2022-05-15I knew what was wrong with my computer, so I bought spare parts online and brought those parts in for AITec to install. They fixed my computer right up and gave it a nice cleaning as well.Im thoroughly pleased with the results and I plan on returning here for any future computer issues that I run into.Word to the wise: Find and bring your own supply parts, if you know how and where to find them. Currently (May 2022) it is very difficult to locate spare parts due to ongoing supply chain issues. I didnt have that issue, since I brought my own spares, but you might.

2022-01-21These guys are absolutely amazing! This is the second time that I have had to use their repair service. They took my laptop that would not boot up and were able to save all data. My laptop is like new!Thank you guys!

2020-12-08I have an older laptop and broke the charging cord in it. I was told by the Geek Squad at Best Buy that they didnt want to ruin their tools by taking the piece out of my laptop. They sent me to another computer repair store that told me it would take over 10 minutes to fix. Looked up a different place online that said they couldnt help me and sent me to AITec. Took my laptop in and they fixed it in less than 2 minutes. They took the piece out in front of me, made the whole process look super easy. Beyond grateful for this place. Highly recommend. Wonderful service and the employees are really kind, super helpful, and get everything fixed in a timely fashion.

2019-09-09Its been about 6 years since Ive been to AiTec, thats why Ive only given them 3 stars instead of 5. But they impressed me so much back then that Ive never forgotten how much I preferred them over the geek squad or anyone else. Ill have a more relevant and current post soon, as I have 2 laptops and 2 desktops in need of inspection/repair. Regardless of time lost, I still recommend.
