Comment: William was extra helpful and very responsive. I realized I’d made a big mistake when I needed a bigger truck than the 10-footer I’d reserved. William helped get me into a 15’ truck for only $8 more. Saved a lot of hassle on my end!

Comment: Our truck rental was through U hauls 24/7 share. We were able to rent our truck outside business hours. The process was easy. Upon returning our truck the owner Mr. William was onsite. He did our return for us which was very nice of him. His customer service was very friendly. As a business owner myself I observe how customer service is presented and his was great. We will continue to use ABC Rentals.

Comment: Be careful, they are thieves, they give you a price, they charge you hidden fees on the card, extra miles that you did not useA rent of 200 dollars came out to 800 on my card, I went to fight and they returned the money

Will worked tirelessly to make sure that I was taken care of and had exactly what I needed for my upcoming move. His customer support and fairness was far above any I’ve had with any business in a very long time. I wish everyone took care of their customers like Will and his team took care of me. Comment: I rented a U-Haul truck and was scheduled for pickup from this location. On the morning of pick-up, I was informed that the rental truck was not available, and was told that I would get a call back shortly with options. I never received that call, and when I contacted them an hour later, I was told that the previous user had not returned the truck, and that it would be my responsibility to make alternative arrangements with the central U-Haul office. When I contacted central U-Haul, I was told that ABC listed the reservation as having been cancelled by me.Understanding that things happen, this was very poor customer service. Beware if youre making a reservation and you actually need the vehicle on the days for which you reserved it.

Comment: Great service, FAST and great rates. Pick up was less than 3 min until I was in the truck and William (the owner) met me right outside upon drop-off and all I had to do was hand him the keys. Would 100% use ABC Car and Truck Rentals again, no brainer.

Comment: This place is awful. The owner doesnt know the difference between an auto transport trailer and a tow dolly. He was extremely discourteous when we pointed out that we had paid the extra amount for an auto transport trailer and we did not reserve a tow dolly.
