Good customer service. They did check tire pressure and brought up the air filter, didnt need to be replaced yet. Didnt check lights or wipers.Price was in line with other shops. They do top off fluids between oil changes for free. Taking our other vehicle there soon.
I had brought my car and both my parents cars for an oil change here. I have one word to say about the customer service. Outstanding. Oil changes are almost the same price everywhere you go, but you will not receive the experience you receive here anywhere else. They are all genuine down to earth people who are honest about what you need where you need it and when you need it. They really took care of me. Phenomenal service. They work fast and professionally. This is my go to oil change from now on.
Great service. Oil change and wiper blades needed. Vacuumed leaf debris from ledges under hood. Detailed engine. Checked and topped fluids. All in short order by pleasant staff. Reasonable price.
Great service! Ive been getting my oil change there for years. Even moved to Chicago but when I was in town I would always go there and get it done.
These guys are amazing here. I have taken all my vehicles here and even family vehicles here. I recommend them to everyone who ask. They are alway extremely nice and tell you everything that you need to know. I just bought a car and the next day. I took it to them and they checked everything out for me and we honest and told me the dealer had already done a oil change. They even said to bring it back in 2 weeks and they will recheck it for me to make sure everything still looks good. So if you want great honest service this is the only place you should be going. Mixed review. I visited this place today for the first time. The workers were great, very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I received an oil change. However, once one of the workers told me i would need to pay $30 instead of $19.99, i inquired by asking why is it more money, i thought it was going to cost $19.99 for an oil change. I received the response different kind of oil is needed. I said okay, is that because of the kind of car i have. The worker said yes and then begin to thoroughly explained the oil change cost and what kind of oil my car needs and the benefits. However the owner then came over and was very nasty and aggressively speaking to me, he said do u want it or not, do u want it done or not, just close her hood, shes leaving, open the door now, she can go, were not doing it. I said yes i would like the oil change, i just wanted to understand the price difference. All of the workers were so kind and understood that and said were doing her oil change. And even apologized for the actions i received. I said its ok. Paid and thanked them for their kindness, professionalism and excellent service. The building looked nice, workers were great and the service from the workers was great= 5 star! However i cant recommend this place of business due to the owners conduct.
It was my first visit to this facility. I met the owner Alex who was actively involved in operations, professional, and courteous. They did a great job and were very quick. I plan on on using this business for routine maintenance going forward.
I would not recommend you letting anyone in this place touch your vehicle. PERIOD!!!! I went to get an oil change and they were charging $10 extra dollars to remove the plate to drain the oil. Then I was told that my skid plate was damaged. They also told me that the bolts were damaged and the plate could not be removed to change my oil. All of this was not true!! All lies!!! I went to another very reliable oil change place in Canton and they told me there was absolutely no damage on my vehicle. And I paid less with much better service.
I came here to get an oil change and turns out i didnt need one since i lost my previous sticker and wasnt sure. They told me my oil was still very clean and still full. They still checked all my fluids and my tires and were very friendly and honest. It was my first time here and i wont go anywhere else again. Most other shops would of did the oil change and i wouldnt have ever known. They are great come try them out👍👍
Fairly quick. Left and had to go back, oil change due light still on.. called ahead and coworkers were nasty to each other. Upon arrival they were just as nasty. Left feeling uncomfortable with service. Also not sure why paying with cash is cheaper then debt card by a good amount.. Do not anticipate going back..
Guys here are cool. Came for an oil change, they didnt try to upcharge me on anything.The guy that changed my oil, Moe (if Im not mistaken) educated me more on going to different oil change places, and making sure that if I go anywhere to request to see the filter (never was taught that, so I never did). Mine was extremely bad. Quick in and out. Thanks. Will be coming here again when its time.
This place is great! Today I went to go get an oil change and thanks to their super kind employees, they found mold in my air filters. When I got the car I did not check them and it turns out I still had the original one from 2002! I was so disgusted and embarrassed. I admitted to them that I dont know much about cars and they took the time to completely describe everything to me and hooked me up with a new filter immediately. I live in Taylor but for their wonderful service, I will take the drive every time!
Ive been here a few times but as of late. They have not been doing a good job. The last time i went no more then a day later my car leaked oil.I had to go to the dealrship to get it done correctly. I will not be returning for oil changes.
Extremely attentive to detail, and very friendly staff with a welcoming environment. They alerted me of all the issues/potential issues I may have with my vehicle and were not pushy about sales whatsoever. 5/5 stars -- would recommend, and Ill be coming back again in the future!
I have been going here for years! Being a female is tough sometimes in the automotive world. They have never made me feel clueless about my cars. The thing I love the most is, they dont try to up sell! Very quick & friendly! I have had 0 problems since patronizing A & A! Keep up the great work guys!
Went to get oil change and they got it in wrong places now my car is ruined and I need a whole new motor and when I told them they said well you don’t have proof it’s from us I honestly would not recommend so me and my family will never come back and neither will anyone at my business
I arrived today for an oil change but was told that they could not change my oil because my car was over a quart low. I paid them to top off the oil and left. I drove down the street then realized they never put my oil cap back on my car! I ended up at a MUCH better shop who completed the oil change and power washed the oil that was all over under my hood. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if they can not remember to put the oil cap back on the car!
Great service! First time in this shop. People seemed nice enough. They didnt push me to buy anything I didnt want to, like my it filter probably needs changed, but I would rather wait for now. And they were fine with that.

These guys are great!!!!! AL was the guy that did my breaks and rotors for a killer price, plus tires my 07 camry is running brand new. I will see you guys next oil change very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions for you. Also the pit guy tony will tell you if you have leaks and where there coming from.
Ive been exclusively taking my car to the dealership for maintenance and oil changes, but I finally realized how much I was getting ripped off. Took it here today instead, and I couldnt be happier with the great service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. I know where Ill be taking my car from now on! =)

We got our oil changed there a month ago, ran into a problem immediately following that on a trip and are now replacing an engine. We had to identify whether it was the shop or another issue. Although it was difficult to communicate with them what was going on, I found one person I could connect with, be heard and keep them updated. The problem did not occur with the shop. Legally, you have to use a licensed mechanic to look into your engine if there is a problem. We had a great one and the shop was relieved to hear the news.
This is the ONLY shop I go to have my oil changed and they do an outstanding job every time! They are very informational and show you all of your filters. Very friendly and very affordable! Go get the job done right at A and A lube!
This place is great. The oil change is incredibly quick and the staff is friendly. They make solid useful recommendations but dont ever try to force anything on you. Highly recommended.

They changed my oil quickly, gave me a good price, and didnt try to upsell me. They even changed a bulb that burnt out at the cost of the bulb. Awesome!

Poor customer service. I went to get my oil changed , it didnt appear that the job was complete. I asked before I left was everything okay. Was assured that it all was well. Drove off car felt weird. Went back a guy with a terrible attitude was very rude, called someone else over saying he didnt have time for this. They tried to tell me that the sensor just wasnt reset. Asked for a video of them doing the work it was refused. Went somewhere else to get my vehicle looked at they said it was half done. Which I figured because there was another vehicle there and mine didnt seem to get proper attention. I am sure they just waved me off because I was a female. They figured I didnt know what the heck I was talking about. Couldve caused me major repair issues. NEVER AGAIN

Watch what they do....they are known to not top off the fluids, check tire pressure and scam people on oil changes......as in not changing the oil properly and not adding enough! On top of the fact they are very arrogant!!

2022-04-30Service was ok. Up sell charges are outrageous. $25 to top off my rear differential fluid is insane. I was told the differential fluid was low however the service checklist indicated it was full additionally the checklist stated they checked to wiper blades and they were ok. The techs never touched the wiper blades. Very unprofessional and unethical. I will never be going back.

2022-01-21I have been coming here a few years now. I really like the guys there. Always friendly and helpful. Sadly my last visit sucked under the new management. The other guys no longer are there. The man was rude that changed my oil and even talked down on the last guys that were there.

2021-10-07Honestly in the car now and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend just off of vibes. Plus I don’t feel like I’m being screwed over. Reasonable pricing and I get a sense they are an honest body shop. I usually go to Hyundai and do a full service but I desperately need oil and they were great. I’ll be back to change my oil here!

2022-01-03The new ownership is a downgrade! The staff aggressively tries to upsell, and offer things that arent needed. They try to approach it as giving you knowledge, and making sure you know how your car works. DO NOT buy into that. They are just trying to make more money off of you.The guy was supposed to be running prices for us, and and before we had even made a decision he put a sticker for the miles with synthetic oil. Claiming our specific vehicle only takes that oil, and anything less will destroy our engine. Another man proceeded to tell us we needed to flush our coolant, because it was boiling. When we know that is not true. Its disgusting how people can be so low, to try to scam people. We will not be coming back here again.

2020-02-22My wife hooked me on this place. 12 minutes for an oil change. Great job, they dont over sell you. They actually encourage you to not get screwed over by other places with great suggestions.The reason cash is a few $$ cheaper is because card merchants charge businesses usually 3%. They are just smart. Great service, wont be taking my car anywhere else.
