Comment: I had an amazing experience at the AGT Trucking School. The instructors Ada & Dennis really helped in making things click. Everyone took the time to allow me to comprehend everything; not just how to get by.It seemed they cared about each student grasping the mechanics & concepts during the school.When starting to look for schools I thought I was going to have to quit my day job but I was able to go at my own pace and in between jobs.Also I got my Class A License faster than I thought it would take at 7 weeks; and two of those I was sick so I was out of school during that period.I wouldn’t recommend any other trucking school.

Comment: This is the best school you could go to there isn’t 10 people per class so you get very personalized training and it doesn’t take 6 months to take your test like some schools do. The trainers are all very knowledgeable. They are good trainers. A lot of people can do but not everyone can teach and teach well like they do at AGT. AGT was amazing at juggling my busy schedule they definitely went above and beyond for me. The way they operate is very stress free life can be stressful enough so that was very pleasant and I appreciated that so very much. I was not treated any differently being a girl I was educated, supported and given a lot of confidence and over all just had a great experience. I did a lot of research before I chose AGT because I’ve heard some not so good stories about other schools. I’m so happy I went with AGT I’m so happy I have my class A tankers, doubles, triples and passengers. I will miss them I looked forward to seeing them on class days. Because of their thorough teaching methods I will be successful in all my endeavors.

Comment: AGT has a welcoming learning environment with an excellent teaching staff that is experienced and includes a prior DMV examiner. The staff, Ada and Dennis, helped me earn my CDL Class A License in a short time by providing me an accelerated program with unlimited one-on-one training. AGT provides new trucks that are well kept for a great learning experience. The instructors allowed me to test in the same truck I practiced with, so I felt very confident completing my DMV test. Then we have her crew guy Denis is a really cool guy very patient and professional together they make sure I was able to Pass all my CDL test with no problems at all. Comment: The best decision I could’ve ever made was choosing this school. I couldn’t have asked for better instructors. Dennis and Ada were so helpful and patient with my way of learning things and gave me extra time before my test just so I could feel more comfortable in the truck. Flexibility on account that my work schedule (working 6 days a week) would fluctuate, frequently and they worked around it.No sugar coating just pure wisdom that helped me prepare from the pre-trip inspection portion to maneuvers/skills to how to manage a truck on the road. I grew enough confidence through this school to know I was about to pass the dmv test on my first try, which I did within a good month. One-on-one with the trucks on the lot for youre skills testing and driving behind the wheel. Ms. Ada is on top of her game and so sweet, she was so awesome. She make sure you know and comprehend the pre-trip thoroughly as well as the brake test! Her assistant is just as awesome he helped me feel comfortable with the language and he was very patient. Comment: Not a lot of schools have teachers that truly care and will go above and beyond for their students. Ada was there every step of the way. Her experience working as a DMV examiner sets her apart from all other schools. She knows what it takes to get you to the finish line and she will let you know whether you are ready for the driving test or not. And if you aren’t, she will practice with you until you are. Other schools don’t care this much! I have a brother and cousin who got their training at another school and weren’t satisfied with the effort. They both failed their first test and had to go back and pay for more classes. AGT is by far the best bang for your buck.I searched up schools in the area (sfv and Ventura) and AGT was the furthest but the reviews encouraged me to make the drive and I do not regret it one bit. I highly recommend AGT to anyone ready to get their class A license.

Ada is incredibly nice and professional; she cares about each of her students and stands behind her training methods. She walked me through the entire process and let me know what to expect each step of the way. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ada was able to accommodate my early morning schedule. Everything was properly taught from pre-trip to air brakes, skill and road test. Ive met people who drive hours away because they know this school is the real deal! Comment: I needed to remove the E/64 automatic transmission restriction from my Class A license. I reached out to AGT and received a prompt response in less than a 1/2 hour and they sent my training time and scheduled my DMV appointment shortly thereafter. Their price was very affordable and the training was one-on-one. It all happened so quickly and I was walking out of the DMV with my unrestricted Class A license in no time at all. Seriously, an incredible feeling.During my training, I was given plenty of time to practice the stick shift and my air brake run-through. I was also given suggestions on what the DMV examiner may ask during the test, which actually happened and saved me during my air brake test. AGT gave me reassurance and a sense of confidence to pass my drive test and prove that I am a safe and knowledgeable truck driver. I am forever grateful and consider myself lucky to have had AGT to help contribute to my success.Finding the right trucking school in L.A. can be difficult. The trucker shortage has driven school prices up and pushed availability further out causing delays for students wanting their CDL. This doesn’t seem to be a problem at AGT and I HIGHLY recommend them whether you are new and getting your Class A license or needing to remove/add a restriction or endorsement. They are honest, always available to answer questions or provide necessary materials, and have the inside scoop to passing the CDL drive test.

Ada it’s amazing she has a passion for teaching and she make sure that you not only pass your CDL test and get your license but you go on the road knowing what you’re doing. I have many friends who have gone to different trucking schools and have heard many stories of large numbers of students per class meaning you spend a lot of time standing around and a lot less time behind the wheel. AGT from my experience only has two people per class which allows for lots time behind the wheel. I found Ada to be patient and incredibly knowledgeable. When I started at AGT I had a very short time in which I needed to get my CDL and I was very nervous about it by the time I went to take my test at the DMV I felt Calm and well prepared and thanks to Ada I passed on the first try. I was even more excited when I found out she owns a bus that can lift the passenger restriction off my license.
