Former driver Dayton Ohio. Mike and Jeff are terrible managers. They treat the drivers like trash. They would rather cuss you out, write you up over nothing and fire you at will. I worked there for 6 weeks and seen 10 drivers get fired or harassed so bad that they quit. As a military veteran I had to experience the race issue brought against me. I resigned due to that because anyone who wants to pull out that race card on me or anyone else for no reason should be terminated themselves. I dont think its funny when a work employment verification was requested and was told that I never worked there yet I still have my Dhl badge. I enjoyed driving and the job. Just dont like coming to work and having that card pulled out on me everytime I ask a question. I bet if Mike and Jeff lost there jobs it would be karma.

Knock on my door from AAustin delivery driver is asking me for a shovel because they were stuck perpendicular in my gravel driveway. Went out in my garage and gave him two. Then knocked on my door again asking me if I had a number for a tow truck. I said no I’ve never used a tow truck. I told him to call his boss. He said his boss was way out in Hazel Park. I said he is still your boss- Call him!Second guy only got out of the truck once, took a few steps, wiped the dirt off his sneakers and got back in the truck. I was blocked in my home for hours while they waited for a tow truck and got hauled out. Wrecked my driveway. My delivery - a new gas grill from Amazon is banged up and the box ripped open. They tried using sand to get themselves out and left all the empty sandbags thrown on my grass. No apologies - just: “If I knew this was gonna happen I wouldn’t of come here “. Called the owner got voicemail, will see if he calls back. I’ll be contacting Amazon.

I am also in Farmington Hills and have nothing but problems with these Drivers. They apparently lack the ability to read the street sign stating that my street is a dead end, and instead park at the end of my street to make deliveries to the apartment buildings. After which they use my driveway as a turnaround. Today they managed to get stuck and destroy a good portion of landscaping where our water mains were just replaced. Between the driver and the tow truck it now looks like holy hell. I am also contacting Amazon and the PD with pictures and license plate info.

I’d give them a negative number if I could. There driver hit my son in Louisville, ky and totaled his car saying she didn’t see him when he was the only person on the road. Now their insurance is calling me a liar that his phone was broke with she totaled his car and both air bags deployed. He got a concussion and all they want to do is not pay for him to have a placement car to drive, missed wages and a new phone. No one will reach out to us from the company. This company needs to be dissolved based on the other bad reviews I see. I have Amazon prime and I’m calling them since one of the reviews say they drive for them to tell them to discontinue my business since they hire such shady people putting us in harms way in town. All I want is what’s fair and I could be one of those nasty people that hires a lawyer I guess I should think about it.

Your drivers are Constantly cutting through my driveway to bypass construction in my area even when I have asked them personally to stop they ignore me and drive through anyway. This will stop I have contacted Amazon and they are dealing with this and if not then Farmington Hills police will...

Driver in Indy almost hits me on a sidewalk/bike path in my neighborhood. When I tell him to watch where hes going he proceeds to get out of the van and tell me I need to watch where Im going and that I need to calm down and stop being a b**tch. Proceeds to follow me down the street taunting me to fight. Nice corporate image. Sending thugs into my neighborhood to deliver packages.

Avoid working for this company at all costs. No raises, horribly understaffed, and will blow smoke up your a** just to keep you behind the wheel. I quit almost a month ago and have still not received my final paycheck, which is against federal and state law. And dont get me started on the numerous ODOT and OSHA violations that plague this facility.

Do NOT hire these guys!! Their drivers speed all around town, block intersections and too many are rude and ignorant. They block traffic at Couzens and 10 Mile every day and impede traffic. They know they wont make the light, but they still try and dont care if they if they hold up traffic for everyone. Unbelievably ignorant!!!

Delivery to my address, wasnt the address on the envelope. have seen this service just throw things on peoples porches, like really throw it. Amazon best be looking at better carrier services or I know I will not be using their services anymore

They are the worst Amazon delivery company. I cringe every-time they have my package or packages. They never come on-time and do not even leave every package even though it is on the truck. Amazon needs to stick with USPS,Fed-EX and UPS. I pay extra for shipping so get it together AAUSTIN EXPRESS, Taylor, MI... !
