I would recommend this facility to all of my friends and family if they ever need to rent a unit for their items. Its safe and clean, I have never felt uneasy about anything regarding this location. The management is excellent as well and works hard to accommodate you if there is anything at all that you need. The prices are great as well! The unit, though the same 5x5 I used at Public Storage seemed just a little roomier, cleaner and with better access. Customer service was stellar: simple and easy with a pin# that you create yourself so its easier to remember. Got a personal tour by Dean who was ready and willing to answer any and all questions, leaving no space for confusion. The process is simple and made me glad I left Public Storage!

And all the while being a professional, authoritative and exemplary employee. The property here is absolutely the cleanest facility I have ever seen. Everywhere you go in this entire place smells wonderful. The way the property and security system is set up, coupled with the eagle eye of the property manager... Comment: I dont think Dean could have made this process any more easy. I had signed up, and paid, online so I just needed to go sign my agreement and buy a lock. Dean walked me through the coding process, walked me to my unit, and even swept it out. I would highly recommend A-1 Storage for any of your storage needs!!

Not only did Dean help me find an affordable option with everything that I needed (climate control and reliable security) but he has been there for me every step of the way since. He goes above and beyond to help me and always treats us as tenants with kindness and genuine care. He is one of the best people I know and makes storing at A-1 a very satisfying experience. Comment: I dont know about office managers at other A-1 Storage facilities, but at this location in HB, Office Manager Dean, truly cares for his customers and their experience. The facility is always clean and everything functions perfectly from gates opening, lights working, to carts rolling smoothly, which meets or satisfies my expectations. However, Dean goes beyond that and finds ways to create customer loyalty. I dont visit to often but he always seems to know who I am and treats me as a person and not just another monthly rental. Ive unknowingly tripped the alarm in my unit and he professionally and respectfully informed me of the procedure. He has also gone the extra mile to help me resolve billing issues and Ive seen him passionately handle special request from other long time tenants. The way Dean takes care of his clients is what has kept me here for many years.

Comment: I wanted to take some time out to write a review for A-1 Self Storage in Huntington Beach, and to acknowledge the great service that it provides to its customers. First of all, I am a returning customer with the last 10 years. I recently sold my house and needed a storage unit. I drove to A-1 on a Sunday and was able to rent a unit via the kiosk. I had remote assistance from the San Diego office where the customer service rep helped me through the process. The very next day, Dean called me to see how my experience was. I replied AMAZING! I remembered Dean from the first time that I rented space and he was just as kind and courteous from my first experience. I truly believe that A-1 Huntington Beach is clean, secure and the rules and guidelines are straight forward. I feel like I can get to things whenever I need them. These types of things shouldnt go unnoticed; from my opinion, its clear that customer service is Dean and A-1 Self-storages number one priority. Comment: I want to help other auction buyers be aware that this storage hides the true contents of their auctions. I was showed different contents but it turned out to be mostly old wood and pillars.Ive attached a few photos of the true contents of the storage.
