Comment: Loyalty means nothing to this company was with them for 9 years without putting in any claims, paying everything on time, and they dropped me without notice. I called and told them not 1 email, not 1 piece of mail was sent to me letting me know I had 30 days to sign a document. They will screw you over 1st chance they get. When I tried to get a rewrite to get my policy reinstated they denied it because they got the rewrite a day late (not my fault) i called right on the 30th day when i received the email saying my policyhas ben canceled. They wanted me to start a new policy with almost double what I was paying and wanted 40% upfront. Bunch of thieves and crooks in aaa.

Comment: Earlier this week my father and I needed to make an important change to his auto insurance policy. Apparently the loan company for his car needed to be listed on the insurance declaration to avoid being charged an additional $300 . Jazzel an insurance agent from the Victorville branch was a great help, besides her attending us with our delays and she was familiar with the car loan bank and went a step further by faxing them a copy directly....Thank you JazzelRodolfo Sanchez

Comment: I have been to this branch many times and never once had a bad experience. I have had a aaa membership for 13 years and have never used my notary benefits till today. Marea was who helped me today and she was so helpful, pleasant and attention to detail!!! Would absolutely recommend her to everyone needing notary or dmv help. Having a aaa membership is so worth the yearly fee with the dmv perk alone but now knowing the notary benefits also was like icing on the cake. We pay for our adult kids memberships just for the peace of mind from the roadside assistance. We will definitely be premier members for life.

They also offer home owners insurance, life insurance, earthquake insurance, and more. You also get a discount if you have multiple insurance policies with them. I have had AAA for 22 years, and I trust them with all my needs.

Comment: I’ve never in my life been treated so badly by ppl I pay my money to for 2 years. The lady who filed my claim for my accident was rude, did not communicate how the process gose and then when I asked questions they was not properly answered. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she was no better. Instead of her being professional and just being understanding to my situation she decided to ask me, “isn’t your lawyer getting paid 30%? Then should t they work for their earnings. Which sent me through the wall. I have their names and I will be calling corporate and file a complaint. Because of these two sorry employees, I canceled my policy with triple A and now I’m with another insurance company. They made feel like I had done something wrong or I was trying to pull a scam on insurance company. 5 months later and my car still isn’t fix and did I mention it was the other driver fault which they claimed fault

Comment: My family has been a AAA members for 31 today was my first time as a member of the auto club I went in today to get my tags thinking I had to pay a bunch of money because there was something wrong with the vehicle time to find out if you go ahead of chicken on it or the $177 well since the vehicle was gifted to me they waved that ticket and gave me my tags which I only had to pay $15 for the paperwork Imma please proud member of AAA Auto services

Comment: For me I have spent money on a lot of things that frankly just werent worth it.Im 65 and I have a very small list (under 10) of over achievers. My 1998 Chevy Astro van is tied at the top. Number 1b.My Auto Club membership is 1a.So you dont have to read my long story below I will list what I love about AAA.The feeling of security.Being able to take care of most CA.DMV things.The trip interruption reimbursement up to $500 to help cover lodging and food if youre vehicle need to be repaired when away from home.The locked out service.The dead battery jump startThe help I ran out of gas.Depending on level of membership how many and how far the tows will be.Here in California one of the first things the CHP will ask is do you belong to the Auto Club. If not the pay me big bucks tow truck will be coming.But most important my oldest daughter got her drivers license. I gave her 4 main rules.Be careful and safe.If you have auto trouble call me first and then AAA.If you go on a date you go in your own car that way your not the one left on the side of the road unless youre date steals the car which is number 4.Which is call me first and I will call law inforcement.Next is some what long but:I first joined around 1998. I live in So. Cal but Im from Milwaukee Wisconsin thats where all my family lives. Starting in 1992 each summer up to 2004 I would pack up the family and make the trip. In 1992 I bought a used motorhome. My wife, I and 5 kids ages 2 to 10 made the trip. I had 2 weeks that turned into 5 weeks. (Boss was not happy). I wasnt a AAA member then. But being stuck in Amarillo Texas and telling the family this is it we will be living in Albertsons parking lot. So after getting home I dumped that motorhome and decided an auto and motels would be far less expensive. Still not a member. But after 7 more trouble filled trips I joined. I used the trip planner and got plenty of maps. I got the same feeling of safety and protection that I got when I had bought 4 new tires.While we never needed the services on the longer Wisconsin trips I have needed it on shorter trips and close to home.Im happy to say that my 5 adult kids who never seemed to listen to me did about AAA and joined.My youngest son and his wife have AAA auto and home insurance.I could only give 5 stars above but I give AAA 10 stars down here.THANK YOU SO MUCH AAA

Comment: I went in about 4:42 pm. 5/09/2021As at lady asked if she could help me and told me where I couldve wait to be help. The sweetest attentive and helpful lady came all the way to me from the other side of the offices and guided me to her station to help me out with my forms to get my handycap placard.From beginning to end she was lightning fast while keeping a warmth and great welcoming atmosphere, so efficient, professional, even though I made her do most of the process twice cause i didnt pay close attention she was the one apologizing and keeping a cool and beautiful smile always telling me not to worry whatsoever and she made right in just a couple of seconds not exaggerating at all.Im really impressed, happy and more than satisfied with her costumer skills and service.I just hope I caught her name right.. CAITLIN!She is a little, petite lady with short hair with a beautiful, humorous, amazing personality I mean,I went in a little upset mad and in lots of pain and she was making me laugh and brighten up my evening.Thank you so much for (ALL) your help.

My husbad and I were with them for almost 10 years.. My guy passed away on May 22nd 2020.Not covid19 related. Unfortunately may 21st I was cancelled.. I was married 37 years as of march 19th 2020. Sales Agent Janee Griego helped me get a full coverage policy on my new Nissan, after my so called significant half went to the VV Branch and signed a declaration excluding me off of the insurance we both had been on for over a year. They have provided some shade and misters which help, but as a handicapped senior it was very difficult to wait in line. It didnt seem to bother the young people.I think they should have special provisions for the handicapped. For example, with a reduced staff they have allot of empty desks inside. At one time Auto Club SoCal had their own travel and accommodations section. The price, restrictions, extras, and location were not nearly as good as my own call to motel 6. The function I was attending had 16 hour daily conferences and meetings. Limited time at room, which was up to motel 6 standards. At 130 miles each way traversing the heart of LA, commuting was not feasible. I will be looking for other sources for my future travel needs.

An oversight by the AAA, me and I guess their system resulted in my license being suspended and an additional $55 fee from DMV. Ive had the roadside assistance about 15 years and its never been an issue and always a blessing when needed. The home insurance seemed to be a very good price. The auto was only issue I had. Overall I would rate the total experience with AAA average. Auto portion would be 0/1 star, home insurance 4 stars and roadside assistance 5 stars, customer service 3 stars. They are not easy to get ahold of after signing up. Easier to just call general number instead of trying to reach a specific person.

Comment: Auto insurance, travel, Auto registration, but most of all, AAA service. The AAA service, can support lock out, flat tire, out of gas, towing and much more. Get the premier level. It is worth it. Covers you in any car you are in.

Comment: First time coming here and the experience was great. No wait time, friendly staff, was able to pay my car registration and received my tags in a matter of 5 minutes. That beats the DMV wait any day! Plus they have movie tickets on sale for a discount. Thank you AAA.

Comment: Im in and out always in less than 15 minutes they always have someone to help me and always having a good kind face when you walk in and even when its hot they always have some cool water to hand out to you great place I transfer my account insurance Wise from Farmers to AAA and Im so glad I did

Comment: Everytime Ive been here theyve taken care of all of my needs. Im in and out within 15 minutes at the latest, but usually 10 minutes. All of the personnel Ive dealt with are very courteous and polite.

Comment: They left my younger brother and his friend stranded. The person who was supposed to show up didnt show up they are five hours late. I hope they fired that person. because thats just wrong to not show up and help them get home before it got dark.

Comment: I appreciate the convenience of DMV services for vehicle registration, for that I give them a 0! As for customer service in travel? Ive called & been forwarded to voicemail during business hours, wihout a return call. Thats a NEGATIVE! I guess theyre too busy to make more money. After using them to book a Caribbean Cruise for four, domestic Air travel and trip to Hawaii for two all on separate ocassions I conclude that these people dont reward return business. Any good sales associate would offer a comp bottle of something or some sort of perk. These people didnt offer me a bottle of water. Im currently in the process of booking another cruise but Ill do it myself. They dont deserve my business. Come on people learn to do sales!! I really have moved to hillbilly nation!!!!
