Five star is not for AccessPoint. I want to post how Terri Smith from AccessPoint went out of her way to help me with BCBS issues even though it was not her job. She was amazing! I was on the phone for 2 hours (on hold most of the time or getting disconnected!) trying to rectify my health insurance problems with my doctors, BCBS, AccessPoint and Vensure Employer Services while getting a run around. So frustrating! Mrs. Smith made my day though (instead of transferring me to another person) and quickly resolved everything! We need more professional like her. At least AccessPoint hired right person...

Horrible place to work don’t even waist you time especially for the Flagler position..they going to work you for 14hours straight with no brake and even after I worked 42hour in went into over they shorted my check by 400$ because they refused to pay over time ,after everything made a statement abt not have the correct time sheets so they wouldn’t have to pay me the money I worked for..

The Farmington hills office sucks I did everything I was supposed to they dropped the ball made me lose out on the position then when I called for work they tell me they cant use me but its funny how bad the company wanted me that they dropped the ball on that wonted me jack is a lier J for joke J for jack ass
