I was schedule to fly to Amsterdam through Detroit when I got surprised at the gate that I needed a COVID test. The Delta agent gave me the phone number and address of the clinic and I immediately called registering my name on the list. The next morning I was very quickly admitted and Dr. Saeed treated me with the utmost of care as he knew the situation I was in. I received my results that afternoon and was on a flight to Amsterdam with no issues. The whole team was quick and understood the stress I was under which was very much appreciated.
I’d give you no stars if possible. Rude and aggressive. From the second we walked in till we left we have felt extremely unwelcome. The old woman who works the front is extremely argumentative. When I asked why she and the other receptionist (male) had their masks pulled down and wrapped around their chins.. she became extremely defensive and rude. She intentionally miss gendered me and refused to let me go back with my wife whom was experiencing a worrisome infection. Don’t come to this Urgent Care. The patients best interest comes last.
This urgent care is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I took my little brother for an ear infection and was in and out quickly. The Dr. is knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing and not to forget that he’s kinda funny and has a nice sense of humor. Also not to forget about the very nice and helpful guy named Sayed, YOU REALLY NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM!! I can’t thank enough the Dr. and employees there! I highly recommend this place! Clean place and great environment!
Review: Usually don’t like COVID test because the nurse goes too far in the nose. However, Michelle did it just right!!! She was very gentle.*email from patient*travelled on 9th March 2021 through Detroit to Nairobi and was told that my test results were almost expired .I stayed at Wingate and the lady arrived on time to do the test on the 10th March and was able to catch a flight to Amsterdam.Kudos to her. They are simply AMAZING. After travel complications at the Detroit Airport during this Covid-19 time, the staff and nurses at Advanced Urgent Care manage to help us and get my son a new test result to catch his flight... All of that, in record time. They are professionals and very helpful. A special Thank you to Dana for coordinating everything and helping us out.
This urgent care has the best staff here, My favorite person here is a Gisell Jaso!!! I can’t say enough great things about her. I came in feeling horrible and she lifted my spirits!! She is glowing with positive energy! she moves fast, and knows and loves what she does. Don’t hesitate coming here, hands down the best
Love it here. Went in for an infected tattoo that my normal doctor told me to go to the hospital for. They were more than helpful and made sure to tell me I had to do a follow-up there. Now yes it took the tattoo a minute to heal but they had no problem seeing me however many times it took.
Advanced Urgent Care staff performed a Covid test at 7:00 AM (at a local hotel) and fabulous lab techs had our results posted by 1:00 PM!! Allowing us to continue travel with up to the minute results. Amazing work and greatly appreciated!!
I was making a flight connection from Detroit to Europe and I was prevented from doing it because the need of a more recent Covid test. I ended up at this clinic to get tested and had a very positive experience with it. Gisell, the Medical Office Front Desk Assistant, went beyond her duties to make sure I would get the teste results on time for my next day rebooked flight. She is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable as well as the doctor who consulted me.
I came in to the urgent care to get myself checked out for covid, and although I’ve been contemplating because of my fear of the test I never knew how easy it will be from this young mans hands. I had an excellent experience with the service and care. From the start Saeed and Dr Grisser treated me with compassion and respect. They were very thorough and skilled.
I went recently and even though it was very busy the staff was really pleasant and demonstrate a sense or urgency, Dana was the one assisting us and she made us feel very comfortable and was able to calm my daughter who was nervous about a test being performed. I loved Dana; really nice people there.
I was stranded in Detroit after being denied boarding for international travel. Advanced urgent care was recommended to me by Delta. Very empathetic and cooperative staff. I was able to take a PCR test the day of my flight. Special thanks to Michelle who made sure I got my results on time and Saeed who administered the test quickly and painlessly!
Advanced Urgent Care stepped up from the minute I called to set up an appointment for a Covid test, until the results were given to me in the same day. I was stranded in Detroit on my way traveling internationally. I needed a PCR Covid test ASAP. Michelle and the staff at the urgent care were professional as well as personally sensitive to my urgency. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Michelle was my first encounter at Advanced Urgent Care. Within seconds she was able to calm my nerves by ensuring my Covid-19 results could be emailed instead of returning at a later time for them. Next,Saeed saved the day with his urgency in relation to getting my test results back in time for my flight. His positive and patient attitude only furthered my ability to remain calm in such panicked moments. Finally, the administration of the test was virtually painless by Saeed. This urgent care, by far, is the best. It’s nice and clean. The doctors and staff are amazing. Meneera is who helped check me in and is usually getting me in and out in a timely manner. She’s friendly and makes it seem more like my primary care physician instead of an urgent care. The doctors are also friendly and you can tell they want to give you the best care. Overall, definitely recommend this place!
My husbands plane was cancelled in Detroit due to a new COVID rule in the Netherlands. He was forced to get a whole new test before he could travel on the new flight booked for the next day. Delta provided us with the number to ADVANCED URGENT CARE and from the first hysterical call, THEY WERE AMAZING. My husband was in and out at 9am, and the results for the test were emailed and available for me to print out by 2pm. My husband was on time for his new flight with time to spare. ADVANCED URGENT CARE turned this whole horrible experience into one big POSITIVE (no pun intended) his test was negative (haha). Thank you guys for your awesome service and God Bless You.
My family was taken care of by Ms. Michelle at the urgent care she was so kind and caring, testing was done quickly and very well. She took care of my family as if it were her own. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for her amazing care.
Went in on Friday 7/13 for a Covid test, the lady was very nice and responsive. Today i call for my results, she says call back at 5pm. So i wait till 5pm, i have to call over 10x just to get an answer. When she answered shes very rude and cuts you off when your asking a question, she has a terrible attitude and shouldnt be answering the phone. I tested positive for Covid-19 and I sent my sister in to get the paperwork. She gave her a dirty look when she walked in and said Im not taking anyone else, I should have locked the door KEEP IN MIND the place closes at 8pm, at the time it was 6:15pm. Whoever owns this place needs to rethink the attitude of the receptionist, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst urgent care/ healthcare I have ever received in my life. I’m a current med student so I don’t usually go in to be seen unless I’m really concerned. I had been having swelling and bruising my my foot for about a week with no explanation. The doctor saw me for about 1 minute, ordered a few x rays then shouted from outside the room that they were fine and he’s gonna give me some lidocaine. He did not take a history on me or inspect my foot for any other possible diagnoses. I was given a prescription with the wrong name on it and not given any directions on how to further go about healing my foot. Absolutely ridiculous, sad to see doctors that’s behave this way. Also thought it was really strange that there was not an x Ray tech and the same lady was doing everything?
This is the worst Urgent Care I have ever went to! I went in for a Covid Test on 11/17 and was told that the test results will either come in the same day in the afternoon because I came in at 9am or the next morning. I waited till the next morning to see if I get a call back, so I decided to call them it took them 6 exact times for them to answer the phone when someone FINALLY answered the phone, I asked them if my COVID results came in they did not even bother to take a minute to check or anything she told me specifically “they will be in at noon” I then called them back at noon it took them 4 times to answer the phone I asked the lady “did my COVID results come in?” She replied with “no they’ll be in at 5pm” then straight hung up the phone while I had more questions to ask, so I called back and tried to explain the situation I’m in and she cut me off and hung up the phone once again and was VERY RUDE. She did state that she’s there till 7pm and when the results come in she will call me. I never received a call back from them at all. I am in a very bad situation right now where I cannot go to work because of their very bad customer service not understanding in what I’m in need of. I have never been to a place or an urgent care as bad as this one. It’s really disappointing especially in these times where we all are looking to take care of our health. I urge everyone to go to another Urgent care because this one will not get you anywhere, in a matter of fact you might as well stay home and not even go to the urgent care if it’s this one.
If you get Covid testing here and you are positive, get another test. As a matter of fact, I wouldnt even get tested here. I tested positive at this facility and the Dental office I work at shut down. I took 2 more tests that were negative from the hospital. I dont know if its the labs they are using or faulty tests. But mines was a false negative. So be careful.
Dont come here! I honestly wouldnt be surprised if Coronavirus cases emerged from this location because there is practically ZERO social distancing in the lobby. The seats are all crammed together and people are coughing every couple seconds. The wait time for getting a 30 second nasal swab is about 2 hours and the staff are careless. A lot of people would wear their masks under their noses including the staff. Please for your safety, take the test at CVS. Although their results take longer to come in, they test you in your car and its a lot safer. It would be optimal if this location had a method of making suspected cases wait in their car and call them by phone to let them know when to come in for their nasal swab. This way, patients can avoid the risk of catching COVID-19 from the lobby.
Amazing hospitality and service. Came in for a COVID test and could not even imagine a better worker than Saeed. He made sure we were all comfortable, had a great personality and even made my son laugh (then cry after the swab was inserted hahaha)
This is a fantastic place for all your medical needs the front desk crew is amazing, Ive never waiting more the 10 minute in there waiting area. All the doctors are very knowledgeable and show along of care.
Friday night all the urgent care clinics near me were closed until Saturday morning. I Googled urgent care clinics near me and Advanced Urgent Care had the earliest opening hours. I arrived a few minutes before 8am. The front desk staff allowed myself and another patient that arrived early to come in from the cold. She immediately noticed how labored my breathing was and knew that I was in distress. She called the doctor that had not yet arrived and he instructed the nursing staff to take my vitals and give me a breathing treatment. When the doctor arrived, we discussed my medications that I currently take. 1 of my meds would interfere with the inhaler that he was prescribing, so he changed that medication. I was administered another breathing treatment and chest x-ray. My lungs were clear but he wasnt satisfied that I still had a slight wheeze. I was allowed to rest about 30 more mins before leaving. Because I still had that slight wheeze I received a follow up call @ 4pm to see if the wheezing has subsided and that I am feeling better. I was scheduled to come back in in 4 days to follow up. I can say that I am OVERLY pleased. I will definitely be returning anytime Im in need of Urgent care. I almost want to know if he could be my PCP?! #WishfulThinking
This company charged me $150 for a PCR test that should have been free or billed to my insurance. They are price gouging. I will be contacting my congressional representatives. Unethical if not criminal.
The receptionist that was working on October 22nd at 5:45 was very rude and dismissive. I went in their to go get my daughters wrist checked out because she was in pain. The lady working there kept questioning why I didn’t take her to her primary doctor and if it’s been hurting her why is it an emergency today and that is none of her business. She’s not paying for my childs care and to do her job which obviously she doesn’t know how to. This was my first time going there and my last. I felt like I was being interrogated for a crime. I ended up leaving and going to the emergency room.
I went in for a covid test, they were very kind and welcoming. especially Nurse Saeed. Very helpful and their service was wonderful. I was in and out within half hour. Highly recommend.
Rude rude rude!!! I didnt want to give them one star but I cant post unless I do. The receptionist was dismissive, and they appeared to be bothered that I arrived at the time I did because they were closed. I checked online and it is listed as open from 8 am - 8 pm. She told me my insurance wasnt accepted but one of the doctors agreed to see me. My information was input in the system but one minute later she said it had been deleted, which was odd. I think it was deleted because she couldnt verify my insurance because she was locked out of the system. I told her I would just go somewhere else.
Went there to get my Covid test done, was in and out within 10 minutes. The man in the front desk was very helpful and called me as soon as my results came in.

Obese lady named Michelle took my request I told her I had high blood pressure and that I was having serious chest pains. I tell her what insurance I have she laughs at me and says “they do not use this insurance” and sent me my way.
Had a sprained ankle I had some questions for the doctor he literally only popped his head in and said there was no tear. I couldn’t ask anything or get access to anyone tht knew anything. Horrible place, anywhere in Dearborn is horrible
Took my son to have a COVID test and the lady Dana was so nice and pleasant she made my son feel so comfortable.need more workers like her. Recommend This place.

I saw Dr. Hanna in urgent care, very Friendly and knowledgeable. Received amazing care. Would definitely recommend. They took care of me I was in and out of urgent care quickly.
I waited in the lobby for and hour then I had to sit and listen to all the coworkers laugh and talk as other patients including myself waited for our check ups for an additional HOUR this is terrible and this shift should be disposed of.
Went in for a covid test for traveling and when I went to get the results latter that night they were closed but I saw a worker in the building and he called one of the employees and she came back to the office and printed out my results for me and saved my trip went above and beyond. Thanks Michelle and Sam you saved the day

Me and my two children went to get tested here because we were around someone that tested positive for covid the lady at the front desk was rude and talking to me like I was uneducated and they never called me back with results I kept calling leaving voicemails no answer I wouldn’t recommend!

2022-06-08Needed a covid test, so I called this urgent care to make sure I would not be charged a copay. Was told I would not! So I was quite surprised when I got a bill from them for 60 dollars. Called them and told them i was told i would not be charged a copay. Was told thats what my insurance said i owe. I told her this is money I didnt have thats why I called before I came. She just said well pay 10 until its paid. Hope misinforming patients is not the standard here with no understanding for the patients. Could have easily been told they didnt no and i needed to check with my insurance on my copay responsibility. Will never visit this urgent care again!!

2022-06-16I went here in January and it was a good experience. They referred me to Dr Sinan to get orders for CT scans and other tests. Followed up with me and 2 months later they still havent sent the orders to Beaumont and no one has called back. Well my kidneys are hurting again so I go back to urgent care. I stand there while one employee is on his cell phone and they other just refused to look up from the computer and even acknowledge im standing there for a few minutes. They guy gets off the phone and goes over to some Arabic speaking men and helps them. No one even said someone will be with you in second, just acted like I wasnt even there. I gave 3 starts because the first visit was good, but going back and seeing Dr Sinan its like if youre not from this community they dont care. The response about Dr Sinan being a separate office, which i alreaydknew does not change the fact that as a Black woman I was dismissed and looked over by your staff at the urgent care while others were helped. My review clearly states I came back to this location for urgent AFTER Dr Sinan didnt do his job.

The team, with members like Michelle, Giselle (I apologize for the potential misspelling), and the rest of the ladies and gentlemen that work there, is exceptional. They truly exemplify professionalism, kindness, and care. Countless times, theyve helped me with so many situations, always ensuring that Im taken care of in a timely, loving manner. I feel like Im family there, from how accommodating, and how open, they are. They go above and beyond to ensure that their patients are assisted. 2021-07-02Lets first say the check in process, timeless, greeted upon entering. There was no wait time. Not only was the first desk great, (I dont remember his name) Dana the Nurse Assistant was awesome, very straight forward and so was the doctor. I was delighted and surprised when he called to follow up with me 2 days later to see if I followed his directives. Awesome job! I have never received an follow up from any urgent care for myself or anyone after my visit.

2021-12-02Poor service at Dearborn location. Doctor inattentive to illness and issue and seemed to be in a hurry while there weren’t many other patients. Did not ask many questions about my sickness and seemed to just want to get patients in and out without too much struggle or worry about their symptoms. Unprofessional and not fully committed to the job it seemed. Can’t respect that. One star.

2021-01-07Advanced Urgent Care stepped up and got my COVID test done within 30 minutes. I was traveling internationally and was told I needed a test like yesterday. Dana helped me out, being both friendly and accommodating with my situation. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone I know!

2021-01-12I just want to say thank you to the Ladybugs I spoke to on the phone. They were all friendly and caring. We had a situation to where my husband was flying overseas from Columbus Ohio to Dubai. He had a layover in Detroit and could not get back on the plane until he took another COVID lab test. Delta airline recommended this facility to him. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to Ms. Connie she was so polite. She listen to my ramblings and told me to tell my husband to get the clinic by 10:00 am and he should get his test results by 3:30. This was what he needed because his flight was due to leave at 6:30. Well we waited all day for the result and it was around 4:30 he decided to go to the airport to get his ticket change. I told him to hold out until we hear from Advance. I called again to check the status of his lab result and got a sweetie on the phone. She assure me that she will keep his email address and keep refreshing to see when the results will be posted. I told her that my husband was getting discourage and she made a point to keep checking for us. Around 6:00 he got his result and was able to get his flight from Detroit to Amsterdam. I am truly grateful andThankful for all they done for us. Many blessings to you all!

2021-11-10The only urgent care that always treat me best and I have visited many urgent care but none of them were like this place. Here the staffs are very nice and respectful not like other urgent cares and the doctr were very kind to me and they are so quick so you even dont wait for an hour to be seen by the doctor. This place is the bestest place ever and I have been going ro this urgent from 3 years and always they have been treated me respectfully and theres a huge difference between any other urgent cares. I only recommend this place and 5 stars they worth it more.❤

2021-10-27Went out of my way to go here because they said Id get my results the same day. When I called they said they were having internet issues so I asked if they could call the labs to follow up and make sure in case it was sent and missed. Followed up again at 7 to be told they would call and the guy promised a call back before they close at 8. At 750 I call again and of course no one answers. Were not living in normal times these tests are needed and some times very last second so we hold establishments to their word. Rather than apologize for the inconvenience they want to say oh you should have come earlier if it were needed the same day... not whay I was told when I called. Very unprofessional!
