due to hail damage. Representative was knowledgeable and helped us to select the best materials for the job, worked with our insurance company to get the claim processed and quickly completed the job. Workmen were very competent, completed the job rapidly, and were extremely careful to clean up the site after each days work.
Had bad hail storm last July. Joel knocked on my door and notified me of the extensive jail damage to my very old roof. From that point on, 800 new look took over virtually every step from start to finish. Great communication, great crew for the install, management even had a 6 month battle with my insurance to ensure I didnt pay a dime. Would recommend them to all. A++
Joel at new Look and his team were absolutely awesome. They took care of everything with the insurance company, were prompt in their communication and in the end the roof looks great. I would highly recommend the team at 800 New Look if you have any damage from the latest storms or in the future.
800-New-Look took care of getting us a roof in quick time. They got us an insurance claim when we probably wouldnt have been able to do it ourselves. The work was good quality and excellent cleanup. Only things - two bathroom vents, or roof caps, were not hooked up. Also, the people who replaced the gutters (a separate company contracted by 800newlook) left a mess of sharp cut metal all over, and should have caulked the nail holes from the nails they pulled out of the fascia.
It was a pleasure working with the owners, the office staff & the roofers of 800 -New Look. They displayed professionalism and expertise at all levels!!! The owners and office staff were always available if we had any questions. The roofers were efficient and genuinely showed respect for our property during the tear down of our old roof and the installation of the new roof.Every step of the roofing installation was done to perfection. New Look installed replacement asphalt roofing on my dads house and garage to repair damage from a hail storm. They made the process easy, handling all the insurance paperwork and getting the work done promptly. They returned to correct a flashing issue, and all is now well.
Tom the sales guy was very responsive throughout the entire process. The crew knock out our roof (70 squares) in 2 days. I was equally impressed with the clean up. It got messy, but when we came home at the end of the day it was though they were never there. Overall very happy with 800-New-Look!

My husband and I received multiple quotes to have new gutters installed on our home. Simply getting a contractor to call you back to schedule an estimate is difficult, let alone them showing when they said they would. 800 New Look was immediately available and on time. Their quote was competitive, and they regularly followed up with us, answered our questions, and were very open to our ideas and suggestions for the new gutter layout. Many of the other contractors essentially told us what they were going to install and that was it, no further discussion. 800 New Look took the time to listen and really worked with us. We had a really good experience with 800-New-Look. Big help with the insurance, everything they told us was spot on! We did have a few issues with the sub contractor that they hired to do the work, but they handled the issues quickly and were very proactive in the entire process. I called 1-800 new look when I found soggy boards on my roof and after a branch damaged my sisters. 1-800 new look was very quick to act on my roof because the felt they could reap an insurance claim. Matt and Brock were top notch when dealing with the insurance and myself (5 star service from these fellas).The problems arose when 1-800 new look could not provide a competitive quote for my sisters. The owner of the company repeated they werent able to compete, but I should go with their quotes both with my insurance (over 50% higher than competitor) and my sisters out of pocket work (over 30% higher than competitor).Long story short. After an irrational high and mighty speech, You should go with our product despite not being competitive because its the right thing to do, regardless if our contract is illegal and unenforceable, do the right thing.... I offered to pay whatever Kurt found reasonable his time to be (the owner of the company).He found the retroactive opportunity cost of exorbitantly quoting two roofs and a complementary tarp patching of a 6-8 hole to be $500. In my view this is a text book Indian giving and speaks volumes of how a company conducts their business.The other 3 contractors I had quote our roofs happily quoted without charge (all at lower prices for both roofs and comparable offerings) and were very understanding when I told them my reasoning for not choosing them.All things being equal, I kept 1-800 new look at the forefront of my considerations even delaying my decision by over 3 weeks for them to return a quote for my sisters non-insurance job.I am now glad to be going with another vendor. If anything unexpected came up Im sure I would be paying through the nose.
I did a roof replacement to a new one, from the initial contact to completing the work, it was very easy and seamless to work with these folks. They were very professional in their approach and the work was excellent. Thanks Matt and the entire work crew.
I had wind damage to my roof which then caused drywall tape to peel on the inside. I called these guys first and glad I did. They came right out, patched the roof and started on the estimates and insurance claim. The insurance only wanted to fix 1/2 the roof but New Look was right on the roof with the adjusters and fought to get the whole thing done. The insurance cut me a check for everything right on the spot! I got a new 50 year roof, the interior fixed and even paid a little extra to have my 10x10 shed re-roofed as well. These guys really know how to get the job done!
3 years after the work was completed on my roof I began having issues with the flashing. Kurts installers came out with-in a few weeks of notifying them and took care of the problem. This is a great company to do business with!
New Roof InstalledA new roof was installed on my house, garage and barn in a little more than one day. It was hard to believe how fast and what a quality job they did. From insuring there was no damage to the house to making sure the roof boards were sound, to stripping the shingles with no damage to my flowers, to installing quality shingles and underlayment, to cleanup it was top quality. The salesman, Tom Panek even came by afterwards to make sure I was happy. The workers worked very fast and hard, making sure it was done correctly at every step. The workers were friendly, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend them.
We recently needed a new roof due to weather damage. They made the process really easy from start to finish. They were always on time. Our roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.
Called 1800NewLook after the 2017 spring windstorm where we had some damage/missing shingles on our roof. The insurance company only wanted to cover a small portion of the damage, but Brain and Dave had argued with the insurance company until they seen the whole roof needed to be replaced.The sub-contractor that completed our roof had damaged some of the vertical vinyl corner pieces and was very wasteful with some of the roofing supplies, so much so they didn’t have any leftover shingles to leave for any possible future repairs and threw away brand new roof vents into the dumpster. After bringing these issues to 1800NewLook’s attention, they have since fired that sub-contractor and fixed the vinyl corner pieces (Thanks to Bill and his crew) and the roof looks great.The only negative comment I have to say about 1800NewLook is that their communication could be better with customers and within their own company.
Horrible company, was not upfront about price. Will never deal with them again. Save yourself money and go with another company.

We had water leakage that caused damage to our ceiling. Steve came right out and took a look at the problem. Steve went out of his way to get the issue resolved. Brian was so very helpful as well today.

2021-12-11800 new look replaced our roof in 2012We have been having problems such as holes in multiple spots of the roof, missing shingles, mold, critters living in the attics.All valleys are messed up, rotted wood in the attic, insulation is wet. Shingles aren’t sealed in fact if we go in the attic you see light beaming thru the holes in the roof in multiple areas of the roof.This past year water started leaking more and more we have to put buckets and towels to collect the water leaking in our family room. reached out to the company numerous times have logs of the times and text messages pictures and videos of the damage done. Each time they came out they blamed it on something other than their work.The last couple of times their rep realized they can’t keep lying the damage was too much as my husband followed him into the attic the water was leaking in the house when he was here we got the picks and video which they also have. After multiple phone calls after the last visit the owner Brian came out to see it he said he promised to be back on two occasions but never showed up.

2021-09-22I had a great experience with Matt and the team from New Look. I hired them to do a full re-deck and new roof on my house. I spent a ton of time calling around for estimates and landed on these guys based on their thorough initial inspection, online reputation, and competitive quote. The whole job was done in a day (prolonged a bit only due to bad weather) and Im very happy with how it turned out. Ive already hired them to come back and replace metal trim and gutters in the near future. Absolutely recommend this company.

2021-05-28Amazing and very nice people. Work was done on time and they did a very great job. We had damage on our roof and it was leaking, they replaced our roof. All the employees are very helpful and nice. It was done on the time frame they told us. When they were done it looked like nothing happened here! All got cleaned up super fast!

2021-12-28I called Matt to inspect our roof leaking. He and his colleague came to us on the same day to inspect it and found some shingles are missing due to wind and hail. They are very professional to work with.They did an outstanding job for completing our roof. They also help coordinating with insurance company.

But 800-NEW-LOOK made this otherwise huge project a thing of the past, and took care of everything. They were courteous, quick, provided quality work, and our home looks great!
