Almost smashed my husbands fingers with the runaway beverage cart in the aisle. The sound for the tarmac Music was too loud north at take off and landing. The seat area was dirty the window was gross and slimy. Someone left their germs and greasy hair all over it. (How fast we forget to clean covid still exist) the sound on the music playlist was overdriven making it hard to listen to. The flight attendants were really nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I’m not a complainer, but this was a very disappointing experience from a delta partner. We play more to fly delta instead of other airlines. We have preferred status which also didn’t seem to transfer to Air France. Bummer

Terrible company. Flew with them as a transfer from Delta and they broke my suitcase beyond repair. After providing the company with multiple repair receipts so that they could cover the damage, the customer service agent, Pooja ghosted me

Huge shout out to Monique...at the check-in counter and her supervisor on duty (evening of Sep-22-2021). My country of destination required a RT-PCR test and instead I had done RT-antigen quick test.They deliberated and let me through as an exception. The port of transit (Paris-France) and final destination (Mumbai, India) did not stop me. Mumbai infact had a mandatory PCR test on arrival.All in all I was able to catch my flight and keep my scheduled dates.Thank you (Merci-beaucoup)
