Her colleague Jordan was super nice as well! It made my whole experience so much better! Heather was so sweet and she made me feel right at home. I hope I go to her for any future auto stuff. She is truly the best!

Comment: Went there to renew our 3 car registrations. The staff were awesome and took great care of us. Seriously didn’t expect things to go so smooth. I messed up filling out the forms for the DMV. They helped me fill it out correctly, no problem. Left very happy with the servise. Honestly, there were some really grumpy customers there and there was a line with about a 30 minute wait. But the staff were awesome. I was very impressed. I would just avoid late afternoon when they are the busiest.

Comment: We went there to pay our car tags. The person who took our information. Said you don’t take ATM we have to use cash, check, or credit card or they will charge us a fee. First of all our ATM card has a Visa logo, so it could be used as a credit card. I spoof arguing with the person. We went and got cash. When we got back they announced that, their computer’s went down. So not only were we put out of our way th get cash, we hit back and stil couldn’t get out transaction done!!! Aside from that the person checking us in.asked in a kind of accusatory tone said. “Do you.have your smog done.!” I have been a member since 1984. And I gas e never been more disappointed in AAA in my life!!

This AAA branch is great if you don’t like waiting in lines, but the customer service is a hit and miss some of the people are good but the lady I had today made me sit for 30 minutes and then I had to go up and talk to her and ask her if she was going to call me and she’s like no you got a call this number and pay for your insurance and check in with the front desk again which is crazy because I just checked in with the front desk and all this confusing information very confusing all I want to get is my temporary driving permit I have insurance with AAA I don’t understand why they can’t just look it up in the system and they make me go to a different section and then wait and then don’t tell me what’s going on so basically she told me I have to contact the DMV now. I just walked out and left I’ll be driving my car with expired Registration and I guess I have to call the DMV now to figure out how to get a temporary driving permit or pay for my insurance which I’ve already had and been paying for years.. very confused wish she was more helpful don’t know her name but it was a black lady.... i’ll let you know if I go back to this AAA after I call the DMV and figure out how to pay for my insurance which I have with triple A LOL pretty ridiculous if it’s so easy why can’t they just help me do it right there... I have my 2016 Sprinter Van insured with mercury and it is almost cheaper than my 2000 Toyota Camry Insured with triple A might be switching it over if they don’t give me a temporary driving pass. I drove all the way from LA to this branch just to not wait in line but that did not help because they just turned me away... So i called the DMV and went online and they said i do not have a outstanding Insurance fee for my Vehicle so AAA Lied to me! Thanks for not doing your job.

Comment: AAA is A joke my catalytic converter was stolen off my car in downtown LA I called for a tow at 3:15 AM I did not get picked up till 6:30 AM downtown LA and on top of that I was charged extra fee for the tow that I did not have they would not waive it. The service supervisors that I spoke to were both in different states neither one of them are from here I am so confused with the services now I’ve been a AAA member for over 25 years this is completely unacceptable.I became irate because I’m tired of being lied to by this company enough is enough

Comment: I could give them more but I won’t because a big reason to have AAA is battery service. But I found out today that batteries you purchase through them is only covered if there is no power left in the battery. So if there is a leak (like I have) or it catches fire, erodes or anything other then dies, it isn’t covered with their warranty. The customer service for getting help with the battery is horrible and not worth the headache. I will never buy another battery from them and I warn you if you need a battery to try someplace else. I now had acid around the battery that has burned through the metal and dripping all over my driveway. And the spots are right under where the battery is. My mechanic checked everything and the engine was fine. He did say the battery was leaking. So now I’m frustrated and AAA will not help.

I called to speak with a manager and she answered and said Awww, no, you can call in the morning, they are not here. I then called customer care and asked who could make changes to my policy? They said only the policy holder (me). My husband wanted to get a few quotes first, and we are happy to switch all to AAA, but it will not be done by Kiesha.

They also take credit/debit cards now. If you drive, you should have an AAA membership regardless because its the best service for roadside assistance.

Instead they use a virtual assistant with extremely limited resources to answer questions that dont apply to you.After going through multiple prompts and reroutes, I asked for customer service several times just to be told that due to COVID, a real person is not able to speak with me. At the location in Jurupa Valley on Limonite Ave, The female who assisted us needs to learn some courtesy in public relations. She was rude and snooty. At the Huntington Beach location they need to listen to the consumers request. And get it right. I asked for full coverage 3 times on my Dodge 2500 mega cab diesel, and still 9 months later found out I never had full coverage. When I cancelled, after so many more screw ups, because of switching companies (And for years in the past I was with AAA without a problem in Newhall, Ca)they still billed me and turned it into collection. Needless to say I will never be insuring my vehicles with them. There is so much more to my issues with them, but need I go on. I tried to get things resolved but was ignored after being told by another employee I would be called by two managers because things didnt sound right. I never received a call. And when I called that employee back, he said he was on another call and would call me back. That never happened. I never received any call. Sadly, a good Insurance company being tarnished by ignorantly rude deceitful employees. Im a talker and I share my experience with many, as many as I can. Including strangers if I get the chance. Like I said, so much more had taken place. I have 2 SUVs, a Truck, a Travel Trailer, Dirt Bike, and 2 Harley Davidson bikes to Insure. Plus Home owners and now I have added Pet Insurance. Their loss. Yes, the Insurance is great, but the employees and so many of them really do harm to the Company. So disappointed and very unhappy. I only gave 2 stars because it is great Insurance coverage.

Comment: I used to always love AAA. BUT not anymore. The DMV part was always a huge plus. I guess they are trying to save money by not training their staff. I have stood in line 4 times and got 4 completely different answers for registering my new car from another state in California. I have the notes to prove they ran me around like crazy, and I still cant get a straight answer. The official DMV office couldnt be worse than all I have endured. Would it have killed them to give me ONE story on what to do, and what they need?

Comment: I just left the AAA on Beach Blvd in the Newland Center and must commend them on their efficiency in dealing with covid restrictions. Employees were wearing masks, there were circles on the sidewalk every 6 feet, I waited in line no more than 3 minutes (6people were ahead of me). When it was my turn the employee took my DMV auto registration, check and AAA card into the building, asked me if I would like to wait in my car (I use a walker) and brought the completed transaction to me in my car. Everything was extremely organized and the employees extraordinary in their efforts to make the clients satisfied. Kudos in this time where customer service is often subpar.

Called to see if they will offer us any discount since not driving and their travel services are temporarily closed like notary. Basically told after being a member for over 32 years that they cannot discount and we have 95 days to pay or good bye. What a way to treat a long term customer who cannot afford a bill of over $300.00 right now.AAA is giving bonuses to their employees during this time while some of us don’t know when we will work. No empathy and believe me as much as I used to brag about this great company will now let my friends know what this company is really like as their true colors showed during these difficult times.

Dont buy their batteries they are not the best and they are quite pushy, recommending replacement as a usual requirement. Get an interstate (made in Mexico) or a Deka (the only USA made line) for less.

Comment: I needed a temporary disability placard and my doctor told me to go to AAA. I wasnt a member, so I called in and asked if they could still serve me. The customer service rep said they could still help me get a placard.I went into this location and waited in line, over hearing the receptionist on the DMV side telling the person in front of me its only cash or check for DMV services. Once I approach the check in on the DMV side, she asks for my member number. I let her know I wasnt a member but spoke to the rep over the phone who said I could still get disability placard. She replied sorry this is a perk for our members, would you like to join? I told her I use my boy friends plan and didnt need my own, but she let me know that I could be added to his free for a year if he used auto pay. This didnt sound half bad...I then tried to ask how much the placard would cost me because i would need to come back with cash. She cut me off and replied I will answer all your MAGICAL questions once you are a member. (This was a true turning point in my experience) I tried to ask again how much cash I would need to bring in when I returned as a member. However, she cut me off again and said how about I write this down for you, she proceeded to write ask friend if you... at this point, I cut her off and said I got it I need to be a member but how will I return with cash if you wont tell me how much money to bring back. I stood there in disbelief that she wanted to write on a post it that I needed to ask my friend to join their membership... I felt stereotyped and discriminated for my age..like I didnt look like I was able to understand the only instruction she had given me thus far.I left his place so furious. Luckily I got ahold of the branch manager and she ensured to personally help me once I returned.

I went to window 9. I nervously asked for new handicap plates as I have the placard. My friend said they do that service here. The nice, sweet lady was very helpful. I just filled out short dmv form. She gave me the me placard with the new stickers.This was an easy and fast transaction. I was out of there in 5 minutes. My only regret was I didnt get the employees name to give her recognition.

Comment: Wanted to extend Home owners insurance-on the policy on my father-in-laws house after he passed away they said we couldnt had to open a new policy they said that we had to take out a year of roadside service which we didnt need but we did wanted to protect the house until we sold after we sold the bank told us that we never had insurance on it and was charging us $1300 for insurance come to find out they took pictures of my father-in-laws house but they put the policy insurance on a different address told them what they did they didnt even fix it they didnt even try so so we are about $1300 that the bank took because we couldnt Proof that we had homeowners insurance they dont even deserve one star
