Do not sign up for home delivery! You will be sadly disappointed with missed delivery dates and NO COMMUNICATION. I signed up due to health reasons and run out of water completely on a regular basis due to company disorganization. Shame as I’d like to support this local business and use way less plastic but the service is so UNRELIABLE!Looking for a different company who might appreciate the business and take better care of their customers.
I would not recommended using this company. We use them for our water delivery/pickup and they have yet to ever make it on time for a delivery. we have gone days without having water in our office for patients and staff. The customer service representatives are not very helpful and often times rude. They have been in the parking lot of our office before and left stating we are closed, but never came in. We have left multiple messages for managers and have yet to receive a call back. I do not recommend doing business with them.
They may have a quality product but their employees should takeoff their shirts when they’re going to complain and moan about politics at the local grocery store.There are certainly entitled to their opinion. It’s just a bad look and certainly a turn off to a potential customer.
I used Absopure home water service from February to September, 2021 and canceled the service September 5th. Absopure is the worst service I have ever experienced and I’m completely dissatisfied with the service. During the last 7 months, many times they have rescheduled the delivery date without notifying me, even though I asked them nicely to inform me about any rescheduling. Every time they failed to show up to get the empty water bottles, I would be the one who had to call or email to see if the pickup was rescheduled again, whereas it is part of their job to contact me. Simply, they don’t value appointments with customers. They also didn’t reply to the last two emails from me, which makes me feel ignored. Moreover, their website is broken, such that I have no way to log in and check the status of our account. I haven’t heard from them yet about when I will get the deposit back. I returned 7 empty water bottles which amounts to $49.00 total. Emailing a notification to a customer is not too much to ask. They disappointed me many times and my patience is running out.
Buyer beware! The customer service is TERRIBLE. They will charge you for your order and give you the run around when its time to deliver. Our water was never delivered, we never received an invoice or a written reflection of our request for cancellation but the charge was reflected in our account. No one called to inform us that the water would not be arriving during the agreed window of time. There is definitely a blatant disregard for the customer and for the business itself. My family has been using absopure water for years-buying it at our local health food store. Let me tell you after experiencing the company first hand I will not be buying any more of their water in retail spaces either.
I was scheduled as a NEW customer for home delivery for dispenser + water on Oct 8 between 8a-5pm I never got a delivery. I dont have water nor dispenser. I called 3 times Friday asking for a ETA and never got one. So here we are Saturday and I have nothing from Absopure! Theyre closed on Sat and Sun. This is not acceptable. I signed up at Costco for this and feel lied to, cheated.
Worst service based experience of my life. Deliveries were rescheduled without any notification to me and I ultimately received 2 out of 5 deliveries. They were supposed to send me a schedule of delivery dates, twice, but it never happened. And while their customer service reps seem to correct things over the phone, those corrections were never implemented, nor do they have the knowledge, information, or desire to find out any information that would help you. They might be cheaper than the other companies but they aren’t worth the headache.***After waiting a few weeks for my deposit to be refunded they keep increasing the amount of time they tell me it takes. When I asked the person that I was speaking with how everything can be processed for customers on a monthly basis but take longer to for me to get my money after closing my account I was told that it’s their policy.
Im absolutely disappointed with their delivery service! I was a new customer in September 2021water and cooler came (although I had to call them to ask them what day and time they were coming). My 2nd delivery was suppose to come on October 3rd, nothing. I called and they said that someone would deliver on the 11th, nothing. I called on the 11th and they said the delivery guy was behind and that he would deliver on the 13, NOTHING! I just hung up the phone and now they said that the delivery guy will be here on Saturday the 15th!!!At this point, if I dont receive my water on Saturday Im canceling because obviously they are not dependable.P.S. the ladies on the phones are nice!
Update: customer service manager Lisa contacted me took care of all issues within an hour. Machine will be swapped tomorrow. I am very satisfied now.Signed up at Costco great pricing. Delivered a machine that wasn’t flushed properly I guess full of soap and white powder.... no big deal said they would take care of it and call me to fix it..... I call them a week later they tell me it will be another full week of sitting with a soapy mess in my kitchen and they lady on the phone believe it was Tina could literally care less. Going back after our vacation this is how a company loses business on customer service alone could really have cared less about the mess up but a call back at any point or at least a sincere apology or remedy other than oh well would have been enough to keep me.
Please take seriously the bad reviews that are posted on other sites regarding Absopures terrible customer service and the rudeness of the staff. Twice, Ive not received my order on a holiday weekend when I was having a party with no phone call. About every third delivery, there was an issue... wrong size, wrong number of bottles, late delivery, items left I didnt order, etc. This past weekend, on Friday at about 4:55 pm (Labor Day weekend), I noticed they hadnt made the pickup and delivery. So I called and was told that I was rescheduled for Tuesday. When I asked why I didnt get a call I was treated rudely. That was the final straw. I cancelled their service
I was supposed to receive my water for my business on 9/3/2020 but it never arrived. I called Thursday, 9/10 (a week later) and was told it was to be scheduled for Monday 9/14 between 10-6pm since the driver came when we werent opened yet. Now around 4pm on 9/14, I called to see if the delivery was still coming and was told we are scheduled for 9/17? The girl on the phone last week specifically told me MONDAY 9/14. Your driver delivered outside of our business hours on the original date of 9/3, and no one ever notified us that there was a failed delivery attempt. I had to wait an entire week and contact YOU in order to see what happened in the first place. When I called today and to be told we are now being pushed to 9/17, not only are we upset that we were told the wrong redelivery date, but you are unable to move the delivery up even though we are COMPLETELY out of water. We have been ordering water from Absopure for many years and we are extremely dissatisfied with your service. The last couple deliveries the driver has been very rude, making remarks about how they dont pay him enough. Now with this happening I dont blame him for complaining about corporate.
Wish I could give 0 stars.. Used them for home delivery less than a year & my experience was horrendous from start to finish. The creepy driver gave me his personal phone number to set up water deliveries, which up until I canceled thought it was a work phone until customer service told me they don’t have work phones. He would never respond anyway, I would have to text him for days to finally get a response even though when I first started getting deliveries that’s what he told me to do. It just didn’t seem right so I called the company to set up a delivery, they scheduled me, at this point I had been out of water for 2 weeks dealing with them. The day he was supposed to show I waited at my house all day, reserved the day just for this delivery. 4:30pm, still no delivery. I call customer service to see what’s going on & she tells me oh he couldn’t make it today but he can come next week LMAO.. Yea, no.. I asked why I wasn’t notified & she told me that they “called me” .. 100% a lie.. I never received a call from them I can assure you, there was definitely no call at all.. When I asked why he couldn’t make it that day she told me she didn’t know. They don’t keep track of their drivers. YIKES.. So customers are calling reporting this guy has been a no call no show for over 2 weeks, missing several scheduled deliveries & the company doesn’t know why their driver isn’t making the delivery.. This place is an absolute joke. I definitely canceled & have since found a legit water delivery service that is wonderful. Would never recommend this shady company to anyone.
Signed up at Costco over two months and only received ONE delivery! First off the guy just delivered the water cooler on my porch in the rain without a contract or invoice he didn’t bother to knock on the door. I figured no biggie I’ll just try to install myself. Soon I realized they gave me all distilled water when I asked for two distilled and two purified. I just ignored it because people make mistakes. I had to call them to see when my delivery days was and how often since I didn’t have a contract or invoice. The lady was so unprofessional and didn’t care when I stated my concerns. Forward til this week I was supposed to receive what would be my second delivery 9/8/2020 nothing came. I had to call them only to find out they were not coming until Saturday 9/12/2020. I said ok no problem it was a holiday but I wish someone would have called me. Still no apology or nothing. Now today 5:43pm 9/11/2020 I receive an automatic call that my water will not be delivered until Monday 9/14/2020!!!! This is very unacceptable!!! I’m closing this account. I’ll continue to buy water bottle...
I ordered purified water in 5 gallon bottles. They delivered distilled. I called them they said they couldnt bring the correct water for a week. I then bought water from a different company. I called absopure and canceled. They picked up the wrong product. I have yet to receive my refund. Its been a month! I will never use them again!
I give 3&1/2 stars only because the initial delivery was a week late, not a big deal but I had to call to confirm the next delivery day as they did not notify me. Also, the delivery guy was a little sketchy and was complaining a lot therefore we did not allow him to come in and set it up. The equipment works great and no issues there. I’m liking both hot and cold cooler.I received a call a week later to see how my delivery went and I told the gal the above but nothing was addressed further so I thought I’d post on here.Lastly, she confirmed my next delivery for next month but I signed up for every OTHER month so I called back and got the main number and another gal stated I am in the system for once a month and that was wrong therefore she switched it.With all that being said, customer service is lacking for a first impression, unfortunately.
We moved to Metamora in July 2020 and started with Absopure. They are terrible about keeping up with their delivery system. We would be waiting for our water and no one shows up. When we would call they gave us an excuse that there was a computer issue, or whatever, but neglected to let us know. Today we were expecting a delivery. Keep in mind that our last delivery date was Oct 22, and our water is gone. We called and asked when they would be arriving with our next order, and they tell us they wont be able to until DECEMBER 7TH!!!!!!. That is totally unacceptable. Is this a way to run a business? This was the 3rd and LAST time that we are dealing with this company. Switching to Culligan, but I would never recommend Absopure to anyone! Terrible service!!
We have been getting Absopure water delivered for years. When it was getting difficult to carry cases home I signed up for delivery. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was cheaper than getting it at the grocery store. I am writing this reveiw because I saw their rating at 3.5 and I couldnt believe it. They are fabulous. Drivers are all very prompt and courteous. I recommend them very highly. You will love them.
Bad customer service, unless youre calling to make a payment of course. Got the runaround a few times this week. Were making a delivery at this time, no were not, no we dont give time frames of when well deliver. I dont know why someone told you that. Youre scheduled for delivery. Thats all we know. Rude, disrespectful tone of voices from customer service reps... Should NOT be working in customer service, if youre going to speak that way. Weve been out of water since Tuesday (now Friday) and I was told we could get an earlier delivery, but was not fulfilled. BRAD - Michigan, services Mount Clemens often is ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Standup guy! 10/10 Recommend.
The delivery guys are awesome!! Your customer service agents are rude, impatient and sound as though they hate their jobs. By the sounds of it they are working from home. This is every time I have to call I dreed it. Please give us the ability to alter our delivery online so I dont have to call. Your expensive, if I had another option for water delivery I would take it.
6 months later and this place is still slow as you can believe. Do Not come here if you have a schedule to keep. The People here are lazy. As you can see they said 6 months ago they would send this to higher ups. The higher ups must not care. Unreal… and it’s dirty as can be too… so that’s where your water comes from folks.

So disorganized!LISA in customer service will tell you anything you want to hear.Have changed my delivery week/day 3 times in two years with NO notifications, communication, anything. Then I ask for a special delivery this past week because they changed the schedule again and I am out of water and STILL no communication. Good bye and good residence.
These guys have great rates (if you have a Costco membership). The water tasted incredible. They come in and set you up with the cooler, which is also a reasonable fee for rental. I get the mineral water, which is more expensive than the others but it is worth it. I cook and drink with the mineral water but if you use it in your coffee-maker, you will have to clean it occasionally to remove the mineral buildup. I don’t trust rap water anymore. I would highly recommend getting Absopure.
Check in 4:35pm it’s 8:00pm still loading. I never see this kind of wear house and lazy people working there it’s bad please i picked up load different wear house at Columbus same product it’s not take a long like 45 minutes they finished up their I don’t know why this place!?
We signed up with Absopure a little over 2 months ago at Costco. We have had deliveries made that we didnt order, have waited during 2 scheduled pick ups for them to come get this order and they have never shown up. I have called 5 different times to get this order we never placed (we are supposed to call when we are ready for more water, per the contract I set up) sent back, even though we still got charged the delivery fee. Yesterday was supposed to be another day they were going to pick up this mistake delivery. I had all the jugs outside by 7:30am. We are on spring break and I never left homehome . At 4:45pm I called and was told the delivery person was still making rounds. They never showed. I called this morning and the delivery person made a report that they knocked and no one was home! They directly lied! We never left! The office staff said they would tell that delivery persons manager and call me back with a NEW pick up date. Its 2pm and they never called back.I just called Costco to tell them about the horrible business ethics they seem to have and Costco will be contacting the company on my behalf. I have never had terrible service from a Costco affiliate before. Dont believe me? Read the other reviews. Unless you have time for hours of phone calls and extra unintended charges on your bank statement, I do not recommend this company at all. I would not be surprised if Costco drops this company all together (hopefully).
Not a good experience at all. Set up their 30 day free trial, person on the phone assured me that there was no charge, but they needed my credit card on file to start the service and it would only be charged if I kept the service after the 30 days. I started my 30 days on 08/03/15 and my credit card WAS charged on 08/31/15. When I called in to end my 30 day period citing this service failure, I was told something completely different than what the first phone agent stated. Regardless I asked them to refund me immediately based on their service failure and they said no refund would be done until all of their equipment was back. They scheduled 2x times to pick it up and THEY failed to show up both times. When I called I was told they were just busy but they still could not/would not do the refund until they picked up their items. Finally a call to them on 10/05/15 agent Tina said she could not do the refund but shed make sure all items were picked up, which they were but again it took 3 scheduled trips and multiple no call / no shows!!! On 10/08 I got a supplemental refund, I was still shorted somehow (not much, like a dollar) due to their catty-whompus system. Just a bad experience, I would not ever give a credit card for them to put on file. Their service failures are large. Do not recommend :(
My husband and I have been a loyal customer of Absopure for over thirty years and are no longer satisfied with their leaking 3 gallon bottles. We order the 3 gallon bottles since we are seniors and find the larger bottles are too heavy to carry up and down our basement. The problem is some of the bottles leak! My kitchen has been flooded four times from the 3 gallon bottles leaking from our Absopure cooler. It was a big mess to clean up. Every time we place a new bottle of water on the cooler, we sit and watch it for a leak. Yesterday, after watching it for awhile we thought it was ok, but wrong - it leaked bad all over my kitchen floor. The plastic bottles Absopure is using are Defective, plain and simple. They have poor quality control. The only good thing I can say is the water is great and we do get very good delivery service. Our driver is the best!
EDIT: Im still pretty salty about the whole process, but after reading this review I had somebody call me the very next day and promptly correct the issue. I have no idea why they couldnt just do that in the first place, and why I had to get to the point of being so upset for them to take care of me like that, but this lady was very kind and understanding and she really saved this review. She apologized profusely for everybodys actions and she seemed pretty genuine about it too, not robotic. I got my full refund right away and the process definitely smoothed out. Very grateful for her phone call! Goes to show that its not always a business that can be shity, sometimes its just the people...ORIGINAL:Literally the worst experience of any company Ive ever had to work with. I got quoted at $23 for my order and the next thing I know 64 dollars came out of my bank account... I was frustrated and told them to come pick up their equipment and give me my money back, and it took them 3 weeks to even get to my house to get the stuff, and now theyre telling me I have to wait 8 weeks to even get my money back. Seriously whatever you do dont work with that absopure. Ive been on the phone with them for weeks trying to get my money back, and theyre going to send it as a check.... 8 weeks later! So what took 30 seconds to come out if my bank, triple the a.iunt it was supposed to be, is gonna take 8 weeks to return!??!?!?!? Worst. Experience. Ever.
This home delivery service is the worst service I’ve ever paid for. We chose absopure based on suggestions from our Costco membership. The deal on pricing was ok but this company has absolutely no consistency in its billing or delivery schedule.I was double billed my first month, and the following month they came on the wrong day and charged me for the bottle deposits since they weren’t outside to be picked up. Not one time in the three months we have had service has it been delivered on time. It took three different calls to finally get the proper schedule from them and yet it’s pointless because they don’t follow it. Our last delivery was on January 14th and today is February 13th and we still don’t have a delivery. It was supposed to be on January 11th but keep getting the run around and calls about delays after contacting them numerous times. We have had to go out 4 times now and purchase water from the store due to Absopure’s poor delivery service. Save your money, bottom line their service is garbage
I’ve been waiting 11 weeks for a refund check for empties returned on Jan. 7th. I closed my account due to missed deliveries and leaking bottles. I’ve emailed customer service at least 7 times. Excuse after excuse after excuse. On Jan. 23rd I was told Absopure’s policy was 6-8 weeks for refinds. On March 6th I was told, “It should be any day now.” Really?If you’re thinking of ordering from this company, I can’t stress strongly enough that you keep looking. I order from Arbor Springs now - less expensive, never a missed delivery, and no dirty leaking bottles.
I have specific water requirements and require purified water. Ive ordered water multiple times via the phone and the website. Each time the water was delivered to my door step a few days later. They take the empty containers, and are extremely friendly. Ive never had any problems with billing or being charged incorrectly. The detailed monthly statement is always correct.
Cant even get my water delivered as told by csr. The initial delivery was on time...never received water again. I called theytold me my delivery was cancelled but no one rescheduled....i was told Id have a delivery on Monday and Id get a free bottle...still no water. I have been waiting 14 days for water. I might as well keep going to home depot! Only my second delivery and the csr this last time was terrible! Not what i expected at all.
I cannot believe a company like this is allowed to stay in business. They have absolutely no ethics and have already stiffed a lot of their vendors. If you are a potential vendor, I highly recommend you demand payment upfront for services to be rendered otherwise youre taking a big risk by dealing with them.
Bad service -- Ive been a customer for two years and have never been happy with their delivery service - But now after a order placed over a week ago was set.. They choose not to deliver it because the dock was full at my building -- then you wait for it to open up and to add my building has a large dock that fits 4 semis at a time and opens ups within 10mins. Or pull next the the building like other trucks are doing that sit out there with their hazards on making sure their customer gets their product.. Certainly after being pushed back a week already and to make it worst instead of delivering it the very next morning.. you push me back 2 days!!
This is the 4th Incident we have had here at the Academy. Terrible company, It took them a month to get our water cooler replaced. Each day we called we go told they will be there tomorrow for 4 weeks straight. THIS month I have called 3 times Tuesday I was told we would have our water delivery, Tuesday no water. They said no its Wednesday. Wednesday No water. I called and was assured They would have us the water In the AM on Thursday.. No Water on Thursday. Here we are Friday I see the water truck park in front of the school for about 5 minutes and then leaves. (NO Water) Will be using another water Company.
They are not a business. My equipment and 6 bottles have been in the rain and snow for 2 weeks. It was put out on the 7th. I was gone for 2 weeks and mgt knew and your pick up guys lied. Dont BS me bottles were outside the door, you really couldnt miss them. Accordibg to my video cam you were never there to pick them up. Dont BS me...i have text messages if anyone wants them....No one cares!!!!! Also from costco!
These people are terrible when it comes to customer service. They repeatedly have tried to deliver our water on the wrong day and have terrible scheduling issues. They wiuld tell us our water would be here friday and then they would try and deliver it wednesday. Its happened several times now. Not happy with the service. Customer support always say we dont know what happened or what time stuff will be dilvered. Quite annoying..
Please fix your quality control issue. How many times have I bought the 16.9 fl oz bottles (that come in the plastic 24 pack) and the out side of the bottles smell strong of mildew. I have to rinse and wash them all off or return to the store. of course you dont know till you get it home and open the plastic. Its hit or miss, cold weather, hot weather, at mulitple stores in the area of Westland, and this is a problem for several years now. This is not safe or sanitary, please fix the problem. It could make someone sick. I am tired of the problem really, and taking it back to stores etc. So water splashes on the outside, and its not wiped off, then sealed up in the plastic? This is what I suspect.
Horrible home delivery service. Always messed up my monthly orders of bottled water. Never came on the calendar scheduled day. When I called to check to see where my delivery was, the office always have some poor excuse. The ladies that work in the office are extremely rude on the phone. Not a dependable company to deal with.
Worked here for two days, company is boring and terrible for training. My job was as a maintenance technician. Ask a fellow employee questions about machines and they cry and are very rude. There is no team work here. Good luck working for this company if you choose too.
Absopure Water at Hunters Retreat Spar complex Port Elizabeth is the WORST water bar I have ever experienced.. I was literally chases out of the store after being attacked by Papa, Mama & cub (its a family business), falsely accused and called foul (a stupid monkey). All this infront of my two nephews and niece. I found myself having to explain RACISM and bad human behaviour when returning to the car. When all i wanted was a few ltrs of water and a service with a smile.
Ive have just about drank every type of galloned water in the SouthWest to California. This purified water tasted like plastic. I wasted my money on this. Nice! is actually a sarcastic way of naming this water. By the way, minutes after drinking this water my stomach ached.
Easy in easy out. I had a 1530 appt.,arrived at 1430. They had me loaded and BOL in my hand by 1535. They even let me pull over to the side of the lot to take my break. Only thing I didnt like about the place was the huge potholes in front of the loading docks. Tore off a mudflap backing up to door 20.

2022-01-26Quit using them after several years of water delivery as we have been disappointed with their service in the past few months. Most recently changed delivery day with no notice. Then didnt come on that day. No call. Then we called and were promised they would come next day. Didnt come then either and no call. Called and asked to speak to a manager to explain the issue and were told someone would call us back. Nobody called back. Time to move on to another company that is more reliable and customer focused.

2022-05-16One star is far too many. Decided to get the water dispenser to try and use less bottled water. First delivery was a month ago. Was delivered a dispenser that was soaking wet, and a jug that had a hole in it. I called immediately and was told they would come and get the jug in 2 weeks...........as it sat spilling all over my front porch. Asked for a next day pick up and was told in a few days. Had to call two more times after 2 weeks had past. Finally got the new jug, told the driver was delayed.. I doubt that. Now we should have had our new water delivered on Friday.....it was not, but the family down the street got theirs....makes no sense at all. Will be calling tomorrow and requesting they come and get the dispenser and cancel our service. I will buy one and get water from a reliable company that values their customers.

2022-02-10I was an Arbor Springs customer turned Absopure customer by default. There has been nothing good about the switch. I’ve been told different delivery days several times. Had deliveries show on not scheduled days leaving excessive amounts of water. I called yesterday to verify delivery for today and was assured the delivery would happen. Called today to see why it didn’t and was told it would be tomorrow now. I’ve gotten different answers every time I’ve called. Closed my account effective immediately.

2022-06-09I dont like getting on here to blast companies, specially after COVID and the employment issues. But this is hands down, the worst place to get ANY type of service.The good: they have waterThe bad: NO ONE THERE HAS A CLUE about whats going on with deliveries, service arrangements, etc. When service was getting started, they shipped me a USED water cooler.The ugly: they are a SCAM. They shipped and billed me without my consent. Ive tried to cancel service 3 times now, and I cant get anyone here to pick up this water cooler, or 8 5 gal waters on my porch (theyve been there for weeks).Im getting billed by my association for letting this stuff sit here. Each time I call, theres an excuse, and they say they didnt know I wanted to cancel.Do NOT sign up with them for any type of service. You will have inconsistent deliveries, whether its products or shipping dates. Youll be billed when you shouldnt.STAY AWAY.

2022-05-31Terrible delivery service. Bottles not getting delivered when scheduled, and no one calls you to let you know that there was a problem. This has happened more than once, called customer service, not very sympathetic. Our delivery was supposed to be 5/13 they claim their 800 automated system called to say they would be here on 5/14, this is a business and were not open on Saturdays, we never received a call nor a message. Never called us to re-schedule, if I hadnt called them myself this morning (5/31) we would have had to wait for our next delivery date on 6/10. Were completely out of water and apparently out of luck with them. Were shopping around for a new company. After reading the other reviews this seems to be a major problem with this company, wished we would have seen this prior to signing up with them.

2022-01-20I saw another customer review and I’m in the same boat! Used Arbor Springs and had no problems ever with them even if I called the same day. The first 2 deliveries from Absopure were fine. I called last week for a delivery and was told Wednesday. Wednesday came and went so I called again and was told the driver was delayed so I would get my delivery the next day. Ok put the jugs out again still no show. Called again and was told a lie then said a manager would make sure I got my delivery on Friday. Also was told they are short staffed due to illness this week. I understand that. Still no show on Friday. Called AGAIN and per a manager was told would have delivery on Wednesday (normal delivery). Well no delivery AGAIN! No one called or anything! I’m a small business owner myself and we work late in order to make it right with our customers!!!

2022-01-13I have had HORRIBLE service from absopure. I was part of the arbor springs buyout and I HATE this company. I have been with them for several months now and I have gotten my water delivery on time ONCE. I have NEVER been communicated to be told my water delivery will be delayed. I have called and complained SEVERAL times and all I get are excuses and the problem continues. Don’t waste your money on this service, go to a different company. I’d rather spend the time and money to buy dozens of single jugs at the grocery store than deal with this company. I’m about to cancel my service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE!

2022-02-07I have had good service from the drivers & customer service. I do notice the water quality can be off. When I call them about the water issues they come get the jugs, change out the filter, and replace the jugs no problem.

2022-05-23I use this company at home and I am completely happy however we use them at work and we have found spiders in the bottles that have been delivered. In the most undesirable way we discovered this. We found spiders in our water we poured during the day for months!!! We thought they were climbing into the hole where the water is dispensed. Then when changing the water bottle one day, we set the bottle on the table to remove the top seal and saw spiders inside the sealed water. I went home that night and checked all my bottles at home, I will continue to check them all in the future. Please check yours unless you like spider water. ewwww AND I called and they never apologized for this happening or anything, RUDE person on the phone, Im cancelling my home service after speaking to this person! I will not stay with a company with poor customer service, my money will go to someone who has some manners

2022-01-14STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service . I subscribed with my costco membership. Never thought this would end up as a bad decision. They never take empty bottles back and water dispenser which was not working was left with me. I ended up having 2 dispensers, 8 empty bottles scattered in my apartment for almost 45 days . Every time I call, they promise delivery driver will pick them up on certain date but he never shows up. When I call, they claim that delivery guy arrived at my place . I believe delivery driver’s phone network is from different planet as he cannot call me. Happened 6 times in last 45 days . They even charged me for water dispenser which was not working and not picked up by delivery driver . I ended up driving to absopure office 40 miles away , to drop all bottles , 2 water dispensers and happy part is to cancel my subscription. Absopure more like absolutely unprofessional.
