Would be zero stars but you have to give them one. This has honestly been the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. The fact that you make people take off huge hours of their days to have their cars inspected is ridiculous and then they dont even give you a heads up to let you know they are on the way so they have to wait around indefinitely. I also just had one of your customer service representatives tell me it was my fault and they called my number which they never did. Such a scam. Definitely never leasing through Hyundai ever again.
Much the same as youll read in the reviews below. Was given a date and time of between 8-12. I called at 11:00 to make sure I had the right day as I had not heard anything from Alliance or its rep. Was confirmed that yes you are scheduled for today but they have until noon to get there. Alright I can live with that...however No one showed...no one called to explain. When I called them to find out what was going on the response was when would you like to reschedule for? I explained I had taken the day off work and would like to wait for the guy and would like to know what time they thought hed be here. The only response I got was that I need to reschedule. Based on other reviews this seems to be a common theme
Excellent customer service! Easy to schedule on line, received a courtesy call 40 minutes in advance, on time, described the process, described the report and emailed copy to me immediately. Beth was a nice combination of friendly and businesslike. I seldom write reviews and would remind folks that if you have a great experience, report it!
They dont even deserve one star. I called to schedule an appointment and both times the same lady answered, wish I would have caught her name. From the moment she picked up the phone she was annoyed and had an attitude. I guess she was upset that she had to WORK! .... dont do business with this company they suck.
SIMPLY, THIS COMPANY STOPPED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IF THE BUSINESS HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN AS SOON AS THEY GOT THE PAYMENT. Ive never seen business like this one before in my life. I wanted to use PayPal for the payment, so I made sure with Edward Hipwell from the customer service, but they dont. He said he that was news to him when I stopped in the middle of filling out the order form and asked him about it. Ed completed the order and sent me confirmations without my consent. I found out later that he already ordered the inspection for me since they already had all billing information(everything else but my credit card). The inspection completed on the scheduled day, and Darlene Vo called me saying they wouldnt release the report until I provided them my credit card Information, so I did that over the phone. They took the payment. Then I saw problems in the inspection report. About 12 photos were blurry to make out the damages clearly, the answer to special request for the inspection and the photo of a dent were missing. In addition, another email address to receive the report I added, of course, the person never received the report. Darlene was supposed call me back on the same day but I never heard from anybody from the company, despite I called, left messages and emailed to different people, phone numbers and addresses to reach someone numerous time for a few days. Update, based on the excuse from Eds e-mail after 3 days later, it seems like everyone in the company mysteriously fell ill as soon as they got my payment, they all miraculously got better enough to try to resolve the problems they created for me in the first place right after I posted the first review online. They arent worth any more of my time.
Had an appointment with AIM to get our Audis inspected at our home between the hours of 8-12 am. I had to clear my entire schedule for the day for this appointment. Neither my husband nor I could use our vehicles during this time, and I was unable to leave the house during this time. By noon, the tech still had not shown up. I contacted the company only to be told “oh, they’re running late.” No courtesy call. No communication whatsoever. I wasted an entire day of my life sitting around, waiting for these people. Horrendous customer service.
Horrible, inaccurate vehicle inspection! Turned in my leased Kia Optima at the 3 year term with 20k mileage (16k under allowed). No damage, garage kept. Alliance inspector counted two pebble marks on front bumper ($65x2), cosmetic scratch on rim ($130), nick on mirror ($365 to replace ENTIRE housing?). Luckily KIA Finance agreed that inspector was noting items within KIA tolerances and credited me for most except for the cosmetic scratched rim...which has to be buffed out...not repaired but buffed. I could have taken a little soft scrub and a soft cloth buffed it myself.

2019-06-04Brian Bardhi was extremely courteous, kind & proficient. He even called ahead to give me an ETA & was patient enough to wait for me, as I was running a bit late for our appointment. His inspection of my leased vehicle was totally hassle-free and he completed it in a timely manner, too. I was very pleased with his efficient service & greatly appreciated his professionalism. High marks all the way for exceptional customer service!

2019-05-06Brian Bardhi was great. He called ahead with the status of his arrival so I knew more of a precise time than just that 4 hour window. He was very professional while taking about 20 minutes to conduct the inspection of my leased car before the turn in. He explained everything with no surprises and was very thorough and respectful.

This was my first end of lease inspection and Brian helped make the entire experience a positive one. Happy to work with Brian again anytime in the future.

2019-11-12If I could give a zero, I would. I am on the phone with one of the WORST customer service reps I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. Not only did they cancel the date we set up but they left a message rescheduling it for four days after I have to turn in my leased car! This woman is giving me a hard time and not listening to me. Currently on hold for her supervisor but Im sure shes not going to connect me. And guess what, I have to get back to work. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. My first call to schedule involved several calls back and forth to set an inspection date. I would have to wait a month!

2017-05-30Just received a letter from my old Hyundai leasing company for an 2014 Elantra that I turned in, and am being told I need to pay $345.00 because of the Excess Wear & Tear damages that AIM has reported on my car. Mind you these so called damages are small dents that I was told by the dealership would be considered NORMAL wear & tear. Also, the fact that one of the dents thats being reported for damage was caused by the dealership is beyond insane. As the other reviewer posted, this company is not about the customer at all, They dont even deserve 1 star especially when they include horrible quality photos of dents/damages that do not show said damages. Word of Advice, if youre turning in a lease, take your own pictures, Its something I wish I wouldve done because now Im stuck with a $380+ bill for this crappy inspection (with fees & tax)

2021-01-07Brian Bardhi inspected my car and was great. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He was efficient in the inspection and communicated well. It was my first experience with an inspection like this and he made it a breeze.

2019-04-25This is a cheater review. I work there and really like what I do. If you need a car inspection when purchasing something from another state or online and you want to check its condition or youre ready to turn vehicle at end of lease, look us up!
