Honestly the best experience I have had in leasing a new vehicle. Aaron is very friendly and professional. Answered any and all questions so that I fully understood. Went above and beyond in order to meet my expectations, and found me the perfect vehicle which I absolutely love. I left very happy and had no question that I had made the perfect choice. I will recommend Aaron to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. The Al Serra dealership should be extremely proud to have his representation.

Tom went above and beyond for me! I called asking about a Chevy Trailblazer, which was unavailable on the lot. I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle quickly, as my insurance company gave me 2 days to replace my totaled car. When what I was looking for wasnt available, Tom suggested a vehicle very similar and in my price range. He allowed me the time to view the vehicle online before making a hasty decision. After careful consideration on my part, I called Tom back and said I wanted to move forward with the vehicle he suggested. There were 3 left on the lot, different colors and options. He reviewed each vehicle and their options with me over the phone while I was looking at them online. I picked the Buick I wanted right there and he quickly got the ball rolling for me to have all the options I wanted and in my price range! He waved his magic wand and got me the best pricing options, best value, best car for me! He went above and beyond by a ton! He made my car buying experience truly enjoyable and easy! I was stressed through this process of finding a vehicle in such short time, Tom took that stress away and ensured I was happy during each part of the process! I will be recommending Tom as the salesman for my friends and family! Tom is an upstanding guy, that didnt work to get a sale, he worked to relieve my stress and make sure I was happy and in a safe, reliable car for me and my family! I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from Al Serra for over 20 years and Sonia is hands down the best sales person I have ever worked with. When my lease was up this year there were no vehicles in stock and one had to be ordered which I was told might take months. Sonia kept me up to date with every step of the process and when it was time to come sign papers she was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most about her through the entire process was when she said she would do something, whether it was a phone call, email etc... she did it and that kind of reliability has become increasingly rare these days. Sonia is a gem and I wouldnt give my business to anyone else!

I had a Great experience. Jim is a very knowledgeable advisor. He was able to draw a sketch in order to help me understand what the problem was in the engine. I will be back. I have been bringing my vehicles to Al Serra for over 25 years. Always had excellent service. Other dealers not so much.

This was our first service experience for the new Yukon. All of our prior experiences have been at Al Serras Chevrolet Service. This time with Jim, it was Well have it ready in 45 minutes. The wife and I were impressed getting into the vehicle easily within the quoted time! Long story - short: The service experience was great.

My sales advisor was Cruz Pettigrew and he was very attentive to my request with regards to the type of automobile I was looking to purchase.
