Best place for balloons! Im a twister, but they have party balloons, too. They carry better quality balloons than you will find anywhere else.

2022-05-17They have the best brands, good prices; but it’s almost impossible searching on their page, it gives me a headache, please update that website and order the products so it can be easier for us. Not even with the code on the catalog the items can be found.

2021-03-11I did order something more than 2 months ago nothing came and still waiting for refund.... I did like their selection, I just don’t get it how it takes so long to be ship? Also they said is been refund when I talk to my bank twice and have all bank statements and still nothing. I usually don’t write bad reviews but Iplaced the order in December2020!!! Is March 2021

2021-08-11Not treating the customers with honor/ fairBeen a customer for 10 years and 70 percent of the time was not treated nice by certain employees 2 nd time I complained. In 10 yrs. Employees need to be retrained in the area of customer satisfaction techniques.and how to treat people in fairness.

2018-01-26Shipping was CRAZY expensive! And I live in Michigan! Shipping was cheaper from a wholesaler in Maryland!!! I will shop there from now on! I would not recommend getting products from them online AT ALL!

2017-11-30Terrible customer service. No follow through, I was constantly told different things from different people. I finally talked with a manager (a month later) who was completely rude and could care less to make the situation better. Take your business elsewhere!

2018-06-08Poor service. Every time we go there is an issue. Accounting never has updated records or bills are not submitted on time and they then, they want to hold our service/equipment for non-payment. If there werent so many limited options, we would not return.
