Horrible customer interaction!!!!!!😡So had a little accident here in the winter of 2016. I was using the car wash, that is owned and ran by the same person, and when I got done I raised the door ALL THE WAY so I could back out....Mind you it is the dead of winter so there is snow and wind. Anyways as I was backing out a huge gust of wind came through and the door fell and came down on my van’s roof. So of course the door was broke and my vehicle was damaged a little(it scratched the paint off a bit)... The owner comes to help me without me filling a report or anything saying “Don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it” at which point I thanked him very much and left...THE END RIGHT NO!! I come back a couple months later to do laundry and the owners there. I go about my business and he makes it a point to come over tap me and say “uhh good thing both doors are open so you can pull through just don’t hit the door haha”. Now ever time I am there and he is it’s the same thing making it a point to insalt me.Horrible customer Interaction!!!!😡
No employee wears a mask, as well as customers, so if your looking to be safe, dont go here...But, Clean, decent laundromat!
New owners def not as tidy as the ladies that used to work there. Fixed the downed machines. Wish they had the tv on..
I hated it, everything was out of order on the games some of the dryers , very nice people that work there but other than that . I will not go back.
Got my laundry clean same people in there as it was 15 years ago just higher price plan on paying $3.50 and up to wash your clothes and drying them another $3

2021-09-05Fair prices, but terrible management.One of the washers pushed most of my socks into the space BEHIND the rubber washer that seals the door. I pointed it out to the person working who had to call management in order to know what to do.Management said they would not pay for the load to be washed again in a different washer, get this, because the rest of the load was getting washed!!! ITS FOUR FREAKING DOLLARS!! $4.00.Lame.We will not be back.

2020-09-01Machines are almost always broke down not all of them ,I would say about 15 to 20 percent of them. Place is kept clean and bathroom is always clean . The personal there is awesome and very helpful. They also do your laundry for you on a drop off basis and do a really good job for you. Not sure what the charge is. If not for machines always breaking down I would give 4 and a half stars. They also have a nice childrens play area. Smoking is allowed but must be 50 feet away from building. They will also make change for you for the machines if you need it.

2021-07-24I hate laundry mats, but this was a pleasant stop. The place was clean, they gave us change and the dryers had a reasonable amount of time for the price.

2018-08-20Nice little laundromat I. A nice little town. Family owned and operated and the I just love the female owner, shes so sweet and helpful. The place is clean and so are the machines. We visit during our long summer stays in Indian river. Its a lot better than the one in petoskey on the bay.

2021-05-10DO NOT EVEN BOTHER STOPPING!!! Half of the machines are always out of order. The coin dispenser dose not work and the new owners could care less.

2021-03-04This place has really taken a turn for the worst! Must be new owners or management. The machines are getting nasty and the staff is very unfriendly and dont seem to speak much English. I will not be back. And to think this use to be my favorite laundromat.

2017-07-07Good laundromat. Clean, vending machines for soap and dryer sheets, play area for little kids, very clean bathroom. Its $3.50 for all loads up to 20 lb., $3.75 for 25 lb, and $4 for 30 lb capacity machines. Doesnt get 5 stars because washers take a combo of dollar coins and quarters. While they fo have dollar coins for purchase, the change machine only gives quarters. Little awkward there.

2016-07-20Clean, working, safe, friendly laundromats were thought to be a thing of the past. I travel the entire country for work and always use laundromats. This is the nicest one Ive come across, and probably ever will be.
