Mark is a master at what he does with talking to the dealerships and with the help he gave me prior to going to the dealership I told him I was gonna visit. Buying a car through their program is exclusively gonna be what I’m going to do moving forward because of how painless the process was. The expectations I had with buying a car as a first time buyer was absolutely wrong because of all the hassle I’ve heard buying cars comes with. This was unbelievably easy, and I’m so happy and thankful to have used their service with Mark’s help. Thank you so much!!!!

Comment: Quick and easy DMV registration renewal, but two times Ive used roadside were horrible. 1.) (Needed Tow) The app chat version malfunctioned repeatedly (12 times) and the call line kept growing as I was on hold leading to me just giving up and calling assistance somewhere else out of pocket. May get compensated2.) (Lockout) The chat option worked, but was grossly inaccurate on ETA, updated me of a new ETA only 20 minutes AFTER the original and when I called to get an update, got a third inaccurate ETA. Im still waiting.

Comment: I had been an AAA club member for a long time. Recently, I went to the auto club in Torrance office and got free tour books & maps.Being a member, you could get free towing services. Then, if you leave a key in the car & lock the door, they will open the car for you.One time, I had a problem with starting my car, and I needed to get a new battery. They had the battery services.I purchased a new battery from them. Then, they brought the new battery and installed it for free.It was convenient that I bought it fromthe Auto club. It was $156 with freeinstalation & 5 years of warranty.Then, if you have problem with the battery, they could bring you a new battery with no charge.Also, you could get many discounts on hotels, rental cars, movie theaters,Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farms, Magic Mountain, Sandiego Zoo, retal stores, and many other places.I would like to recommend everyoneto Auto Club membership. They offermany free services such as free towingservices and battery services. Then, you can get free tour books & free maps. Also, you can get discounts from many places.

Who failed to keep her word after handing me her business card, and stating she would help resolve several pending issues, that AAA has failed to follow up on since I made the switch to AAA in February!Unreal how AAA is no longer what is used to be, and the horrific representation thats now taking place over the phone, via email, and at the Torrance office! Beware! Youll be paying for a service you wont receive!

Comment: I went to AAA in Torrance to register my vehicle. The facility was nice and clean and everyone was very nice and informative. I was helped by Donny in the DMV area. There was an issue with vin # on my smog being off by 2 numbers. Donny went above and beyond to help me and when it was realized that I’d have to go back to the place where I got the smog to resolve the issue, Donny told me when I got back to just come straight back to him, so I could avoid having to wait in line again. He went out of his way to make my second visit easy and quick. 5 ⭐️ customer service!! Thanks again!!

Comment: Super impressed with their logistics during COVID. We got there right when they opened on Saturday, and I was freaking out a bit seeing 3 long lines full of people already. But they were so organized, sorting us into different lines depending on service (i.e., DMV renewal, title change, etc.), and a worker came to us in line to verify what we needed to do and then grabbed a form and clipboard for us to fill out while we were waiting in line. He even told us what parts to fill out and sign to make the process even quicker.By the time I completed the form, we were already at the front of the line. Then we were ushered in, literally sat on the seats in the waiting area for less than a minute, and my name was called. So efficient, and I didn’t even need an appointment!Then I had to switch from the DMV side to the AAA side, and the guy walked me over to an agent who was very patient in explaining all my options for car insurance.I dunno if AAA is the cheapest provider, but their service and the attached DMV work like clockwork.

Comment: It was pleasant..almost got the run around when some hipster dude acting like he knows everything without looking at my paperwork ..( he told a newer girl to send me back ho.e with new paperwork and redo all my task because it was slightly wrinkled due to age of paperwork and lots of handling...then i was saved by a more experienced aaa worker who looked at my papers and tild me ti sign certain missed spots ..she fit me over to a nice gentleman who was easy ti talk to and. Whim i can relate..we git evertging in order.. I was happy and legal.. Thank you aaa. Adults. Whi have knowledge ..not just nice shoes and walks around like he has been doing wide pull ups everyday at the gym but clearly has not.

At AAA, at least you know that someone will help you. They also do renewals on car registrations as well. If not, San Pedro is the best DMV to go to. Temperature checks, social distancing, and in and out services in under an hour in most cases.

Ive been a member for 19 years since 2001 I have the RV Plus 100 miles tow for my vehicle or motorcycle since 9-11 when the terrorist attacked the Twin Towers everyone at AAA employees were very helpful and polite. Going to AAA is better than going to the DMV its a lot quicker if youre not a member you should join they have a lot of benefits to help you on your way theyre always there for you and theres a handicap parking....

Comment: Do not use AAA Driving school. I purchased the package 30 hours and Behind the Wheel. I was told that once my daughter received her Permit # to contact them. I contacted them and no one from the driving school called me after 4 days of waiting. I was then told they could not begin driving with my daughter until the end of July. They did not live up to their end of the agreement. When I called to cancel they charged me $75 dollars to cancel. So much for being a 30 plus year member. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Yesterday Feb 13, 2019 I went to AAA office in Torrance, telling them I didn’t receive my renew payment notice, but I would like to pay my auto insurance now. After I gave them my name, they told me that my insurance has been canceled. After I talked to agent, I found out, because I moved, AAA charge me $24. They told me they send the notice to me since August 2018, but I didn’t respond and they called me too. I told them I didn’t receive any notice, and no phone call either. I asked them what address they send the notice to? They told me they send it to Fullerton, which maybe it’s my son old address. I asking them why you send my paper to my son address? We have separate policies, different last name? They show me, my information in their computer, all correct. I am very disappointed with their service. How can they canceled my policy I have been paid for it. They told me they called me? But no record in my phone! I sincerely hope AAA will be very careful when you decide to canceled peoples policy. Thank God I didn’t have accidents during the time I have no insurance.

Comment: In February 2017 a taxi driver sped up thru a yellow light and lost control of his car and hit and totaled my car. I had to replace my car, which thanks to driving fully registered and legal and with insurance I was able to do. BUT I never received the DMV paperwork to REGISTER my new car. I paid 269.00 bucks to transfer a 2004 car and have a 2004 car smogged. That is exorbitant! Oh it gets better. I call AAA, 1,2, 3, 4 different times as I THOUGHT my registration due date was coming and thought my form would come in the mail...it NEVER did. I was told on a Friday that the fee would be 143.00 on my 4th phone call. I went in the following Monday and they wanted 183!!!. I was not pleased to say the least. After a lot of duh, we cant no control or know what DMV cost is I stormed out. Finally after writing a 2 page letter to the DMV explaining the problem, the last 6 cars I owned which NEVER had a late fee, I got a letter on a Saturday and went to pay said balance on the following MONDAY at AAA. Duh we no can accept the DMV paperwork So now I have to mail the DMV the check for the amount THEY SPECIFIED, rather than wait 3 hours at the DMV locale or deal with AAAs impotence at being able to honor the DMV paperwork. The youtube complaint re this nonsense will be epic.

Comment: Its been a while since I have gone to the DMV but I went to AAA today at 9:15am on a Friday to register a newly purchased vehicle and I was there for 20 waiting and had to leave for a DRs appt. I came back at 11:30 and waited another 30 mins before they called my name. The people who helped me were kind but the wait is long and boring- with no free WiFi either. I then went over to the Travel Agent area to talk to them about an upcoming trip and waited 15 mins more when I finally got too tired of constantly sitting around. I gave up and went home. I left at 1:00pm (total of 1 1/2 hours). There is just no way I could have done this during a lunch break. Maybe it is still a little bit faster than the DMV, and maybe the furnishing are more comfortable. Just expect to have to wait and wait and wait and you wont be so disappointed.

Comment: I like going here twice a year since the lines are fast and its not crowded. However my last visit I was greeted by a rude older lady. I simply asked a question regarding my vehicle registration and she said in a rude manner we cant help you. Without me even explaining my situation. I hope next time I come back I wont be greeted by her.

Comment: Very good place to go if you want anything done and do not want to go to the dmv. Attracts a different crowd and is an overall better experience. Faster and with less confusion.

Comment: Went in today to get some maps for my cross country road trip relocation. Jeremy was awesome!! I expected to get some maps and be on my way but he planned out my whole drive. Gave me a US map, plus maps for California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Tennessee. State guide books for all the states, and a personalised turn by turn map book from door to door!! Wonderful service!! Thank you Jeremy!!

Comment: On the phone with AAA, now. Worst service ever!Agent #1 (female) argued for 15 minutes until, I finally asked for a supervisor.Agent #2 Supervisor Albert informed me that I had been taped and would not play tape back tome but, paraphrased the order to me. When I asked him to repeat word for word he would not or could not.Worst service, unprofessional and will find another company or maybe back to State Farm

Comment: Fancy AAA! :DI went on a weekday late morning and had to wait only 10 or less minutes and was taken care of by a knowledgeable sweet lady. Parking was easy too. I would definitely come back here!

Comment: The staff is always incredibly polite and I have not had any issues with wait time at all, its usually very quick in and out. Mark Mills is especially helpful and was amazing when we were looking for a new car! Mark was very patient and has a great knowledge of the car lines and levels of equipment.
