The requirements were to have a US license since at least 3 years, I came just with my 1 month license cuz I was arrived only a few month ago in the US territory. They accepted me with the proof of a 3 years experience in driving, even I was from an different country (in my case it was my international licence and my french licence).Highly recommended

Comment: Been going here over the years to get my family and Is vehicle registration renewals and other DMV services. I visited this location yesterday 10/2/23. Before, as soon as you walk in, at the reception area there will be someone that will ask what you are in there for and you will be directed where to line up or wait. There are also clear signs above for the different type of services. But, this visit this time i was asked for my name and was directed where to go. Couldnt have been in and out of there within ten minutes max from the time i walked in, to be called and paid for my vehicle registration renewal. For a Monday, there were a steady amount of people walking in but yet the service I received was very convenient, fast and efficient and I was able to be helped very quickly. To be able to utilize the DMV services you would have to be a AAA member. You would need to show your AAA membership card and your driver license and any paperwork.No one likes going to the DMV so next time you need DMV services visit your nearest AAA branch. I highly recommend. 10/10 overall.

My only complaint is that there didnt appear to be thst many people there, yet I and the people in front of me wsit ed for a long time. Whike thete were plenty agents on the insurance side only one was calling in customers whike the rest were just doing other stuff without customers. Felt like they didnt care much of you liked it or not. Greeter was really nice and helpful. If the agents responded more to folks coming in would have been great and there just wasnt very many people there waiting.

Comment: EDIT: used to have great service, but ever since I took a job at a place where my rude, obnoxious boss used to work for AAA, I have had all kinds of problems with my car getting vandalized, including needing my battery replaced BY THEM twice under 6 months!!! AAA batteries will not hold a charge more than a day or two and it continues to decrease! They tried to tell me my car has electrical problems. Had to speak with an external car mechanic to tell me maybe something is actively draining the battery! Thats completely different than electrical problems! Now Im just supposed to believe my car has nothing wrong with it and that no ones been messing around with it, conveniently when I need to go somewhere important? I dont believe a word of it being my cars problem.

Comment: I have used the dmv services about 6 times in 5 years. All 6 times were for transfer of ownership because who really comes here for reg renewal when it’s so easy online. Anyways, all 6 times (not exaggerating) there was always something not acceptable with all my pink slip. The Indian lady on the counter is probably a robot because she can’t adapt to human interaction or my explanation. I’m fed up with their ridiculous rules like “both seller and owner have to be together to fill out the date” . Another one was, you need to fill out a bill of sale. 3rd one, you need to fill out this paperless transfer because there was a mistake. I end up leaving the office and going in line in the dmv and all they do is fill out a “statement of facts sheet” to correct some dates. One time my mileage was not filled out and the lady says,” you need to have the seller fill out the mileage. I’m like why can’t I fill it out here now and save this nonsense. The Indian lady always asks the other black lady for confirmation and they end up being the most inefficient dmv workers of all time.

Comment: I was greeted this morning with a funky attitude. The lady at the DMV section made me wish Id just gone to a regular DMV for at least the chance of a pleasant experience. Upon arrival to an empty office, I informed her that I was a southern california member and had recently moved. She reiterated what I had just told her with a passive aggressive tone explaining that I would have to switch to northern california AAA (doubtful thanks to this woman) when my policy expires next month. Seriously thought I was speaking with a robot; she simply lacked human touch or any trace of empathy. My questions were answered with condescending matter-of-fact responses aimed to be neither helpful nor informative. What should have been a convenient trip to transfer a title on my vehicle ended up being a difficult ordeal that will probably have me not return. I hope this was merely an issue with me personally on this day because no one deserves such lowly treatment. Ill invest my time at the local DMV instead.

So I went into the office to pay for our trucks registration only to find out that because its registered under my wifes name (even though both of us are on the aaa policy) I was told they couldnt give me the tag unless she picked it up herself. the lady told me she would just mail it BUT she failed to tell me that this would take 5 business days!!!!!
