Loved my time living at Adams Creek Apartments. The area is fantastic, close to everything! (Shopping, Dining, Freeways, Bike Trails)Very quiet, small community with pool and tennis courts! I lived in a third floor apartment with vaulted ceilings that felt very luxurious! Rent is very reasonable for the area. Maintenance and the office staff were always quick and professional! I would highly recommend this community!

The house is cozy and maintenance is good. I stayed here for 3 and half years. The neighborhood is really good. its a peaceful and clam place to live in.

Lived here for 5 years. Office and maintenance are very quick to respond to any issues. The area is very safe, and the neighbors are quiet. Never had any issues. Its a great location with nearby Meijers, Clinton River Trail, etc. Definitely would continue living here if I didnt have to relocate for a new job.

Apartments are in beautiful wooded area and most have balconies, but some units are near to Adams road. Its a quiet community and the office and maintenance people are very professional and nice. There is an outdoor pool and tennis court. The only area for children has one slide.

Peaceful, beautiful and clean place to stay. The staff here are very prompt and quick from the rent agreement day to every little problem you may face during your stay. Highly recommend this place for the professional staff, clean architecture and scenic peaceful surroundings.

Matinance was always prompt. However everything was always breaking here because of all the outdated appliances. My heating and cooling bills were insaine for the square footage because of the old drafty door wall and windows. The grounds were pretty and well maintained however we ended up being forced to move out after they raised rent for a 1 br 1 ba from $745 to almost $900 within 2 yrs. We found a place 4x the size down the road for the same starter price but 2bd2ba. (Rent raised but no problems here.) Staff was hit or miss but one was very rude. Also car was broken into here. The balcony, the grounds, and the over worked but very friendly matinance man Greg were my favorite part about this apartment. It would be fine for the money if they lowered their rates.

Stayed here for almost 3 years, very nice maintenance, quite place to live. Loved our stay there. I would highly recommend this place
