Comment: Because this storage company is privately owned you dont have kids for managers always telling you that theyll find out when their district manager gets back to them sometimes in a couple of days. No. This management is professional and can deal with any requests changes upgrades special situations you can come up with on the spot. Only after renting from the big corporate companies can I tell you from experience customer service here goes way above and beyond what all the others only wish they could be.

Comment: Storage unit got broken into and A1 storage management didn’t have any footage of it. We need the footage to hand it over to the police for the police report. And we also got stuck in there very old elevator for two hours. Bad experience

Comment: Renu is just an awesome person all around. MY cousin and I needed a moving van last minute she had it! Called so many places and finally the 1st place we called was the go-to. Definitely the family owned place to go. Best pricing on milage around too!!

Comment: The place is dirty. The staff is friendly, but the owner is rude, extremely rude and arrogant. They have a lot of cameras, which is good, and management resides on premises. They do not have enough help to maintain, or clean the place. This is the fault of the owner. The Security there is good though.
