Really great service finding hardware items needed. Good prices and store hours. Found the hardware items I needed.
I went in to turn in an application and I asked for the boss and the woman I talked to was extremely rude. First, she barely acknowledged my existence. Second, she acted like I was interrupting her work. She kept carrying on a conversation to her other coworker. After she rudely grabbed my application from me, I just stood there waiting for her to be done with her conversation again. Once she was done, she asked if there was anything else I could be helped with and I asked when the boss would be back in the store. Of course she didnt know. She didnt want to take time to know.I will say though, the other day when I went in, I was greeted by a very polite woman who helped me very much. So it just depends on who you get in there.

I have always liked this Ace Hardware. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Prices are a bit higher than a box store but better than the not discount Lumber store

2020-12-02They were very nice and helpful. What I ordered came within a couple of days. But they always have been kind every time Ive been in there. And if theyre busy they will always make sure they acknowledge you and let you know they will be right with you... they will always make sure they can do their best to find what you need or solve any problem you have. Thats a great store.

2021-06-16Had a bad experience with their bike repair shop. Originally quoted $48 each for my two bikes for a tuneup. They said one bike needed a new derailleur for $30 and the other one $60 for new tires. When I go the bill for both bikes the total was $360. No explanation other than a hand written not that changed one bill from $106 to $150. The bill for the other bike from $160 to $210. I’m not sure if this is even legal without notifying the customer. Other than this I’ve not had any problems with the store but this has understandably left me a little sour.

2020-11-23I had a photo framed by Patricia...Very mean and crabby attitude.... she made me feel like it was a hassle helping me. Although, all of the other staff were very friendly. I absolutely love having a local hardware store to shop at. I can find everything I need here.

2018-04-02Personally love this hardware store. Great stock of the typical things you like at a general hardware, but also large variety of gift or holiday items. Terrific staff members, excellent service, clean, and organized. Many times that I purchase larger item, like bags of salt, I receive help loading my vehicle... I have even received help simply because I had my three young children with me and staff perceives I might benefit from an extra hand. Also, staff is knowleadgable... so if you go in there uncertain about what kind of paint you need, or what kind of hardware or tool might solve your problem, they can often help! Locally owned by a very nice family.
