This is both for the store and for whoever their 3rd party for delivery company happens to be...I was told there was zero way to know til day of what time my fridge might arrive. After getting emailed the time, the driver called to provide an hour window, then didnt show or contact us to let us know theyd be running late. Didnt show til 2 hours after and Id called (unanswered), and texted multiple times.Called up to the store the first time, and was transferred around and back and forth. Seemed no one had any concern about this being late or the extreme inconvenience involved. Tried to speak with a manager, got sent back to the sales individual who spoke over me multiple times and kept cutting me off. Earliest time they can try to schedule me for is Friday, which will be 2 weeks without a fridge.In the meantime, while waiting after I called the store the first time... the driver called and when I informed him that we were no longer home, was extremely rude and immediately hung up on me. After this was when I called the store back for the manager.I will be looking at options elsewhere before I even think of contacting this place or location again.
It was absolutely filthy dirty. The floor had holes in it 33 in deep sum at least 4 or 5 ft long. We were looking for a refrigerator some of the refrigerators didnt even have handles on them. You had to ask for assistance because most of the items didnt have prices on them. As soon as you got somebody to come over and help you they were gone. As I walked out the door being very kind I said I think it might be time for you gentlemen to look for a new job because this building is falling down. God Bless America
My experience at ABC warehouse today was very unpleasant. My husband and I went in to pay on our account. We were told by a gentleman that we should have put it in the mail because it takes time to process the payment and he was busy. We were disappointed at his reaction because we had been told we could come into the store to pay. We were paying by check but was told we should pay by debit card or cash but we pay all our bills by checks. As long as the bill is paid is what matters. We have been dealing with this particular store for years and never had a problem until today.
Bought a lot of appliances from this place. Mathew from appliance helped us a great deal. Even though some of the appliances we were looking for wasnt in stock he hooked us up with in-stock appliances that were a little more pricey than what we chose. Overall great experience. Will be visiting again since I need other things for my house.
After window shopping all day for new appliances, we decided to make one last stop in ABC Warehouse before we headed home. We had no intentions of purchasing this day, moreso just getting prices to take home to compare. After browsing for a few minutes we were greeted by Matthew. He asked what we were looking for and then escorted me to a few things he suggested based off my response. I asked for his personal opinion of quality brands on the items I was looking for and he provided that as well. I gave him a little more detail about what I wanted in a fridge and stove and also showed him a few of the things I had in mind to purchase. Matthew immediately went to work, going over to his computer and seeing what he had in stock to meet my request. Not only did he find them, but he offered the best prices I had seen all day! There was no way I could leave the store without making that purchase! Matthew was knowledgeable, personable, and an all around great salesman. Make sure to check him out if youre in need of anything ABC Warehouse sells!
I have financially supported this company for decades with abundant satisfaction...Until yesterday....as I took offense of comment to drive, pick up a operating part for a BRAND NEW PURCHASED/INSTALLED APPLIANCE!!!!! Which is presently inoperable)))))THEREFORE, delaying my process of Good Health Wellness....I AM....VERY disappointed/wanting all to know of DECLINED SERVICES!
I think the items for sale are pretty decent and some of the staff is pretty cool. However in my experiences here the appliance and TV salesmen are all too much to handle. Some will hound you like dogs where you seriously have to tell them hey, give me some time to look at stuff.I was also scolded by a salesman once here because I requested to see the remote for a TV that they had for sale, which he gave me. I wanted to test out some of the features on it and made some adjustments in the menu. By doing so, I made the cheaper of the few TVs look just as good as some of their top of the line sets. They must have done this to push the expensive ones more because the cheaper ones the TVs all looked dull but it was because they were set that way. He told me Dont mess with that stuff. I politely declined, gave him the remote back after I was done, left and bought the TV online. I know commission work is hard, but dont try to mislead me.
My visit was brief but it was long enough for me to find out that Matthew is amazing! Not only was he the only person to greet me he also listened to what I wanted and gave several great options. I will be returning to see Matthew again and I recommend you ask for him as well.
Had a radio receiver changed out earlier this week. Jason was super helpful and quick when I said what I wanted. Even discounted the radio a bit since I already ran the back up camera for them....they jumped right on my truck and had it done in an hour while I ate lunch!
The Centerline MI store is the best. It has a better selection than the other locations, plus the Manager Dave is the best salesperson that we have ever encountered. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about all of the appliances and the furniture. Hes a major reason we keep coming back!
I went in for an Air conditioner because well, its Hot!! My eyes found what I wanted and then came Matthew. He was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable. Id explained to him that I had just moved into my new home and just trying to cool 😎 down. Long story short, I walked out with an AC, Washer and dryer. Thank you very much Matthew. I hope my delivery is just an good.
My best advise with this chain is to be prepared to negotiate for your best price, particularly for the larger items. This time, there were not as many items in the store already. I was quoted a 2-3 week delivery delay. I ended up going to another chain, paying extra for an extended warranty, purchasing only part of my order this month, but my appliance will be delivered within the week. The total cost was still less than I would have paid at ABC.

If you find yourself at ABC Warehouse then seek out MATTHEW EAREHART to track down what you need. Hands down the best salesman ABC has to offer. I went here with a specific washer/dryer combo in mind and Matthew was able to recommend a far superior brand at a price point I couldn’t resist. This is a place where there is room for negotiation and a handshake seals the deal. At the end of the day, you will leave knowing that you found the best deal anywhere. So save yourself the trouble of comparison shopping and head on over to ABC Warehouse in Centerline, MI and be sure to ask for Matt. Im concerned that we are losing our full service neighborhood location. I live in Southfield where there is a ABC warehouse 2 mins and had to drive to Van Dyke and 10 Mile Rd to replace a work car radio. They only had 5 on display and no prices??? After standing there 15 minutes my son went in the staff only door where the music was blasting. Im understanding that no one wants to work these days & business are understaffed. At 60 I have no flex, need professionalism and need truth in advertising
This has to do with customer service. I bought a refrigerator back in March. It broke in December of the same year. It took 2 weeks to get it fixed. I called to ask for a loaner they told me no. I have kids so I spent two weeks buying food to store in a cooler. Now customer service has called me several times about an extended warranty which is half the price of the fridge (except for today when they offered it at a discount) I told Shanda Im out of work. Like most of our state right now. I told her why I was unhappy. No swear words used. I said Id never purchase anything from them again. When I needed help they wouldnt provide any but what to sell me something. I told her they need to stop calling me. She told me I was rude and hung up on me. Well ya know whats rude??? Calling people during a state of emergency and trying to sell them something. Unless youve been hiding in a cave you know a lot of people are not working right now. I told them months ago I was not interested in purchasing the warranty, but yet continue to call.
Matthew, gets a two thumbs up from me he did a great job. Ask for him, he is honest and not pushy, gives you the facts and lets you do the rest. My problem is with the delivery persons and the water line installer, none of them wore masks and would not stay 6ft away, I thought they were supposed to. I had a mask on and kept backing up till I finely went outside until the were done. I know they are sub contractors but if they are representing ABC they need to follow the guidelines, the store does and I felt very comfortable. Matthew, even asked me if I wanted him to write me up in the back where there were no people around.
On Monday I went to the 15 and John R location and not one of the sales reps even asked if they could help me . Than when I finally did get someone he could not answer any of my questions . I just left very very unhappy . Than I decided to go the the location on 10 mile and van dyke and was immediately greater my Matt and he was more than helpful in answering any questions I may have . I will defiantly go back to the 10 mile and van dyke store and work with Matt . As for the other store that is closer to my home ( I will never go back )
Came in to find a new TV stand for out living room and received help from Don. We found the stand that we wanted, but they did not have the fireplace insert that we also wanted in stock new. So Don made sure we got what we wanted and sold us the last one off the floor. Thanks Don we appreciate all the help you gave us!
Okay, these people work on commission, understand that going in. The guy we worked with was great. Very helpful and honest about timing. We needed something right away and he pointed us to a product that was actually a little less expensive than the original we came in for.
We recently had to make some quick decisions regarding a new washing machine. After talking with a couple people from the great staff in the Centerline store, they confirmed what my research had already told me! The staff was helpful, and not high pressure! Actually they were getting ready to close, and insisted we be sure on our choice, as they would be willing to wait for us! The prices are great, and the in house financing made what could have been a scary financial day... not nearly so bad!! Huge thanks to the accommodating, knowledgeable staff for your help, and kindness! We truly appreciate it, and will continue to bring you any business we might have! Thanks Again!
I went there for a tv which I started to buy, but I thought the price was a little more than I wanted to spend. The salesman, Mazharul Islam was very accommodating. I ask about a small freezer which were hard to find since the pandemic and they just happened to have received some with only two left. I have a very hectic schedule, so delivery was the next issue, Mr Islam came up with a solution that works for me. Good job!
Been shopping at this location for appliances, stereo equipment and tv’s for the past 20yrs! Great staff who will try hard to find you what you need and they always offer the lowest prices around town. There not perfect but, who is right? I recommend anyone to try ABC 1st before buying online or going to the ”so called” large name brand service centers.
Installation team brought wrong parts and left it half done. Went back to ask for proper parts and for the installation team to finish the job, and we were given the part and pushed out the door. Never had a problem before that. Now I realize all they do is sell without worrying abut customer satisfaction. So I go elsewhere.
Ordered a washer and gas dryer.Delivery guys came and they did not wear masks.Brought the wrong connecting cord for my dryer and made me drive to the store to swap it out.They only connected the washer.Store was out, had to go to Home Depot to get a gas line. Store offered to reimburse me at least.Get home and connect the dryer. Run a load to make sure everything works--Washer is leaking everywhere, was not installed right. Had to have a family member come and fix the leakage.Very poor experience, would not recommend.
WORST WARRANTY & SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!Ive purchased 3 of my 4 major appliances from this location along with their extended repair or replace warranty. I will never recommend or refer this location to friends or family again! We need sevice on our washing machine Both my wife & I are essential workers, my wife is a 1st responder & we have 4 boys at home. 1st call to them they claimed we werent under warranty when we have the paperwork to show it does until 6/22 then they send out a repairman that says everything is ok no problem found. And it still doesnt drain or work properly. When we get back ahold of them after a entire day of being given the run around they say we ordered parts.... How can that happen when there was no problem found??? Ive spoke to Rob & Dan both with no results. DO NOT SPEND YOUR VALUABLE TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED $$ WITH THESE CROOKS!!
ABC has a very nice selection of TVs and other items but...they dont have very good sales people!!! We waited over an hour of a TV in a box that we could have taken from the floor and been gone but...we had to wait on a person to bring our TV to us that never came back from the wearhouse!! Also the sales personal should know more about the products they sale!!😒😊
Don Rzeppa is an awesome salesman. He took care of me and my mom. We got an excellent deal and we did not have to wait for them to load up our new television. We also have a new dryer coming on Tuesday which he offered to have it delivered the next day but we need a couple days to get ready for it. Great service! Thank you Don
Great customer service provided by Jack on my phone call thats what brought me into the store. Patience & product knowledge by David. I made 2 purchases. Then Shawn & Mike delivered my appliances on time with a heads up delivery phone call. Merchandise in the home without a scratch. Thanks ABC terrific job. Ill be back Centerline. The people at the Centerline store were very nice and helpful. My questions were answered and I bought (5 appliances) exactly what I wanted. Jordan was awesome. My complaint is with delivery and installation (which I paid for). ABC will not give a time frame for delivery, so I sat home all morning. When my appliances were delivered, two of the three men were very nice. The man taking the appliances off the truck and out of the boxes, wanted to know why we bought such a large refridgerator. The delivery men left around 2 pm. The installer came to home finally at 5 pm. The entire time he was here he complained and told my husband that he (my husband) could have installed them. I paid for installation. The installer did not even make sure that the stove was level. Mind you, I am happy with my purchases, service could have been better,
BEWARE the sales guy I had was a joke I said me and my wife will deal with you so she gets a refrigerator and we point out it need a filter sales man no problem Ill have a new one put in before delivery didnt happen he put a little one in the hole that dont fit I had to go backWe buy a stove and microwave he adds on extra warranties that we dont need$300 more to the
Im giving this review based on the horrible audio installation department. First, I will be the first to agree that ABC Warehouse is top notch when it comes to their appliances and warranties, and that is what they are known for. But that audio department is low level skill and your not going to ever get the best service with low-level knowledgeable employees.
Richard is extra sleazy for a salesman. My husband and brother bought a dishwasher from him, then when my brother and I go in for 2 AC units (one for each of us) I knew exactly which one I wanted (the $99 one). A different salesman- who wasnt being incredibly pushy, he was actually being helpful, went to check the back to make sure they had them and I could walk out with one that day, came back and said that they had three left so I could walk away with one that day. We go to the counter to see if my brother could get credit through them and Richard recognizes him and takes over for us. He then tries to make me feel guilty and stupid for turning down the extended warranty for the dishwasher we already purchased. He was incredibly pushy towards the more expensive models for my brother and for me but I stood my ground and told him I only wanted the $99 one. After we deal with him being super pushy and sleazy with my brother I tell him I just want the $99 one. He says he will go to the back to check. He comes back and tells me they dont have any. I tell him the gentleman who was helping us earlier already checked and told me they had 3 left and I could take one home that day. Richard goes and speaks to that gentleman and comes back and tells me oh those were defective models, but we might get another shipment of them next week if you want to wait. Or you could walk out today with the model one price point up. I call BS and leave. I understand they are salespeople and they work on commission, but I found Richard extra sleazy and was disappointed with his service.

I went to ABC Warehouse. The salespeople was very friendly and ready to help you. But I asked for Zaman. I hope I said his name right. Because I dealt with him before briefly at the end of December 2018. He was really helpful, patient, understanding and gave me a deal on my items. Nice attitude! I bought a window air conditioner here. Over a week later we unpacked and installed it, only to find that it was defective. Management and staff at the Center Line store could not have been more helpful or understanding. We returned the bad unit along with packaging that we had all but destroyed to fit it into a trash can, and they loaded up a replacement unit into our vehicle. The entire transaction took minutes. I wish I had gotten names of the store personnel so I could thank them on here personally! Will not hesitate to buy here again.
Ive purchased a couple of appliances from this location and very pleased with each. I found the T.V. to be a little higher than other big box stores but after speaking with the Regional Manager, I will say that I appreciate the overall customer service experience and the integrity shown to me so I will return.
I bought a Samsung TV it was the worst purchase I made in my life1-no legs for tv still getting ordered 8 months later2- remote doesn’t respond to the tv I asked for a working one he said we don’t do that you have to buy one online or reprogram it on line.3- sales people doesn’t understand basic English or what a joke I’ll be damned if I spend another penny with some Shiesty ThievesI recommend not to shop at any abc store you will not be happy.
The customer service was excellent. Slick Rick and Captain Don went above and beyond the call of duty. The entire staff provided a warm and friendly atmosphere.We laughed, joked and talked. It was a process but they did not just sit us down and ask us to wait, they kept returning to us informing us about our progress. We never felt alone. I have found my one stop shop for sure. Always a awesome experience. My consultant was David. Real cool gentleman, didnt hassle me or try to make me purchase anything out of my means like most salesmen do. Gave me a discount and really easy on the eyes if you no what i mean, lol very satisfied with the centerline location......
Don Rzeppa was very helpful. I came on Black Friday to take advantage of a bunkboard special (only $38). Another salesperson was turned off by the small order but Don jumped in and took care of me with sincerity. I also needed an oven but wasnt ready until today. I made sure Don was in and he didnt disappoint. I probably asked 250 questions and he answered every one with patience and knowledge. He is also very funny, keeping me at ease during a difficult decision. He got me a great price on the perfect oven. If (when) I need more things for my home, I will be visiting no one but Don R. Definitely worth the trip to the Centerline ABC Warehouse. Tons of great deals!
Don Rzeppa was awesome!!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars. Were first time home buyers and we told Don that we wanted to host Thanksgiving dinner; he made sure that we received the applicable we needed in time for the holidays. I would give 0 stars if I could. First off dont but appliances or other in home goods here they have roaches visibly crawling on the showroom floor. Just had a radio installed it was poorly done and they forgot the microphone. Hadnt left yet so they sent a tech out to put the Mic in he tried to quick install it on my steering wheel as opposed to up the side of my frame like its supposed to be when I told him dont put it there he for smart and put it there anyways. I told him I dont want that there he walked away and made smart comments under his breathe.I got the manager and his attitude was worse. Never again.
I wish I could give them zero stars. Purchased new washer, dryer, and stove for $1600 but the items were delivered with dinks and washer did not have drain hose. The delivery guy called and advised the store and told us if we went and got the part they will install for the inconvenience. Now the store is trying to charge us for the items needed to install and dont return phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous. We are returning our items, they dont deserve our business.
Such a Positive experience I had today with my salesperson Donald Rzeppa Jr. He was very efficient with details about the product I came in looking for. Took his time with my husband and I and had an answer to every question I asked! He allowed my processes to go smooth and quick without any hassle! Extremely nice with a great attitude! I will most definitely be back to do more business with mr. Rzeppa again in the near future! Im definitely reffing my friends in need to him! No stress and no hassle thanks again!
Horrible sales and service. Ordered a washing machine two weeks ago scheduled a delivery for a Friday, didnt come. Got the run around itd be here Saturday, nothing. Then Im told waiting for a shipment and I wasnt scheduled for delivery. Will never deal with them again and advise other not to go unless you want a big head ache.
Wonderful staff. They were very patient with all my questions, and ensured I had all of the information I was looking for to make a better educated decision. Was helpful in figuring out what the best products were within the budget I had to spend, wasnt pushy, and gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted.
In store sales and service was good. Do not get anything delivered. It took 4 phone calls to get any information at all, and was only told I was number 22 on the list. If given that information up front, hours and hours could have been utilized in a more productive manner. Apparently, only their time is valuable. Is a vague 4 hour window too much to ask after spending a grand? I will not be shopping any appliances or large items I can not carry in my compact car, the delivery service is sub par at best.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I bought a remote starter for my car and was told that installation would take about 2 hours. They have had my car for 5 days now... because of something THEY DID it will not start, not with the key or the remote & they still have no idea what is wrong with the car. On top of all of that they have the audacity to be rude. TERRIBLE customer service. Ive been lied to, inconvenienced, & stressed out for 5 days for SPENDING MONEY at this store. This place is a nightmare.
This place should simplify their purchasing practices. The store is divided into three departments, but if you have multiple items from all the departments. They want you to make three separate purchases. I dont know if they work on commission or what but that sucks.
Hi my love of ABC Warehouse is for a lot of reasons. One being the pleasantness of the sales people. David Fexer hes been very kind generous funny even & is the best person Ive had the pleasure of knowing. He has worked with my hubby & i on our fixed budget our time frame of our lives. Its been great to getting beautiful nice new things cuz some times actually most times its tough for us to afford nice things. Thanks to David more times than once we have succeeded. Thank u David.
I just purchased Bolva this past Thursday 12/20 one of my daughter gift decided to give her one gift 12/24 at 730pm powered it up and nothing but lines screen totally unwatchable. Totally displeased at this point I called the store and they closed at 630 today. I will be there first thing Wednesday.
Sales pro Don Rzeppa is FABULOUS! He knows his stuff up, down, and sideways; but understood that I’d done my homework and elegantly took it from there. (And he made me a great deal!) I went into this location not only greeted at the door by friendly staff, but also by my sales lady Tammy. She took care of all of my questions and needs while looking for wireless headphones. She put the product in my hands. A telltale sign of a veteran sales person. I walked out with a sweet pair of headphones thanks to Tammy. Thank you! I will be back.👍
Zaman has been excellent! From narrowing down products for us to getting discounts and making sure appliances were delivered on time! Zaman went above and beyond to make sure we have the right handyman and equipment to install the appliances. I will highly recommend Zaman to my friends and family.
Bought a tv and the 5 year warranty. I was told by the salesman that I would get half back in 5years for the warranty if we never used it. I specifically asked if I had to keep the receipt to get the half back. He told me no since it was in the computer. When I called about this since my 5yrs is up November 2 I was told now that I do have to have the paper receipt or I would not get it. Also I was told that it comes in a store credit form. Even through they do have my info in the computer they will not honor it because I do not have the paper receipt. I was told even though I specifically asked the salesman I should have looks at the receipt and I would have known. Well, you dont get a receipt until its already purchased. The salesman works off of commission and lied!
I just got a new 40 inch tv. When i walk in all the salesperson were standing in front of the doors just waiting.. I went to the tv area. The only salesperson to help me was Jason.. He help me find the tv i was looking for... Very helpful i will go back and ask for him.. Thank you....
Cant stand the vultures/salespeople that stand by the front door that swoop on on you when you walk in. Just let me look around and take your commission when I purchase something. In the world of computers, research, and online shopping most of us know what were looking for but want to see it in person. If they want us to actually purchase it there instead of online, just back off a bit and let us shop.
I have had two very poor experiences at ABC and will never go back. Bought a remote starter for my husband for his truck, had it installed. The starter works but no remote entry with it like it says on the box. I thought it was both because thats what the box says, called ABC they said we will hook it up for an additional $45. bucks. And by the way it took them 6 hrs to install, seems a little long.
I went into the store March 7th, 2015 to buy a DVD player that was advertised on sale online and after standing around waiting for nearly 30 minutes no one waited on me. The sales person was there servicing another person and saw me standing there and I walk with a cane and still didnt acknowledge me. This is the sale item which is still showing availability at this storeCRAIG CVD512/ADVD Player with Progressive ScanReg. Price $21.99You Save $4Sale $17.99I was told they had none and I was told they had one for a higher price and the reason it was still online is because they havent updated item in their system yet...Well my question is Why is it still showing they have this DVD player for the sale price today and why wasnt I offered another one of equal value for all my inconvenience? Oh and I was told to call the store first before coming in, isnt checking store availability the reason they have this option online before going to the store so a person dont have to be put on hold for a long time??
Every time Im looking for appliances or TVs I always call the salesmen Dave Flexer from this store. He always not only matches the best deals I find but often beats them by a lot.. Always buy from him if I can.I never purchase a TV or Appliance without calling him first.
This ABC warehouse is terrible i will never go back, I walked in 5 people standing there said nothing to me entering so Im looking to by a refrigerator and Im back there for 15 minutes still no help as Im leaving I asked for so help guy said he coming and another guy walked in and gets attention right away its was unfair and rude management horrible please dont shop there.
Terrible service in Audio department. No one ever answers the phone, and they take all day to do services. I left my car there in the morning when it first opened to get a starter put on, when I called 4 hours later they said they still hadnt even started on my car after they told me it would only take 2 hours.

2022-05-29I cannot say how much I absolutely love Matthew!!! From speaking with him on the phone to in person. His customer service exceeded my expectations. He truly went above and beyond!!! Not only did I snag a great deal on my new washer and dryer, but he was very informative and wasnt trying to sell me just anything. I love his energy and he gave me vibes like he was an close friend that Ive known for years. I will absolutely continue to go to and through Matt for anything I need from ABC. No, shade to the rest of the employees whom Im sure are all great... but Ive definitely found another hidden gem and Im sure as heck aint letting him go!!! Great job mum!!!

2022-06-28Went to buy a dryer from this location. They sold it to me at 697. I had to finance the product. This place partners with credit acceptance. I was told also, that they would not install it, that I would have to have their plumber come over after it was dropped off and install it, and that it would cost me another 125 dollars on top of the dryer, plus delivery fee, plus parts, plus removal fee, and taxes. Their credit acceptance partner wanted to finance it to me for 13 months, at 52%. Which means after 13 months when I finally paid it off a dryer that cost 697, would cost me almost 2000 dollars, when everything was said and done. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I canceled my order and went to Home Depot, and got a better dryer, with parts, labor, delivery, install, removal of old appliance, and a 3 year warranty for 900 dollars out the door. I put it in my home depot credit card, and no interests for 12 months which means a little over 75 dollars a month, instead of the almost 200 a month ABC warehouse and Credit Acceptance were going to try and fleece me out of. Shame on you guys!!! This is how your company runs I wonder how you are still in business

2022-06-01Our experience was very seamless! We came in and had an idea of what refrigerator we were looking for and Matt helped us with courteous, efficient, and best pricing available. This made for a very pleasant experience compared to Lowes and Menards where they were less informed and didnt have the make or in stock options we were looking for. We will be going back for any future needs. I give Matt 5 stars for great customer service!

2022-04-24Always great prices, customer service and selections. We have been going here for so many years. Always ask for Richard Parsons. Great guy and will give it to you straight. We have bought our TVs, washer, dryer and refrigerators from here and have never had an issue.

2022-06-03Went to look for a stand for our new 70 TV that was delivered a few days ago from ABC, (at a great price with very low payments,) and we found an awesome one on sale and bought it.Waiting on delivery of the stand thats coming today. I do think that ABC Warehouse should review its delivery charges though. I live two miles from the store and the delivery charge is $50. My husband had I were going to bring it home ourselves, but the salesman pointed out how heavy it was and my husband and I checked and it definitely was too heavy for us to carry in to our house, even with my brother-in-laws help.ABC, Im 67 years old and my husband is 61 and disabled and also has bad knees and even with his brothers help, we wouldnt have been able to bring this in, so Im glad the salesman pointed out the weight, but seriously, $50 to bring it 2 miles away?

2021-11-12My go to place for appliances. I have purchased all of my appliances from ABC Warehouse. They Always seem to have the best prices. Shopping is always so quick and easy for me. I go in, pick an appliance, pay and its in my truck within 25 minutes of arriving. And I always get a discount. Easy peezy washing machinny.

2022-01-30Sales person never put their phone down to provide assistance with shopping for a new clothes dryer. When I asked for some prices, he never looked away from the game he was playing on his phone, just said someone will be right with you, no one ever came to help. They must not be commission based! Walked out never having been asked what I was shopping for. Wont go back there again. Should have guessed when there was not anyone else in the store shopping. May have well been in Baghdad shopping.
