Comment: I had a great experience at airport home appliance. My washer died and I needed a new one quickly since my dogs decided this week was puking week (long and chunky story). I walked in the store and was immediately helped by Joseph. We quickly were able to narrow down my selection because he knew so much about the products. I was able to get out of the store with delivery scheduled for the next day in less than 30 minutes.Wide product selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, efficient process. Highly recommend.

Comment: I highly recommend this company! The customer service is outstanding. The customer service person called me back numerous times to make sure I got exactly what I need in the easiest possible manner. When I pointed out Home Depot had the same product slightly cheaper, they matched the price! They have next day delivery which made my tenant very happy! Home Depot is such a nightmare but these folks gave personal attention to make sure I was 100% satisfied as I am!! Avoid HD and go with these guys!

We were able to place the order and get delivery the next day.We have purchased all of our appliances from Airport Appliance: Washer & dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and now the refrigerator. We have been very satisfied with our experiences with Airport Appliance. This is our go-to business for appliances.Recently, our washer needed repairs. We contacted EPIC. The repair people came out, assessed the problems and ordered parts. It took 2 weeks total to complete the repairs. In the meantime we had to do our laundry at a Laundromat. But repairs were completed and were covered under the service contract. Repairs that would have been very costly, were covered. The service contract through EPIC has been worth it.

Comment: The shopping experience at the Hayward outlet store with Joseph Aguilera was outstanding from start to finish. We initially just intended to do some price comparison shopping, but Josephs assistance was invaluable. He listened to our needs and guided us to the best fridge options based on our space, budget, and preferences. Joseph didnt pressure us to make a purchase and even provided helpful information to ensure the fridge would fit our space. When it turned out the initial fridge was too big, Joseph promptly offered a replacement model without us having to return to the store. He also helped us delay delivery when needed and assisted with processing a refund for a cancellation. The entire experience, from sales to delivery, was fantastic thanks to Josephs exceptional service. Airport Appliance has certainly earned our loyalty with its wide selection, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding customer care exceeding our expectations!

Comment: I had the impression this was a reputable company. Unfortunately it is not. I purchased a blemished dishwasher from them online (I specifically asked and was assured the blemish was cosmetic, not functional). When it was delivered I commented to the installer that the little dent on the front was not bad at all and what a great way to save some money. Ten days later when it stopped working and I had to have the Bosch repair person come out he showed me the extent of the blemishes which consisted of dents and cracks in the plastic around the outside of the unit to the point that it looked like it fell off a truck. As he described it: Tank was damaged at the top and bottom right rear. This is a structural part of the dishwasher and cant be field repaired or replaced.It is shocking to me that a supposedly reputable company would be so dishonest as to pawn off a product with such extensive visible damage without making the customer aware of it (of course the damage is only visible when one is looking at the dishwasher pulled out from under the counter and of course the installer did NOT show me or tell me about this damage). And as the technician says it cannot be repaired.Seriously what a horrible business practice to trick customers like this and saddle them with a functionally damaged and unrepairable product. When I asked for Airport Appliance to make things right by replacing the product with the same Bosch model that I had ordered they refused. Pointing me towards other units where I would either be getting a poorer quality product or I would have to pay them more money to get the unit I had ordered.Dumping defective products on customers without telling them and then refusing to make things right after theyve been caught, I just dont understand how a company can even do this. This is so wrong and Im so furious. They assure me they will get my $300 Bosch repair fee reimbursed. Needless to say, I am worried whether they actually will.

Comment: Bought washer and dryer 2 years ago with extended warranty. Had a warranty issue and warranty company denied saying it was not covered. Try to call the store customer service and said they were busy so I sent email. No response since. I used to believe in buying local but these people are no different then big box. We were sold warranty under false info and now no one wants to talk to us. Will do my best to speak lowly of this place anytime I have the chance. Comment: Weve been in search of a new refrigerator after experiencing issues with our expensive Samsung fridge, particularly with its ice maker and humidity control. Given the tendency of many appliances to last only a few years, we aimed for a Bosch due to its reputation for dependability and quality. However, the Bosch price point exceeded our budget.While exploring online options, we came across Airport Appliance, which was selling the same Bosch model at almost half the price, albeit with a blemish. Our initial online inquiry revealed that the condition of the fridges was unknown as they were factory-sealed. Frustrated, I decided to call for more information and had the pleasure of speaking with Dalia Munoz.Dalia was easy to talk to and patiently explained that the units were brand new and had imperfections straight from the factory. Opening the packaging to inspect the fridge would impact their ability to sell it as new. Despite the uncertainty, I decided to take the chance, and it turned out to be a worthwhile risk. The fridge is not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-built, meeting all our needs.Having now purchased both my stove and fridge from Airport Appliance, I can confidently say that I am satisfied with their products and service. Dalias assistance made the process smoother, and I would happily consider buying from them again in the future.

Comment: Overall, we regret buying our dishwasher from Airport Home Appliance in Hayward. it seems like it was going to be cheaper to buy from them, but in the end the additional fees, rude customer service and cancelled delivery ended up costing us more.We had never purchased from them before, but the dishwasher we were looking at was a fair bit cheaper than from Home Depot and Lowe’s.The first red flags came after we had purchased online, and when we got a phone call from them explaining all of the limitations and what-if ‘s that might result in a higher charge or restocking fee, etc. We felt like we’ve already made the purchase and were going to try and see it through. Never have I made a purchase before where it felt like they were setting me up for a little list of ways in which they could charge me money in the future if I didn’t cross all of my t’s and dot all of my i’s according to their policies.They don’t give you any kind of window until the afternoon before the next day’s delivery. That is already difficult for people who work. Im a schoolteacher and so I have to takeoff a full day of work to be home for a delivery like that. Then, they called during the delivery window, on the day I took off, to let me know that they weren’t going to be delivering after all. This was after phone calls and text messages and emails that I had to confirm availability within one hour or be at risk for them canceling the delivery. Even then, after all of the planning and organization that went into making sure that we weren’t gonna be charged all of these additional fees and stuff that they warned us about, they simply canceled on us.Even that in itself was not that frustrating. I know that delivery issues happen and sometimes the company just can’t make it happen. No problem. What actually frustrated us was how indifferent the woman that we talk to on the phone was. She could not have cared less. WE had to reschedule for a different weekday - they were not willing to accommodate an afternoon or weekend in spite of them being the ones who canceled the delivery. So, I had to take another day off of work, because even then they wouldn’t be willing to give me any indication of whether it would be a morning delivery or an afternoon delivery so that I could only take a half-day off of work. I understand that they might not have done that as a standard policy but once you’ve already wasted a day of your clients PTO, I would hope that they could at least try to accommodate a little bit more. She was rude and basically just hung up on me when I was trying to explain to her that I already took an entire day off and it would be better if I could take only a halfday.We had prepaid for the drainage tube that was needed for our brand of dishwasher and we also paid the $50 fee to have them take away our old dishwasher. During installation, they said that they would need an additional extension hose for the drainage. That turned out to be a short, supply hose that you can buy for $8 at Lowe’s (we confirmed this), which they conveniently had in their van. They charged us $70 and we watch the guy hand connect it in less than two minutes. Keep in mind that they charged $50 to haul away our old dishwasher and … $70 to screw in a short hose?! In my opinion, they do this because it’s difficult for you to say no without canceling the entire installation. They’ve got the client over a barrel. They take advantage of you and the fact that they’re already there and they basically charge whatever they want.Be wary of buying from them also because of their warranty policies. If you do not contact them within 48 hours of installation with any issues, they could care less even if it’s a problem resulting from their installation. It’s basically “good luck to you and dealing with the manufacturer’s warranty” even if the problem was the result of their installation.All in all, I would say it’s not worth any money that you think you’re saving on the initial price tag if you factor in the up charges and all of the hassles and poor customer service.

Comment: I bought a Bosch 300 Series dishwasher from Airport. There was a “blemish” discount due to “cosmetic damage.” When Airport delivered the dishwasher, I looked it over: the only visible damage was a small scratch/dent, and a little divot in the finish. I pointed it out to the delivery guys. “Is that the only damage?” They said it was. Fine. I installed the appliance. Only after it was installed did I discover that the top rack would not open. On further inspection, I saw that the entire top of the machine was smashed in. A water channel on the top of the machine dangled from the top. No, I did not attempt to open all the shelves at the time of delivery. Maybe if I had I would have detected the damage. However, it was not simply “cosmetic damage.” It was functional damage: the top drawer would not open. Despite my field repair, the top is still distorted. Airport offered to send another blemished unit, which would mean I would have to pay for someone to uninstall the current washer, and install the new one. I would have been content with a small refund, but they werent offering that. I hope my field repair works for the long run. I wont be buying any more appliances from Airport.

Comment: We shopped at Airport Home Appliance back in the 1980’s when we first bought our home in Hayward. Since then we had been going to other stores. With the closing of so many stores since then, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do when our twenty year old Maytag dishwasher finally broke down. I decided to look into AHA on line and went into the store the next morning. Ixchel was our sales rep. She was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was happy to experience a no pressure relaxed atmosphere. When I explained the deal I had seen on line the night before, with tablet in hand to prove it, I was advised that was inaccurate and prices were even lower! I ended up getting a brand new Bosch dishwasher for the price I expected to pay towards a “blemished” unit. The extended warranty was priced so low it didn’t make sense to pass it up. I was upset with this unexpected expense at this time of year; but, if delivery goes as well, and the unit arrives without damage and operating properly, this will have been the ideal shopping experience. Comment: I purchased a new 36” range and was very happy with the service. Andy provided me with great service and he also matched Lowe’s price for the same stove. I opted to add the delivery and installation to make sure everything is hooked up properly. I’m replacing my 36” stove that I installed 30 years ago when I bought my house so I hope this new stove will give me many years too. It has convection which I’m looking forward to and the broiler is in the oven rather than below which was difficult when broiling.

Big blob of paint on the walkway between the front and back could clean the place up a bit, especially if theyre selling kitchen products..

But after 4 weeks and 4 days, I had to call customer service INSTEAD of the other way around to find out that the product was unobtainable, and my order had been canceled PRIOR to my calling. No notice, no courtesy call from CS, no text, no email....nothing. When I did finally call, I was treated as though it was MY fault for not keeping in touch with THEM!!This was my first time having to deal with AA customer service, after 30 years of shopping there. Comment: I am so frustrated. I chose this business because it is woman-owned and local. I purchased a refrigerator September 28. I understood it was backordered, but didnt think it would take 7 weeks. It came in November 12. You go in circles trying to schedule delivery. Two deliveries, both times fridge damaged and sent back. First time guys damaged it while doing door reversal, and delivery for a new one scheduled 3 days later. Second time, it came with a large dent and they acted surprised that I refused it. Then was told 8 hours later they could get me a third one delivered 3 days later. My mistake was I went ahead and let them take my old one away the first time because I didnt imagine I would be waiting more than 48 hours for a new one. Cant ever get ahold of anyone, just a maze of customer service reps who transfer you to voicemail. I canceled my order, got a refund and will now have to go elsewhere.

Comment: The delivery crew arrived and bullied my wife and defrauded her and convinced her that she had to spend hundreds of extra dollars for custom installation equipment and services which was all nonsense and a completely fraudulent scheme by the installation team for a simple dishwasher swap. I had to spend two days on the phone with various people addressing this horribly dishonest unprofessional and fraudulent behavior - at the time of the issue, the airport home appliance customer service rep said “there was nothing they could do” and told me I had to either pay the additional fee to the installation team or the installation team could leave the dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor uninstalled, and that those are the only two options unless I wanted to cancel everything and have them take the dishwasher away. So I paid them their exorbitant and dishonest fee and then I had to get the sales rep involved even though he was on vacation and I had to escalate to corporate management while I was traveling - after threatening to file a better business bureau complaint and file a fraud claim with my credit card company, i was finally able to get the excess charges refunded. I will never purchase anything from them again and I will tell everyone in my network and everyone that I ever run across again for the rest of my life never to purchase an appliance from these fraudulent hucksters

In addition to the expected $175 installation fee that appeared on the initial invoice, they charged for a $40 supply hose installation kit, $140 for hose extensions, $90 to replace the air gap, and a $50 haul-away fee for the old one. I feel nickel-and-dimed.

My sales agent worked with me to find a stove in my budget that I was also happy with the product. Wide selection and they have some open box products that are priced at clearance price so dont forget about that room! Comment: I bought a washer/dryer combo a few years ago and they accidentally charged me for the warranty that I explicitly declined several times. They claimed it was a mistake, but I had to call 10 times to get the charge reversed.Every time I called I was told that nothing was noted but it would be noted to finally be taken care of. This process repeated itself 9 times. Even threatening a chargeback did not get them to fix this. Only on the last time I was able to luckily connect to someone who was willing to fix it on the spot.

Comment: Ive purchased a couple of dishwashers for our home, our rental, and most recently a subzero refrigerator from Airport Appliance. I wasnt planning on writing a review but was solicited by Airport Appliance to submit one about my latest experience. We initially placed an order for a Subzero refrigerator to replace our older model which was clearly declining - this was in April 2022. The salesperson who sold us the refrigerator told me that the Subzero would arrive around Nov/Dec 2022 due to parts shortage. He emailed my receipt & said he would get back to me with installation cost differences between the subzero installer and independent installer.5 months later in September 2022 I realized I never heard back from AA & decided to check on the status of the refrigerator. Found out the salesperson no longer worked there and the refrigerator we purchased was no longer being manufactured. My only choice for the built in spot for our fridge was to upgrade to the new model which not only cost more, but would require over a years wait before delivery (October 2023)!While I understand supply & manufacturing is out of salepersons control, we had already been in queue for 5 months for an 8-month wait for a new refrigerator. I asked AA to consider this as AA did not follow up with us when they knew our appliance was no longer available nor did anyone step up to take care of our original salespersons clients! Had I not called when I did, we could still be waiting on AA. Now the wait would be 18 months total.Because we would be waiting 1.5 years due to AA negligence, I asked whether they would consider our order date as April 2022 rather than September 2022 and bump us up as we were dealing with a fridge that was slowly failing and didnt want to have to buy another refrigerator while we waited for the Subzero. Once the sale was made, return responses from both the new salesperson and her manager was scarce.Finally received an email a couple of days ago from AA thanking me for my purchase and inviting my review. I laughed because we still dont have our product. Today I received a call that the refrigerator is ready for delivery after we pay $1028 install/haul charge. To compensate for our trouble, they reminded me that they will later refund $280 off the $1028 install/haul away charge for our $15,176 purchase! I asked whether given our circumstances & the cost of our purchase if they would consider including the additional charges which the sales person said she could not do.On top of the delay & falling through the cracks with AA, I have to deal with my husband groaning that weve paid for the refrigerator upfront & warning me that AA will charge us more until the appliance is actually in the house. The one star review is for lack of follow through, consideration, and customer care. I originally chose AA for our purchase because their appliance was priced around $100 lower, but after this experience, I regret not using a more attentive and personable company.UPDATEUpdating this review from 1 star to 2 stars as the customer service manager was able to get approval to refund the cost of the incorrectly sized water hose ($27.12) we were told to purchase as well as $450 to compensate for our trouble (total refund $477.12).

They were able to disconnect the old fridge, but would not connect the new.There should be some flexibility in this policy. I connected it myself w/o any trouble.Then I had to do follow up when requesting a new bin that was delivered cracked. They requested pictures so they knew what to order. The model number of the fridge should have been enough. This issue isnt resolved.

Some kind of internal resistance within the opening mechanism at the end of open cycle may work.(3) The 2 vegetable bucket drawers in top freeze section doesnt pull outward until both doors are FULLY opened.(4) We replaced our top freezer GE refrigerator after 35 years of excellent usage. Comment: My 19 year old Bosch dishwasher started leaking. I researched options online and decided on a replacement which happened to be on sale at AHA. My sales rep there, Mr. Andy Lu, was terrific: knowledgeable, nice, didnt pressure me to buy a more expensive model and the sale was efficiently concluded. He also warned me that the installation would be at least a week out. He tried to reach the installers for a date and was unable to and they did not call me later, nor in the morning to discuss a date. However, when I called them in the morning they answered and scheduled me for a week out. There was no choice of time and I mention this only to warn people who cant take a whole day off for that. They did give me a 4hour window the Saturday before the delivery date and on the day of set up tracking for a more precise time. Delivery is free, installation was quoted as $175 and I was warned there would be additional charges if it wasnt simple. Mine was not. A new outlet had to be installed under the sink. Labor is $200/hour. Mine came to $125 in addition to the $175.They dont carry whats needed for that job and the gentleman went and bought the supplies at Ace hardware. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.They made sure the dishwasher worked before leaving but, unbeknownst to me, the floor of the undersink cabinet was left very wet. To determine if this was due to a leak or just the fact that Mr. Jacciel.Soto didnt feel like drying it or telling me to do it myself was a process which could have been avoided. He also used my recently purchased handvac to vacuum up wet debris without telling me, damaging the filter. So, if you do use them, watch them closely or have the installation done by a plumber or handyman you trust.If you want your old machine removed by them, the price, at present, is an additional $50.

I called three times and was told that the person who sold me the refrigerator on the phone, Dalia, was the only person who could schedule an appointment. I left a message. No return call. This person also told me that delivery meant leave in the driveway and I would have to pay more to have the refrigerator brought to my kitchen. I called again. I dont think they know what they are talking about at Airport Appliance and employees are poorly trained. I asked to have my refrigerator delivered. Comment: We got a washer and dryer at their outlet sale for a good deal! Both appliances were in impeccable condition and had the plastic wrapping still on them. When they were delivered however, you could tell they were scraped together and the dryer door which is black is totally scuffed and marked up. It will not come off. You can see the same on the washer in a similar location, but because it is white it is not as noticeable. Im not sure why the plastic wasnt still in there appliances to protect them which seems like negligence. Im not sure if they rubbed against each other in the delivery truck or if airport Home Appliance gave us a different dryer than the one we bought, but whatever happened, they refuse to make it right. Our sales person Jigme, basically told us that thats what happens when the appliances are not sold in the box and theres nothing to be done. Given that the items I bought were free from damage and wrapped in plastic when I bought them, but not delivered that way and Airport Home Appliance is taking no responsibility for the damage, I would not buy from them again, and I would caution anyone from buying from them because what you receive may not be what you paid fo.r

The fridge broke, and the warranty company took 4 weeks to send someone out to repair it. Our most recent experience with them was even worst. Our dryer broke. File a claim, no one called me back for 2 weeks. I had to call them and somehow no one was taking care of the claim...for 2 weeks.They couldnt send someone out for repairs for another 4 weeks. When the repair person finally shows up, he tells us he cant repair it and we need a new dryer. The warranty company says that they dont make that dryer anymore. So instead of offering to replace it with another dryer, their offer is to pay credit for Airport Appliance not for the price I paid for the dryer but for the current market value.Airport Appliance doesnt have any dryers in that price range, so they told me that I had to pay for the difference, pay for my old dryer to be removed, pay for the gas hookup line, and pay for installation. Apparently, they are an expert in how warrantees work and this is how all warrantees work.Spend the extra money at Costco or add it to your home warranty. Airport Appliance and their warranty company are running a racket. Going on 8 weeks to get this resolved and still going in circles with these people. Not a single decent person works here.

Our sales representatives Grace Ho and Andy Lu were on top of our order and followed up very diligently with Thermador. They answered our questions and worked with us very patiently through out. Because of the supply chain issues it took us an year to get our appliances but Grace and Andy always assured us of the status and kept us updated. When we had an issue with our refrigerator after delivery, they jumped in right away and were able to find us a replacement very quickly. Obvious way to see that everyone is paid on commission. It was bad enough experience that when we needed appliances for our new house my husband refused to give this company our business again, despite their low prices.We had an issue with one of the Bosch appliance we bought, which was not AA fault, but they were not helpful in rectifying the issue. Bosch finally agreed to replace our faulty item and hired AA for the delivery and installation. We have been waiting for over a month, they promised to come twice but haven’t shown up yet. I just called and yeap, sales rep told me Im still being charged with no stove to show. I told the sales rep the story and he said hell take care of it. Well see(edit: Still no email cancel confirmation days 2 after calling; real crooks eh).I ordered from Home Depot instead and tomorrow is the delivery date (item came today, 03/11/2022, installed, hauled away, all in 10 mins with zero issue, and same kit as Home Appliance).Airport Appliance is not a good company, not honest, and told me after that, that I need a plumber to come before they can install and need a 5/8 connector. Not true since they should inquire before anything, and I just have a simple, same size stove, just like theirs, and, on the invoice, showed that the connector was part of the kit I ordered for the installation. Hmm..Not cool for lying.Dont waste your time, and order from Home Depot or Lowes. I tried to contact AHA and they did not return my phone call nor email. AHA basically throws shade to the manufacturer saying I need to contact Samsung directly. What bad customer service they have. Samsung is THE worst to deal with, after multiple (10 calls and 8 text messages) this company did not want to refund me for the broken washer nor did they want to come pick it up. It has nothing to do with Airport Appliance. I have been using Frigidaire refrigerator since I was a kid living abroad. It was a trust worthy brand. The temp of my new refrigerator was preset by the manufacturer. It has been running for a few days and the freezer temp was still 5 or 10 degrees above zero. So I finally set it a little bit higher than medium, then the temp started to show it is zero. The refrigerator itself is okay with temp at 40 degrees. And the occasionally moaning sound when the motor is on makes me laugh. Yes, the noise is noticeable. I will give 3 star for the refrigerator and 5 stars for the Airpory Home Appliance. So overall I will give it a 4 star.

When the due date approached I requested an updated and was told the items were back ordered another 30 days. No one sent proactive communication. I reached out again closer to the back-order date, and was told that two of my items were further delayed for another 45 days. Again, no proactive communication. Airport Appliances solution was for me to select an alternative product. Unfortunately the only in-stock options were $600-$1500 MORE expensive than the unit ordered. After looking at other stores, decided to come here since I heard they have a very large selection. Was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and knowledge of Genevieve, who showed me several options for a 34.5 width fridge and a 30 slide-in range. As for the fridge, thought there would be extremely limited options, since most are 35.75+, but Genevieve was great! She was able to share customer ratings, availability versus backorder, and provide specs. I ended up purchasing a beautiful luxury matching set, fridge and range. So pleased with my buying experience... now looking forward to the delivery and installation.

The delivery was one day later that we asked for, but they came within the scheduled 4-hour window and gave us all the timely notices. The sales experience was also great - we were able to find everything according to our needs and budget. The sales person in Hayward, Jose Aguirre, was one of the most knowledgeable sellers I have ever encountered in my life (and not pushy at all, which I especially appreciate). The only disappointment was that they couldnt take away our old gas range -- although we prepaid for the service -- because it was too heavy (!). Comment: Living in a little older house we needed a new over the range Microwave that was little smaller in size. All the big box format stores mainly have the bigger 17 inch ones. The Sales rep (Jose) at the Hayward office was very knowledgeable and exactly knew are requirements. Helped up buy the correct size and installation vendors sent by the store did a professional job in a timely manner with no mess. Comment: Customer service was ok. I say OK because after listing the appliances i wanted, I was charged (sold) the wrong model - and I only found out when I noticed the slight price change. Immediately fixed, sure, but when the salesperson walked around with Me i figured he would have the accurate numbers scanned / written down as they work on commission.Fast forward to delivery, and of course they outsource. I told them Friday worked best when they called, they assured me that was good. No deal, they never confirmed the delivery install appt until i called them the day i was supposed to get my items delivered. Oh, thats tomorrow (saturday) they said. I was led to believe friday all week. Back and forth with them, and with Airport Appliance (managers, sales staff, distribution center, etc) and no one can seem to help me. Instead, im required to take a day off of work i hadnt anticipated needing to and now not only am I out my original $6500 (including delivery) but have to miss a day of work to make things right for them.Go figure. Shopping local and small i expected more. With commission, the same. I suppose I was dead wrong. I recommend shopping around and saving yourself a trip if you can. Or better yet, come see it in person at their showroom and buy it elsewhere for less.

Comment: Great price, promotional free install sounded great. The installers who came today were very courteous, called ahead and were all masked up when they came. This was a promotional free install and I wasnt aware of any restrictions to that. I had a Miele dishwasher previously installed so I thought we would be good to go. They reported that they would need to install a new shut off valve and drill a hole for the hoses to run through because they were not long enough. This they quoted me as extra and the cost would be $200. Not what I had hoped for. I declined and they did not leave everything that came with my dishwasher, ie brackets and the drain hose clamp. Not the best experience...but the dishwasher is awesome.

My husband passed away a couple weeks ago and I purchased a bed on Nov 4 th to house all the family coming in for the services. I stressed the importance of this delivery date. The bed should have been delivered 11/19. I have called every day since and have been given excuse after excuse and promises that never happen. Delivery was set again for 11/21, no show. Comment: Easy ordering online but then no contact the next day to arrange delivery. I called 2 days later and was told I would be given a 4 hour window the night before. I requested last of the day 3-7pm as I couldnt get home before 3pm. I was given 11-3 with less than 24 hours notice and had to cancel as I couldnt reach a live person and couldnt make that time. i rescheduled for the following day but they had forgotten to put in the install order so it arrived with no one to install it. I asked that they come back with someone to install it but instead no one contacted me and customer not ready was put in my order. It took multiple phone calls, emails, and waiting on hold for 25 minutes to talk to a manager (finally hung up and called back), and hours of my time over 11 days to have it installed. very nice people each time I called or emailed but nothing happened for 11 days until finally a very nice guy made it happen. then it was done well, professionally works great, great price. i asked for a discount on the install given how much time I had wasted and was told no by airport appliance and well get back to you by the installation company, never happened. still it is a great dishwasher for a good price, just know that installation details may take a while (or maybe you will have better luck than me...)

Comment: Dishwasher exceeded useful life. Had auto drain filter. Most new have manual drain filter, have to remove drain filter once/mo and clean out gunk. Asked for same as had. Manual delivered with it showed additional features it did not have for this model, some of which I would have paid extra for if offered. Never offered higher end model. Had some difficulty getting copy of extended warranty I bought over the phone. This model works nicely. Would have preferred higher end model with additional features if offered. Contractor removes old dishwasher and installs new. Contractor is separate. Contractor does own scheduling and your request for time of day has no meaning. Contractor scheduling is not explained. You are at the mercy of the contractor, except for the day you choose. Installation went smoothly. Airport Appliance did have a good product for a good value. I am happy with its performance. There were a little to many calls back and forth. Would have preferred they offered the higher end dishwasher for the features I would have used. Their loss, as I am sure a higher end product would increase their bottom line.

Comment: I bought a mattress with electric platform base a few years ago. 8 months in the bed dips after they told me itd never do that. I called the warranty service for replacement but they first need to send out a bed specialist who measures the dips. Many many months go by I finally track down my report which was missed labeled and basically ignored. So finally its approved for a replacement. I go back to the store now under new management and after near two hours of being shuffled to different managers they denied the bed I wanted (which was similar to the one I bought) because of the price difference. I bought mines on a mega sales event so it was marked down. They will only price match replace my $700 bed with the only other low and crappy quality one. I spent over $2000 for electric platform, pillow top mattress, white glove delivery. Its not my problem you charge $1500 years later for the mattress. My warranty should be honored. 3years Now. I cant get a hold of corporate or anyone. I swear they are ignoring me until my warranty expires. Horrible service

He helped me match a new Electrolux dryer to the washer and pedestal set I already had, in the exact color, make, and model even though I purchased my current set a year ago (with a gas dryer but our new home only accommodates electric dryers). Comment: I hardly review but I recently bought 3 appliances. Only I received 2 appliances and a headache. We had to drive to airport appliance only to wait 3 hours and not get our dishwasher. We were already delayed our shipments two other times. I would have been happy the third time to receive all three appliances but of course that would be too easy. We were sent to the factory only to receive the wrong dishwasher and when we came back home we were missing a piece the front panel. Even though the prices are a little lower I would suggest going to home depot, best buy, or lowes. I feel I didnt leave the store happy and was unsatisfied. I dont think I will ever go back to that store. The lady that worked with us was very customer friendly though.
