The drivers for Davison Elementary are beyond rude they talk to the children in such a disrespectful way they are very inconsiderate of these children waiting in the cold and for the past few days the driver has been speeding I will be making a formal complaint however I thank Rashard for always trying to resolve any issue that I bring to his attention
Very professional staff. I reserved busses for a trip and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They also offered the best deal for what so needed.
This is a school bus company. I actually drove for them, and their professionalism, and customer service is lacking. They pretend to treat their employees well by sponsoring company functions, but dont pay their drivers well.

The bus is always late they are dropping kids off at the school unattended knowing that these are special education children. Called several times communication poor. I will make a complaint in person soon.

Reckless drivers! Was just cut off by one on Mound road Came around the bus and he was reading a paper while driving with kids in the bus Is Not the 1st time I have been cut off by ABC drivers

Worst service ever!!! Very unprofessional. Leaves the children or have bus drivers thats missing the routes . Their bus drivers also ride pass the kids and ask the kids for directions! Poor service over all
My daughter gets out of school at 3:40 she doesnt get home till 5 and when you call and ask where your child is they act like youre the problem

I called for a ride they never answered or called back.
9:30 thurs morning, at lynch and van dyke bus 605 speeding, running a red light, driver wearing headphones with a bus full of kids bouncing around.
Bus are always late my kids missed 4 days of school Because the bus never came do they stand out thier for a hour and they had to walk back home.
Horrible hate their service never on time n always dropping kids 6 blocks from the real stop did this 4 a whole week they really need a half star 🌟 all them need 2 b fired

2022-03-20I was riding behind a ABC bus and the driver did not stop at the railroad that person just put on there hazards and crossover I thought that was very dangerous I wouldnt want my kids riding on that bus it was bus 469

2022-06-01Terrible bus comes when it wants that’s not cool kids missing education cause of that these kids is on bus for a reason meaning that can’t walk to school it’s too far the supervisor Vina is something different making excuses but wasn’t making excuses when the bus was coming at 7:20 and school starts at 7:30 but the bus supposed to come at 7:06 these kids are to young to be waiting 20-30 minutes on a bus when there is a schedule elementary kids sad bus service

2021-06-23Driver arrived one hour early for my medical appointment and became very huffy when husband asked her to return at properly scheduled time.Extremely rude, nasty attitude and very disrespectful. Took me to my schedule doctor appointment an hour from my home and after promising she would remain in the parking lot until I was done, she was nowhere to be found! I contacted dispatch who told me it may be up to an hour and a half to get a ride back from medical facility to my home. Sam, the dispatcher was incredibly nasty and disrespectful and said I was on my own. Daughter had to leave work to come out and get my husband and I. I understand ABC transportation merged with Dean’s transportation six months ago. The entire company is flawed. Ride your bike instead of using their services!

2020-02-27Yes we are good,I rate 4stars cause theres always room for improvement. Safe to say we deal with all types of personalities on a day to day basis but we always come out the gate appropriate first . Im at eastside location where we strive to be number one we take blows n keep ticking but remember this is thee service we in so adjustable attitude is a plus on both sides.

2019-02-27Inconsiderate driver constantly blows the horn against ABCs rules and disrespects neighbors with the noise! The parents have the responsibility of looking for their childrens arrival! Educate your drivers!

2016-04-15Once a week bus doesnt show up, Im put on hold for long periods of time and have to repeatedly call before they resolve the situation. Daughter has missed many days of school.
