My kids love this place. Perfect for exercise all while having fun. The areas are clean and well maintained. The staff does a great job monitoring the trampoline areas. Super friendly and helpful.
Overall a pretty good experience. The only problem I had was that two people checked in late for my party and it took 30 minutes for the staff to understand WHY they should be given wristband. I paid for 10 kids onli 8 checked in when the other two arrived I wanted by extra wristbands . They resolved it but it took away from jump and party time.
My kids had a great time the concession stand also has a variety of stuff the snack on before you wait on your food if you choose to eat the pizza or what not.
Great establishment. Clean. Many prime came in with road salt on their shoes and Airtimes employees were right on it.
Love taking my kids to Airtime.Friendly staff/ clean Environment and a lot of fun for all ages.Airtimes always has good deals /promotions and greatBirthday packages. My sons has had His last 3 birthdays there.
Love the concept and space. Get a little concerned as the older kids get rough in a group and often step onto trampolines that smaller kids are already on. Would like better involvement from the staff of not allowing the rough housing.
We had my grandsons birthday party here this weekend. The staff was very attentive. The trampoline area was very clean and well supervised. Yes I would recommend this place.
My kids love this place! Planning a birthday party soon and looking forward to it! Food is great. 👌🏼 They clean a lot, and are super friendly. Definitely recommend.
We had a good time! I had children ages 1-8and I think there could be some activities added for age 1-5. Also, there should always be someone to make sure that know bigger kids are playing in the area with the younger age group.
We had a great time. So my family fun!!! I told all my friends to go check it out. Also the employees were very helpful and courteous. I definitely will be going back!
Rip Off!! Dont waste your money! It wont let me give zero stars, that the only reason why there is 1. My daughter spent over $500 on my grandsons birthday party this past Sunday. First of all, our start time was 5:30. We had 2 tables reserved. The party before us kept one of our tables until after 6:00. We were told we had a personal host which is also listed on the website under the party packages. Who is supposed to set up, serve and clean. The tables were dirty, pop was split all over the tables which we had to clean up in order to rush and try to decorate our own table since our host was no where to be found. Then at 6:15 we go to order the pizza only to be told that if we order from them our pizza would not be there until 7:30 and they close at 8:00. So we had to go down to Little Ceazers and pick up our own pizza. Party package said the birthday boy got to spin the wheel and that the kids would receive party bags and each would receive socks. We were charged for socks and when he was finally able to spin the wheel, he won an hour of dodge ball. To which the host told us he could not have because they were getting ready to close. We of course had to ask for the party bags for the kids. They came out with a water bottle and headband for about half of the kids. I spoke to whom I thought was a manager regarding the issues. He took $5.00 off the bill. SMH. And told us the kids could eat their cake no rush since we got out table at 6. They didnt bring our cake out from the cooler until 7:50 by 8:10 the cashier was cleaning off our tables with the kids still eating. This is the most unprofessional, unclean establishment I have ever seen!! Employees were rude and lazy! I wouldnt recommend this place for my dog to have a party!! Im still trying to figure out how it costed $500. I will be telling everyone I know not to support this place!
My kid went to a bday party there and had a blast! So much to play on! A bit pricey tho
Kids had a blast, the toddler area should have more signage to make it more obvious to the oblivious that its for the Littles. I was there when a lady had a temper tantrum because she couldnt jump with her nephew, you guys should have security to handle those situations so the associates dont have to do it. Other then that, it was a good time. 👍
Was great time but the employees seem to not mind older kids hit little kids with the balls and they get hurt . And a few just did not want to go anything. To help patrons or keep eating are clean ? But my kids had a good time
Went to this (Canton/Westland) location for a 4th birthday party. I’ve been to the Taylor location when it was SkyZone, and it was ok at best. But our visit to the Canton place was much more positive. Great party. Kids had a blast. The employees were much more helpful & friendly than our experience at the Taylor location. The only thing that I would have liked was less people. It was crowded. It was a Saturday packed with kids & parties. Which is expected!
Lots of activities for the kids to keep them moving. A bit chaotic inside, but I guess thats to be expected. Excellent setup for birthday parties, especially if you get the room up top!

Where do I begin. Took the grandkids today for something fun to do for spring break. Got there at 12:30 and left about 3:15. They had only been open 1/2 hour and already tables were dirty. I sat at the cleanest one I could find. As time went on, things got down right filthy. Garbages were overflowing. Trash all over the floors. Drinks spilled and kids running through it in their socks and No One in sight to do any type of clean-up.Employees. I only saw 1 employee on the courses that looked like he actually cared about his job. He was working the Gauntlet. The rest were unkept and too busy on their phones. So many of their posted rules were being broken.The ONLY saving grace here is the kids had fun but I dont think I will be returning anytime soon.
Kids had fun, but the staff was very rude: while trying to pay for my tickets the boy selling me then was on his phone. As well as all of the staff “monitoring” the courts, every single employee was on their cell phone.
My niece and nephew enjoyed there time here. This place is perfect for kids to burn off there energy. And then they are hungry and thirsty afterwards.
The kids had blast! Trust me the birthday parties are at 11:30am you are able to jump on everything and its not crowded at that time!!!
My daughter and her friend were off of school for a holiday so I decided to bring them to jump and burn off some steam. We havent been there in a few years. Seems like some activities have been added like what I would describe as an American Ninja warrior type obstacle course. Plenty of fun things for kids of all ages to do. Its also nice that they get a good workout in. I was really expecting it to be alot more crazy than it is since all the kids are off of school for the day. It is a bit on the pricey side. We paid for the 2 hour session. I feel like that is plenty of time. I think the kids will have had enough by then.
Kids walk in like they r so glad 2 be home! Their eyes r full of stars & dive into cloud 9! No lack of personell watching over them to protect them from hurting themselves! Dreamland come true!
Clean place, fun for the kids.You are given one hour for the price of admission.There are only 4 block pits and they are very strict on the rules....one person jumps at a time, and must get out from the pit before the next person jumps. When its busy, time can get eaten up waiting in line.There is a smaller child area, designated just for little ones.There is a basketball area also. This also creates lines when its busy. Ill say, it is very well attended, staff at each area, and they enforce the rules.We had a sprained ankle from one of ours falling on the trampoline. It is enforced that you must jump with both legs together, not running. He was following the rule, but stumbled and caught one foot on the foam that separates the trampolines. So its apparent theres definitely a reason to jump with feet together.You sign a waiver at the front desk.There is a shelving area for you to put your shoes, or you can rent lockers for $1.00 each.There is a drinking fountain and restrooms.Some arcade games in the front also. (For additional price)Corn hole is free and there are a couple couches to sit on to watch the jumpers....I imagine these likely fill up fast when its busy.
My time here was great. Fair pricing and bigger trampoline park location. Attentive staff and hand sanitizer stations. Clean up was good as well. Will come back again.
Cool place to let the kids let loose. Just make sure that you know the little ones correct birthday and year. Suppose to got charger $5 for an 5 and 4 year old but paid full price.
My grandson had a blast. Five dollars for the day. You cant beat the price hes five. We stayed about three hours. Will definitely be back many times
For the most part, it was okay. My waiter was great. But what I didnt like is they didnt give the kids a chance to cash in their tokens for prizes and the lady let my daughter buy more tokens knowing they were about to close. They started mopping with bleach before we could cross to get to the door. I just didnt like that. I dont want to go back
The staff was hospitable and amazing!!!! The host went out of his way to ensure our needs were met.Scheduling staff was accommodating as well. I highly recommend this location.
Brought 3 young teens who stayed 9 hours!Place is clean, kids behavior is good, even when there is a large gathering. Will definitely be back!
Took my daughter here for the first time and we’re definitely not going back.. it wasn’t what we thought it was… very boring and part of the jumping areas was either roped off because the ceiling was leaking or you couldn’t go into a certain jumping area… I don’t see how this type of place can have good reviews honestly
I thought the place was really cool. My kids had a blast. I wish the food was a little better. Pizza was super greasy but we all still ate it anyways.
My kids had a blast venue was soooo clean activities and arcade were so fun they didn’t wanna leave and the staff was AMAZING !!!! You won’t regret your trip there!

I booked a party for my daughter 9th birthday. The process was very easy and they were super nice and professional. The building was clean and my host Derek was so accommodating and kind. I think this the best Airtime hands down. Thank you! Excellent! My daughter enjoyed her special day.
They need some adult workers to help out. The workers are very childish but other than that its a okay place to take your kids.
Nice variety of things for children of all ages -- including BIG kids like me. Additionally, they have a cafe that provides foods from pizza, to chicken finger, to salads.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a trampoline park. Staff has no control over the kids as they cut in lines and scream. I asked for a voucher or a credit as we were leaving and the best they could do was yell at the kids. I will never bring my kids back to this place, highly dont recommend.
Visited a party and everything the host was supposed to get didnt come with the party. They didnt help her at all or give a resolution worth the amount of things she lost and expected. I was going to have my sons party here but not until they fix their website and the lack of assistancez

I’ll never book another party with AirTime Trampoline - Canton/Westland. I spent almost $500 and I didn’t get half of the stuff I paid for. I didn’t receive the personalized poster, prize wheel spin, the party favors for all the kids, and the ice cream. When I informed them, they said they don’t offer that stuff anymore and that it say’s that on their website but as you can see from the screenshot obviously they do offer it. They refuse to give me the number to corporate, they refuse to return some of my money, they only offered to come back to the location to do the prize wheel spin and ice cream but it’s pointless because the party is over. Be careful when booking with them because they are playing with ppl money

Worst place ever. The building is leaking and they put caution tape to block the area off. Then the workers OBVIOUSLY didnt come to work. Teenagers attempted to bully my 7 year old son and the worker DID NOTHING BUT LAUGH! Ill stick with skyzone.

My son had his 4th birthday party at AirTime and we had an excellent experience! The staff was very helpful and professional and made it easy to make the reservation and do all the planning ahead of time. Our hostess, Katie, did a particularly wonderful job! She worked hard on set up, making sure we needed everything, and clean up. She ordered the pizza and salad and had it all delivered for us. Were glad we had her to help us!The kids loved the trampolines! Most of them were younger, including my 1-year-old daughter. Even she enjoyed it, especially since theres an area just for little kids under 46 tall. AirTime gave us an hour and a half of jump time which is just the right amount. They were ready to eat!Funny: despite all the trampolines, one of the other hits was a 25 cent claw machine and a giant game of Connect Four! Our kids were a little too young for the arcade downstairs, but those games were nice for when they needed a break from jumping.I recommend AirTime for parties, for sure! Ill definitely be back with my kids, especially on the next rainy day.
Went there with my class took about 20-25 minutes on this Thursday, worth it its always clean and nice staff! a lot of stuff to do there.
This facility is always clean and the employees are super nice to my two young boys (5&8) making sure they can reach things on the obstacle course.

Wow I have been here only twice with my son and husband! Each time are visit was amazing we had so much fun! The staff are amazing but the one that stood out the most was Devon he is such A sweet and amazing person to be around he was so helpful and fun to be around he definitely deserves A raise and some!!!! we are going to start coming here more and more because he made are experience amazing and so welcoming we love Devon❤️😍
Westland airtime facility was clean the THREE OR FOUR times I have been there. Food and drinks are great but pricey. I took my four grands. I like the area specifically for younger children.

Today, I booked online to take my boys in to go jump! When I got there, despite my prior booking, there was still a 15-20 min. check in process with the attendant (Jessica Mendoza). I am a mother of a special needs son, and explained to her that fact, as my kids were ready to go play. Against m suggestion, she tried to put the wristband on m son (who wasnt open to letting her) which then delayed the process even more. Jessica then spoke to me in a tone NO one working in customer service should use. I then asked for the manager (Marvin) and Jessica persisted as cursing at me and talking back (like a child) and Marvin the manager did nothing. I didnt appreciate the tone or language in front of my 2 young children. Majority of the workers also had earbuds in their ears, which isnt safe.

I went here for a party Feb 19th, 2022. And it was packeddddddddd! Yet that did not stop the stafff from ensuring we had everything we needed and more.
We had a great time and the kids loved it. Derek N was a great help as well.
The experience friends and family had here was amazing, we celebrated my brothers birthday on a weekend and the staff treated our guests like family, they did an outstanding job. The staff, food, cleanliness, and experience overall was superb. We had the vip room, everything was provided and we had our own staff member who helped setup, she was amazing and made sure everything was perfect. The owner on the other hand, Marwan made our experience worthwhile. They went above and beyond to ensure everybody had a great time. This is the go to place for birthdays or simply a fun experience. You will be satisfied.

All of the workers were either MIA or when they did show up to the areas that they were supposed to be supervising/watching, they were on their phones or having full fledged conversations with other workers! Not to mention fully engaged in their cellphones. Whats the point of monitors if youre not ensuring that children are playing safely. But in all fairness where the hell were the parents?!!

My kids were having a bad day so I decided to take them to Airtime. They weren’t having that good of an experience until one of the workers named Mickey told some jokes and helped make my kids have an awesome experience. I promised him I would write a good review about him because he deserves it. Thank you Mickey and thank you airtime!!
My grandson really enjoyed himself. The majority of the people/children wore a mask. Some children had their maskon their face but not covered. Kids have to get used to this new norm. All of the adults wore their mask and that was great.My grandson lost his phone where the orange and tan square blocks. We left our information around 7 pm on 3/28. I really hope you can make his day by finding it and giving us a call.

Took the kids they had fun with games and jumping wont be back because management is awful and stealing tickets from the kids. when I told the girl working the counter that another group of kids won 1000 tickets off the wheel she didnt care and the Manger was arguing with the kids the its 1000 or 0 but I saw it right in the middle of 1000 but they didnt want to hear that. also there was no safety precautions for covid 19 beside workers wearing masks I didnt see any of them sanitize there hands once while we were there for over 4 hours.

Ahhhh. Airtime the place where u can jump on everything! I recommend this place to people of all ages u will have fun! There is one thing that made this review 4 stars instead of 5. Since most of the staff is young they do have shorter tempers and can overpower over the younger people. This is totally fine if you follow the rules but for someone like me who likes to fool with my friends it can be irritating when you do something they would have done as a young kid and tell you that you have to get an x. (Xs are there point system if you get three you get kicked out and this is per visit.) but overall I do recommend this place to all people especially young children.
Very good trampoline zone..they have plenty of space and trampoline zone for every age..fun for kids..
My two year old is in love with what he calls bouncing. My husband and I take him at least once a week. The place is always clean and the staff is so friendly. I mentioned the changing table was broken in the mens bathroom after my husband went to try and change our son and couldnt. I honestly was just giving them a heads up and the manager was so apologetic and I swear he practically got his screw driver right there and then.Then yesterday I took my son to go bounce and he fell asleep on the way there which he never does. We paid and when it was time to go bounce he started to cry. He never does that, I was like okay hes too tired, bad idea and went to leave. Before I could leave the manager came over with a free bounce coupon for us to come back another time. It was so thoughtful and I really didnt expect it. Anyways, it is a great place and we are happy to keep going.
One of the workers not sure if that was one the managers was sweeping and I was at the locker trying to place my children items in the locker and he almost swept my feet. I had a bad experience but my kids was happy to be out since the pandemic struck. And we been in the house for months.

Best place to make a child happy. the staff were really nice even though the waiting line was huge but thats fine and the food was pretty good the games were fun for children and everyone was so nice kids can make new friends there.

Great family friendly trampoline themed kids fun center. Very well managed. Customer Service was good, very clean, friendly, and accommodating. No alcohol served so you don’t get the Chuck E. Cheese dramas. Pizza was also very good. Kids love the location.
Nice place, clean, for as much staff that walked around though they never seemed to be where they needed to be. Saw a few heated arguments where no one came to break it up either time, and the place was super crowded, and it wasnt a peek time. $14/hour or $15/unlimited, and you have to buy socks for $3. Easy to find off the street, ample parking. Our kids got bored quick though, its a building full of trampolines and a ninja rope course. Fun to try once, no, I would not go back.
Had our sons birthday party here, it was perfect! We were upgraded for free to the VIP table with the DJ. The service was great! The manager came over & introduced herself and made sure everything went smoothly. Our party host was exceptional & took care of everything. My son had a blast! I would highly recommend this location for your next party.
Can be crowded, but we like how they have separate areas for preschoolers and how there are court attendants to ensure the safety of all children.

Grandson was so excited on his birthday to come to the Westland Airtime and then first game hit jackpot won 100 tickets and a spin to win big jackpot. Well excitement turned to disappointment very quick when he did not receive the credit for his win and manager says to bad nothing he can do took no responsibility for the games in his establishment and very rude counter girl.
This place has the family jumping in unity!! Took me back to the childhood Of my dreams. I’m glad I got to spend some quality time with the family...The kids & I got to use our imagination and fly to any destination without passports or security lines...Imagination! What a Powerful tool!To the owners thank you for the great food & friendly Atmosphere.Will be back soon. 🥰

2022-02-07I had my son’s birthday party here recently. The center was clean and staff was monitoring the children at play. The owner and his staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout our service. Everything was organized and prompt to our party time. Our party host took care of all of our guests and made the birthday boy feel so special on his day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. There was an accidental incident that took place with one of the parents who attended the party. The owner went out of his way to help her and accommodate her needs resulting in an amazing experience all together. Thank you guys for everything, I don’t think I will ever have a party anywhere else.

2022-03-26Airtime in Westland was actually pretty good. It was bot busy on a Thursday which was good. I took my 3yr old son and my 14 yr old nephew and they have so much fun and for 3 people it was 45 bucks with socks for 1 hour. Trust me by the time the 1 hour hit i was done and tired and we went in at 6:30 but the lady was so nice and she put us on the open jump time for 7-8. I just wish it was a little bigger and more jumping areas. But you guys are good really good and the manager and all the employees are really nice and actually doing their job and watching people the whole time and never on their phones. Keep it up Airtime your doing good!!!!😊😁😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️

2022-06-08My six year old only jumped for three minutes and he came to me screaming in pain with his hands to his mouth/teeth that was bleeding uncontrollably. Come to find out, he jumped and hit an exposed metal frame holding up the trampolines. Apparently all the trampoline walls have exposed metal framework. I’m very surprised this business passed basic safety inspections. Serious neglect to safety and equally worse was the staff response (or lack of) to my kid’s emergency which is unacceptable.

2022-04-03I try to take my son here as often as possible, especially during the winter months, when he tends to extend his video game playing hours 🤣. He enjoys going to Airtime, and I’m able to get him out of the house without any complaints. I like that they added the massive sitting area, I can always bring my work with me, and not have to worry about not being able to see him. I love their coffee ☕️. We normally spend about two hours there with no issues or complaints. The owner and staff are all extremely nice 😊. Definitely a place where I will continue to take my son and his cousins.

2022-02-06Nice place, fun for the kiddos, took my 9 and 14 year old last night, on a Saturday and it was very, very busy. The workers who watch over the trampoline areas, who appear to be teenagers, don’t say anything to the kids and adults, who are running at breakneck speed through the trampoline areas, bouncing on trampolines that already have people on them, running into other guests. The two hours I sat and watched, it seemed like a free for all. Great place just needs a little more attending to when it’s that busy.

2022-05-10The kids had a great time.Help at the desk was fast and the young ladies were nice and helpful.The only suggestion i have is front door security. The first thing that myself and the other fathers noticed when the kids were running around was the frontdoor had no security measure of a child walking out or taken out.The building i managed through covid times changed the perspective and movement of my crew and family. Nothing makes a customer feel better than a piece of mind while the kids have fun.Prepare for war in times of peace.Good job guys! We will be back.Dave.

2022-03-14Its a bit crowded on the weekends which could be a good and bad thing. It gives the kids more people to play with, but its also chaotic! My nephew loves this place though and asked to go back sooner rather than later as soon as we walked out the door. Even though he got knocked in the face 4 minutes after we arrived by a bigger kid. The employee was very apologetic and attentive to him which I was grateful for.

2022-04-22Fun, safe and clean environment. AirTime has something for all ages. Concessions are reasonably priced. Management is very friendly. They should mix up the music as it is the same techno songs every time I’m in there. Overall, a great place to take my kids for a fun time!

2022-02-21I never experience having a party there but I have been there for several parties and I love the service of the workers. Now, I’m always taking my daughter for open jump time and she is always happy with lots of smiles. My daughter is always having fun and enjoy being there.

2022-01-31My experience was great the food was good. One of my son’s enjoyed the video games, and my other son enjoyed playing dodgeball that’s his only reason for wanting to go airtime lol. Airtime is a cool place to bring your kids to not only get some great physical fitness in, but also allow them to make new friends as well as gain the experience of interacting with other kids from different backgrounds.
