The food was good, and so was service. I ordered and didnt even have to wait a minute.
The woman I ordered from didnt put them on, an when she finally added them they were the wrong size. The quality is so horrible an i dont recomend to anyone
Located in food court inside Great Lakes Crossing. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Good grilled chicken sandwich.
Food was ok wife got 10pc mini corn dogs got 8. They have 1 person making food took forever. If I had known Id have ate somewhere else and got what i paid for
Employees have absolutely zero common sense. Just waited 20 minutes for a burger and cheese curds and the mall is dead so it’s not like they were busy.
Closes 10 minutes early on Sundays so I am not able to accurately comment.

Food is decent, the staff do try to give you good service and I’m a returning customer a lot of the times when I go to this mall.

My food came out fine.
There was only one person in line so my sister and I decided to stop for a milkshake. Our order was taken right away but we waited A HALF HOUR for 2 small milkshakes to be made up. (Absolutely no problem with the machines which is what we thought at first, just horribly unorganized staff) 21 orders of food and drinks were served before we got our two milkshakes. I COUNTED the orders that came in after us and were served before us. Ridiculous. Everyone was rude and looked like they hated their job.
The foods ok but once overheard from the kitchen that a person thought it was ok to put raw fish over cooked chicken under a warning lamp

Dont goto the left side of the food court. There are cockroaches. Its gross.

2022-04-28Stay away..I got something simple to tide me over. It was way overpriced for the hotdog and for what you got. It was over cooked. Look at the size of the hotdog. Its not even a third of the bun. You tasted more bun than anything. You could not taste the cheese sauce.In the end they questioned whether I got the order.

2022-03-21I was here yesterday on Sunday March 20th, 2022 around 4:15-4:20PM. There was a woman working as the cashier and she was incredibly rude towards me. She made not one but three remarks to me about moving forward and being in the way. I have a service dog, whom was completely silent and obedient the entire time I was in line and she kept calling me out. I understand that this establishment was busy and Im not discounting that, but just a bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never return to this establishment because of this reason alone. I hope you do some training with your employees about disabilities and customer service.Also the chicken was good but the cheese curds tasted absolutely terrible. Like someone had left them in the fryer for a week.

2020-01-30I ate at this restaurant to have a different taste, each restaurant has their own touch of taste, but this one just a regular burger. The other surprise was the size, it was a shrinked Burger was very small. I went back to them and asked them if this is the same that I paid for, which is showing big and healthy in the display photo. They said yes, paid about $18 for two sandwiches, classic one and the cheese burger one. I am not a picky guy when I eat, but this I made many comments about it. See the photos and compare the size of burger with my finger :) . I am sure there was a mistake, it was number 6 on the display but I think they gave me number 0.006

2020-06-22My pregnant fiance ordered a Coney dog and are a third of it before I noticed the bottom of the bun was green, black and grey in mold. They didnt even refund us. They were irritated with my complaint. Im irritated my fiancee and babys health were put in jeapordy. Disgusting. Its no wonder when you go on a&ws website, you cant contact them any way but email. I suppose its much easier to do the wrong thing when you can hide behind a screen. I want the owner to make up for this. I want my money back, a genuine apology to my girl, and her medical bill from the hospital covered. The owner needs to take some responsibility for the unsafe situation they created yesterday.

2018-08-30The food was disgusting. I get like throwing up. The service was terrible, the lady was taking my order and she had her hand on her face jst waiting impatiently while I was making my order. She said she was tired, but if she was she shouldn’t have been working. Very terrible experience I had. Never comming again very unprofessional.

2019-08-05I love a&w. This experience, not awesome. First, Daniel, at the counter was very bland, quiet and did not seem to want to be there. It took a while to get my cheeseburger, the person behind me got their food first. When I opened my cheeseburger it was just a hamburger. So I go back and they made me a new one, didnt take as long, but still a bit of time. There were no pickles but I did not want to go back again. Honestly, skip it. There are better restaurants (like sweet Lorraines Mac and cheese or Charleys) that will give you the correct order in a reasonable time. If youre craving a&w, take the extra time and go to a different one.

2015-12-28Terrible, the food is probably expired or been sitting out to long. Up all night in the bathroom. But what do you expect from low life mall cafeteria employees. I Knew I was rolling the dice. Wish more people had pride in what they do these days.
