Comment: I have been to Aarons Body Shop twice to have my cars worked on after an auto accident.Their work is exceptional and the customer service is amazing. This is a family owned body shop. The employees are very professional and they keep you up to date on the progress of your car. My cars came out looking new with no flaws and a beautiful paint job.I made the mistake years ago by going to a corporate body shop because I thought they would have good service and work ethics, they did not! Comment: Farmers Insurance recommended repair businesses were useless to me - I have a customized overland rig and they only worked with original parts. Aarons was amazing - I needed a replacement bumper from a small shop (Victory) so it took months as that shop was backlogged. Aarons made my rig roadworthy so I could get around until it came in, and Victory now made it with LED turn signals (I hate that, but not Aarons control). Anyhow Aarons hooked it all up no extra charge - I expected to pay. But most importantly the shop was super productive, crews seemed very focused. Every person I dealt with was very helpful and knew how the place worked. I highly recommend this place.

Comment: My cars catalytic converter was stolen and I have to go through my insurance. Even though Aarons body shop was little far away from my home but still chosen this place based on the reviews. Indeed the reviews are true and I got the best service from Aarons body shop. First I made telephone call to Aarons body shop. Mr Pat took the call and he assisted me in the entire process. Mr Pat is very friendly and very genuine guy as he tells what can be achieved. He dont over promise or under promise. He tells the actual fact. He gave estimation to the insurance on the first day. Once the insurance approved the quote, he quickly ordered the parts and started repairing my car. I didnt take car rental option in the insurance so I have to rely on public transport to go to office and I conveyed it to Mr Pat and he made sure my car would be fixed earlier. This saved me lot of time for me. Thanks Pat and Thanks Aarons body shop.

Comment: If you’re looking to take your car for repairs look no further and call up Aaron’s body shop!! I can’t recommend this place enough. The customer service is amazing! I got into an accident and Aaron’s was the place that caught me by surprise. I spoke to Harold Jr first and he solidified my decision just by having a conversation with me. Super friendly and down to earth. Phat and Jonathan helped repair my car and they did an amazing job. Not only did they fix all the damages caused by the collision but Jonathan went out of his way to ask me about little scuffs I would like to fix as well that didn’t happen in the crash. They painted, washed and vacuumed my car once it was ready and man does my car look brand new! Highly recommend bringing your car here for any and all repairs!

Comment: This has been the easiest car experience I have ever had between my car insurance (State Farm), car rental (Enterprise), and this shop. The process was smooth and I felt like I was cared for genuinely by the shop owner. They told me what to expect and kept me in the loop with my repair. I was expecting my car to take a while to complete because car shops are always busy and take long in general based on past experience. Surprisingly it was done within 2 weeks. Also the process between the car rental and the shop was easy. I got picked up at the shop to the car rental place after they called to pick me up. Once all the repair was complete, I also had the opportunity to leave the rental vehicle at their shop. It was Friday and it was near closing hours for both places. I wasn’t able to do both places before they closed. Saw the estimated bill, fairly priced. They even handled my deductible for my car insurance. I just had to file the claim (prior to shop) with State Farm and the rest was history.

Comment: I recently came into the shop for a cosmetic repair in my front bumper. The technicians were quick in fixing up my front bumper and did not take long at all. I actually used this body shop last year for accident-related repairs and not only they were amazing in the repairs, but they kept me updated on the repairs frequently throughout the whole process. Comment: We are very pleased with the work and honesty at Aarons body shop. I took my 2022 car to them and Greg helped us out. We had taken the car to a chain auto shop and were told it would be take 2-3 days to repair the dents on the passenger door. They said theyd send an estimate later that afternoon, which was Friday, it is Thursday now and we have not received an estimate. Aarons shop was able to look at the car, get us in the following day and do the repair in less then an hour for a very good price. Everyone there we encountered were friendly and helpful making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Greg for your service in repairing my vehicle.

They are very experienced, and know what they are doing. You can definitely tell the difference with a family run, honest car repair place like this vs others. Comment: We took our 2013 BMW 640i coupe to AARONS per our auto insurance provider which is Allstate by the way for the first of two shops they recommended for a minor dent to the passenger quarter panel left for us by one of our fine citizens who of course it should go without saying left no contact information just the damage which defines their blatant ignorance and disregard for others. Location Safeway/CVS parking lot located at Jackson & Cypress Hayward, Ca. Upon arriving at AARONS their work areas inside along with property space including their long driveway filled with cars being repaired and probably even more waiting to be worked on very very busy but that didnt stop members of their staff from recognizing greeting and welcoming us inside which spells great service which mind you takes place from where I pulled on their property/driveway approach which was just short of being placed on the street again very very busy which is a very good thing to see it says they do great work. Doors held open very polite very professional very attentive to our need in being their, active listening skills prompt attention to coming out to assess the damage come back inside communicate the estimate to us and i would say go out of his way to have us know that were not required or obligated by law to have his shop do the the repairs or any other shops the insurance would refer were entitled to take it where ever we choose and that with the amount of work they have even as minor as the damage is their probably not able to do the work until the 1st or 2nd week of october. Our car has not even been started let alone finished and their level of service thats obviously rooted in their honorable forthright respectful approach to their customers from the insurance company down to the insured customer/motorist and the work they do for them which their reviews SUPPORT, review after review after review after non stop review. Now i almost stated which is a level of service worth waiting for when I took note to were not waiting its service thats already happening. AARONS BODY & PAINT of Hayward California & ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY you have my business now and will continue to do so along as their in business. My ESTIMATE/QUOTE $1494. now Im not a body and fender guy but PALLADIUM PREMIER AUTO BODYs quoted estimate was $8,500 which they didnt put in writing suggesting or coming to that by way of the car having zero prior damage and a only a complete quarter panel replacement repair could bring it back to its original undamaged condition as opposed to a pulling and filling repair which doesnt meet the original undamaged condition. Im sure AARONS will replace the quarter panel to repair it even if the cost would increase. Actually he didnt discuss what direction of repair they had in mind and i didnt even consider it at all until Palladium threw their highway robbery insurance fraud estimate at me that likely involved heating pulling with strong suction working it smooth from inside behind the rear interior panel and lightly filling any low spots and charging ALLSTATE $8500 for their $500 job. BEWARE of PALLADIUM website advertises newly located in Hayward 15+ years experience. Id be interested in knowing why their newly located and not at their alleged prior 15+ years experience location?

I was given a date when the parts were expected and again I was contacted with updates. After the original estimate was given they discovered hidden damage. I was given a new date for repairs. I was contacted several times with progress reports. When the car was finished, I was called to arrange for a a convenient pickup time. Excellent repairs. They even cleaned the car inside and outside. Very courteous, polite and COVID safe. I was very impressed overall with experience. If you need auto damage service, this is the place to go.

Comment: My Infinity was rear ended twice within a 3 month period. The insurance company referred us to Aaron’s the first time. Their work was superb and made my car look better than brand new that when I got hit a 2nd time I went straight back to them. 2nd accident was worse than the first I was afraid there was no way they could get the sensors that on the car to work like it should but no, car came back to me again better than ever. I just bought my wife a car that had one of those decals on it from previous owner. It was not easily coming off was afraid I would damage the paint so I went to Aaron’s with no appointment just to see if they can take it off and what it would cost, they took it off, buffed the area out for no charge since I was a repeat customer. Greg, Harold and the staff are always professional, great with communicating and very accommodating with working around your schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Comment: I definitely was very satisfied with the work Arron‘s auto body shop did on my 2015 Mirage. Greg and Geronimo were very very attentive and did great work on my car and they have high quality customer service. Every time I called to check in they were very informative and very patient and not once did they have an attitude or keep me on hold for very long. The car was very well-kept nothing missing and definitely definitely the finished work was above par. I definitely would go back to them again and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. They handled the insurance agency very well and there was no problems thank God.High quality customer service. None like I ever seen. Very attentive charming and informativeI even had to go back because I believe the edge of my fender had unhinged because of a speedbump I went over and Greg told me to come in immediately they took care of it Geronimo put it back together like new and it has not popped out since. They were very eager to help me with absolutely no extra charge unlike other Audi autobody shops that would’ve took a vantage of this and charged me again or kept the car even longer so this way they can charge me more but they didn’t and they were very willing to do it they were also very prideful in their work and in the way they had finished my car my car looks practically brand new

I recommend Aaron’s Body Shop to my friends, family, co-workers. You name it! I’ve mentioned this shop to everyone I know. The customer service that Greg provided me was nothing less than ordinary; such care, quality of service, and communication. You don’t have to take my word for it. You will see it for yourself.It’s been over a month now that Aaron’s Body Shop repainted my 2014 Lexus IS350 F. Since then I have had multiple rocks, pebble hit the front end of my vehicle – in the past my paint would simply chip – but the repaint Aaron’s Body Shop provided they just bounce right off without a scratch. I’m grateful for this guys and I know you will be too. I want to thank GREG! For the great service(s) he provided me and in the future. Ahaha.

Comment: I came here to get a Cat security plate installed and they did an amazing job. They were the first and prompt company to get back to me with a quote. I scheduled the appointment and had it installed in just under an hour. They were very accommodating and courteous.After driving the car for a day, I noticed a rattle. Its common because the way some of the cat plates sit, they touch part of the muffler/cat. I called in the morning and mentioned the problem. Greg said to come in at anytime. When I got there I didnt have to wait long. They trimmed the piece and everything is super clean.I appreciate this place and the service.

Even more remarkable, once the work was finished, they LOWERED the cost by almost $200, saying that they ultimately had to do less work they originally thought. Aaron’s was so cool as to able me to pay for the bumper And then they ordered a new bumper and painted it and when it was ready they called me and all I had to do was show up and they installed the new painted bumper while I waited. Comment: Aarons is the most professional auto body shop I have ever dealt with. Always high quality service and great results. I call them the fender bender eraser. They have done work on 3 of my vehicles, always perfect paint match, no overspray, no missing parts, just as good as when it left the factory. They also go above and beyond for the little things too like pickups or deliveries as long as they are not too busy. If you are looking for cheap and crappy dont come here but if you are looking for a fair price for high quality results this is the place.

After listening to me, he called one of his mechanics and checked my cars trunk latch. Both of them spent about 30 minutes and fixed the latch and he did not charge me a single penny. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Comment: This guy that works there didnt wanna give an estimate on the rear end of my car because it wouldnt do me any good without the insurance collision adjuster being present...I never heard that before and I already have 3 estimates done without any problems...even thou I got to the shop 40 minutes before closing it was very obvious that he didnt wanna deal with it in the last minute..I always take my cars to local shops not only because its convenient but also for supporting small local businesses..I dont recommend this place but if you do plan on taking your car there, call in advance and see if they feel like working for one or go 2 hours before closing...

Comment: One of the guys that does estimates I think they are brothers would not take my car in for repairs a second time around because the first time around I rated his performance 9 out of 10.. 😑 SOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SHOP.. never again will I go to them nor will I refer people to them really child like behavior.. in his mind he thought he deserved a 10. I guess they cant handle AAA customer opinions (even though I think that it was a great review) but I guess he really wanted a 10. Lol went to Hayward collision GREAT adult lol
