They recently installed two toilets at my house. The receptionist kept me up to date on the schedule of the plumber and when he was in route. The guy that installed the toilets was extremely courteous and professional. They did an amazing job and were extremely efficient as well.
I had 2 new washer shutoff valves installed and a new backup sump pump installed. The work was performed quickly and in a professional manner. The cost was very reasonable. First time using this company, but I will use them again when needed.
Jeremy installed a gas line for a gas dryer hookup at our apartment. He was so efficient and did a great job. He answered all my questions. Thanks! Would definitely recommend this company or use them again for services in the future.
This was the first time using this company and we were highly satisfied. Kyle was the person sent to our home and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I could not ask for better service and willingness to help me. The cost for air was what I could handle. Hallie in office was very pleasant and helped me with wells Fargo. Im going to recommend action to my neighbor. They havent installed unit yet, but I honestly do not think I will be unhappy with service, plus, Im pleased they are locate in clio area.
Would appreciate notification of service technician being late, I had an appointment for the technician to be here between 11am - 1pm BUT was NOT notified they were running VERY late UNTIL I called to find out where they were at 1pm........... (FINALLY showed up 3pm)Technician was good, but didnt have what he needed in his vehicle to fix the problem. So he had to go back to the warehouse to pick it up and that delayed the fix and caused more of a problem with my time.
We had an old furnace that quit in winter!! Just Wow ! Talked to Cole that morning gave me an estimate & time, guys showed up on time installed with the new furnace 2 1/2 hours thats what I call service. Price, Service, treating your customers well. ExcellentThank you so much !!
Not only on time, but Kyle was here until we were sure everything worked properly! Action provided Three new coolers when other companies couldnt. Well run business! We are glad to have them in our town!
Well I can not recommend this place of business. They rescheduled 3 appointments with me last minute. They then offered to give me a quote over emails if I sent them pictures which I thought was cool. Emailed the pictures got confirmation they received them and that was it never a quote or asking for more info. I called them and they said it was transferred to someone and that shed go check on it and call me back. I was never called back...
Action just finished plumbing work at my house. Jeremy was sent out to do the job and completed everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend Action for any plumbing and HVAC work. When they send pros out like Jeremy it made me as a customer feel comfortable.Thanks Jeremy, Joe, and Kayla.
Whole home Generator installation, they were on time did a awesome job! Cleaned up all the supplies and any debris that was there after installation. Would recommend them to anyone looking for service.
I had attempted to use them to move my washer plumbing upstairs, no show on first appt. Got a call late in day to reschedule, 2nd appointment no show, another call late in day starting they would be out the next day . 3rd day no show, no call nothing. Do not recommend

He was on time he was awesome he came in and fix my central air right away they spit blue flame out here and they tried to rip me off told me I need a whole new AC and he came in and did an awesome job if I ever need service again I will call the company again and I would recommend this company to my friends and family

I had action install a new propane gas fireplace insert. Jeremy came out and did a great job. He worked hard and did what 2 people should have done. Very difficult drilling through the chimney but Jeremy did an excellent, professional job. Double checked for gas leaks. Looks great. Reasonable rate. Highly recommended
We had issues with our plumbing and called Action based on a referral from a friend. Christopher arrived and was very professional and took the time to help me understand what the cause was and fixed the issue. He didnt try to sell me a bunch of unneeded stuff and the repairs were cheaper than I expected. I will only use Action going forward and love that they are right here in Clio!
I needed service on my boiler and Jeremy came out. Response time was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem and also double checked to make sure we were good to go for the winter. Great job!!

I called them to change some fittings on my well pump because the pressure blew them off. They came out the same day. Travis and Jeremy were both professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely hire them again.
Jeremy came out yesterday to get my fuel oil furnace up and running. He was quick and kept me in the loop for everything he was doing. Second time weve had Action out and theyve been great both times.
Christopher was amazing. Did the job! Also found about 6 inches of water in my basement never complained just you need to get a new sub pump. Did that and replaced water heater without hassle and even left for a few to get a part. Very courteous. Will use them again. Very good prices.

Jeremy just left my apartment at Pine Creek and he was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly! He showed me the AC unit and how it was running properly, showed me the condensation on it, tested the temperature on the unit and in multiple vents. He also cleaned one of the air return vents for me and gave me a couple tips on how to keep my third floor apartment cool. I highly recommend his services, I’m very satisfied. Thank you!! ☺️

Jeremy was the technician that responded to my house. Very professional and thorough. I had two other technicians out (electrician and technician -from different companies) prior to him coming out that were not able to get my A/C unit working. He was very prompt in diagnosing the problem and was honest about what would need to be done and quickly got it fixed. I would use them and recommend them for others.

Called in the morning and they were able to send out a technician to complete the job in the afternoon. Needed to have the work done to keep our cabinet install on track. Very good work. Jeremy was great to work with and the office was a pleasure to work with to schedule the appointment.
My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called Action immediately after reading the reviews online and made an appointment for the next day. The were on time and the technician Chris was very knowledgeable and had us fixed up in no time at a VERY reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company.

As far as courteous they are a five star….but the service I got today was a one star I had a 10-12 appointment time and they didn’t show up until 4:30p.m. Was here for a half hour and charged me time and a half because he was on another install from 10 a.m……I was told that I would NOT be charged for the overtime pay because it took so long to arrive that I was suppose to get straight time and was only here for a 1/2 hour and charged me $100.00!! Maybe I should look for another hvac company that has more than one person that can help out when Kyle gets into a jam on another appointment
Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. Installed and helped set up my thermostat. Made sure it was working before he left. Answered all my questions about my filter system. I appreciate the kind friendly service.
Called in desperately to have our water heater looked at. Told me I would be on the call list. Within an hour they called and said 10 minutes away. Christopher came over and checked my water heater, all of our exhaust ducts cleaned them out and repaired a missing orifice in a new assembly we had installed. Thank you for the hot water!!!! Absolutely the best service I have ever received with a HVAC or any other home service company, Action P&H was able to get me scheduled very fast as my central AC unit went out. The tech, Cody, was great. Very knowledgeable, courteous and informational. Completed the entire replacement of our central air unit and associated wiring in such an expert manner. I have used Action in the past and I need help with my sump pump and have left 2 messages in a weeks time and have not received a response.
I highly recommend Action Plumbing. I was having sump pump problems. My pump switch wasn’t working consistently, check valve was broke and the piping was leaking. My technician Cole arrived when he was supposed to assessed the situation and rebuilt the system in very timely manner. Hopefully, they will continue to offer great service as they grow in our community. I will definitely be using them again if I have problems with not only my sump pump but with my furnace and hot water heater too.
Called and asked for a return call. I left a message during normal business hours and they said that they would return the call as soon as they could! That was on May 28, 2021 at 3:00p.m. and I am still waiting! If they were too busy, then call and say so. It was not an emergency and if they called and said they werent able to I would not be writing this right now and I would use them in the future also! The very sad thing about this situation is that I called five people in five days and only one person responded at all! All of them received a poor rating here! Very sad because they would have had a fantastic customer with me!! Not bragging but making a statement that is true!

Great company and I would highly recommend to others. Joe came out during the snow storm today to repair our furnace. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He even took the time to put protective coverings over his boots so as not to track snow and water across my floors. He was quick to get to work and was able to make the repairs in about a half hour. He did a great job and the price was reasonable, much lower than others in the area. Joe, I just want you to know how much I appreciate you braving the weather and taking the time to make sure that my family had heat, ,especially with the bitter cold thats coming.

What a great company to work with. The guys arrived ready to work and did a great job installing my new central air conditioning system. The work from start to finish was handled professionally. Both technicians were conscientious of my home and were sure to clean up after themselves. I had Joe at Action come out to my house for a no heat situation, furnace was going on twenty eight years old so I was due for a new one. Joe came out to the house and took a look at the old one and gave me a few options and the most logical out of the few was to just replace the whole furnace. I got a quote(very reasonable) and we scheduled a time and date. When he showed up on the install day (perfectly on time!) Him and his helper showed up and got straight to work. The install went smoothly and in at the end they even cleaned up any mess around the furnace. Overall I am extremely impressed with Action plumbing in Clio.

I will most definitely be using Action plumbing & heating again should the need arrise. My water heater went out on Thursday night. I called Action plumbing on Friday morning to see about getting it fixed. They gave me prompt, courteous service. I had to have someone else meet them there as I was working. And the person I had meet them said that the Action plumbing employees were very nice and very quick and did quality work. The funny thing is my A/C stopped working a couple weeks ago and I had been putting off geting it looked at. Well Action looked at for me while they were there even though I didnt mention it at all in the phone call and they got it fixed right away. The water heater wasnt so easy. It had a bigger problem than could be fixed in that first visit. Which aggravated me, not because they couldnt get it fixed right away, but because the dumb thing was only like a year old. So I knew there must still be some kind of warranty on it and you know what, I didnt even have to figure that out on my own. Action called the place I purchased the water heater from and got all the info and got the replacement part right from them, and all I had to pay was labor and they did all the running around for me. I didnt even have to find my paper work on the water heater! And the best part was they got it all taken care of on that same day even with all the running around they did for me, and the extra work on the A/C that wasnt even planned in the visit. So now I have hot water and a cool house all with in a matter of hours. I am super impressed with Action plumbing and will be using them again should the need arrise.Thank you Action plumbing for the customer service excellence that you showed in taking care of my needs.

Furnace went out so called Action for service. They were out within an hour, technician was very polite and friendly. After troubleshooting problem, put the needed part in and Voila the furnace was fixed.. Now we are nice and cozy again..Good job young man..........Thank you

Was misled as to how repair was.to be done leak was fixed.in ten minutes for the price.of. $150.00 rusted cross not replaced prolly fail come winter. Owner Joe was nice.but I feel I was taken adantage of being a disabled person total parts ?? 10.00 half hr labor $150.00 wont get my new furnace and ac here sorry Joe. Not happy in clio

It was one of the hottest days of the summer (close to 90 degrees) and from the time we notified them to the time they arrived and fixed our problem was minimal. 2022-05-26Very great company to work with! I have used them for repairs on my older AC unit in the past and they were always very fair and helpful. My AC ended up breaking down beyond the point of repair so I called them out to quote me for replacement. Joe came out and was very knowledgeable and gave me a very fair price (I checked around). Once I told them I wanted to move forward with the installation they got me on the schedule that same week which no other company could even come close to doing. When the installers, Travis and Cody, came out they were very professional and clean. The work they did was impeccable and they got it done in just a couple hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for services in their scope of work.

2022-04-14Jeremy with Action Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing our water heater issue! I called in the afternoon and he was to our house the very next day ready to help us with our on demand water heater rumbling. I didn’t expect such fast service. He stayed late too so that he could make sure it was fixed and we didn’t have to go without hot water for the evening, which was so appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

2022-02-22I wish I could do another review but it looks like I can only edit my original review. Still 5 stars for me and I would 100% recommend these guys. I have always had a great experience working with them. I have a terrible driveway in the winter and poor Jeremy had to hike it up without his van last year and got stuck today! 2022-06-10Great company! Would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services! We had them come out 2 separate times, once to fix a leaky toilet and a second time to install our AC. Each time they were courteous, respectful and super patient with us. 2021-12-31Worked with this company twice now after moving into my new house, once early this year for AC and furnace cleaning with Chris and again right before Christmas when my furnace went out with Jeremy. Both times the service was friendly, professional and they provided good advice for the future of my systems. Highly recommend them; thank you, guys!

From Kayla returning my late night call, Joe coming out to assess the problem with my furnace and give me options, to Tyler installing a new furnace. Everything was great. 2022-01-03We had our furnace stop working on the coldest day of the year so far. The technician Jeremy that came out was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and fixed our issue in a timely manner. If we have any issues in the future this will be the first place I call and request Jeremy to come out

2022-02-24Action has installed two central AC units, installed a water heater, done multiple furnace repairs, installed two bathroom exhaust fans, and fixed a few plumbing leaks for me over the past 4 years. When choosing companies to bring into my rental units (and own home) professionalism and cost are always priorities. I used another well known company and recieved complaints about that technicians behavior (and a bill higher than Actions quote) - Never again. Actions technicians are consistently respectful, on time, and trustworthy. Most recently I had repairs done by Jeremy who was helpful, quick, and friendly - did a fantastic job. Chris was out this month as well on a weekend emergency service call and was able to warn us about some upcoming repairs and maintenance. We love working with Kyle as hes always so quiet and respectful of the property and is super diligent about wearing shoe covers - just small things that make a big difference when entering someones home. Cole has been so great at explaining services and taking the time to show me what was going on during each service call. Overall, the consistency in technician standards speaks volumes to the companys priorities and culture. They are a little bit more difficult to get ahold of during emergency after hours or weekend calls compared to other larger companies in the area, but always my first call.

2022-02-14I had a shower drain that just stopped draining. I called Action and even though they thought it might be a day before they could get out, they managed to take care of my issue that same day! Jeremy could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. He figured out the problem in short order and worked hard to make sure the issue was resolved, great job! I would can them again for any issues.
