Bought a full size mattress for a great price. It was delivered and I was not happy with it. All sales are final, no returns. I went back in the morning and talked with them, assured them that I hadnt unpackaged, slept on or even touched the mattress since it was delivered and the home I moved to didnt have bed bugs. I was willing to add more money to get a better mattress. They worked with me when they didnt have to or were obligated to. I definitely appreciate it. Loving the newer mattress, its definitely worth the extra money. Will buy from again! 5 stars!
I have purchased several items from Alberts for the last several years and I have never had an issue. I have even bought things for my daughter and my parents, they love the items that I got for them! The whole family always goes out of their way to help and get you the best deal. I will continue to go back whenever I need more items (which will be very soon)! Thank you Alberts!

Came to Alberts due to all of the great reviews, and I was not disappointed. Kal was absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Made my sectional shopping 1000x easier. Ill definitely return when I need more furniture.

Nice place the owner was very friendly and helpfull even with my very Indecisive wife. We purchased our bed set and their truck was arriveing at my house for delivery b4 we even made it home needless to say im very content. Even threw in a sheet set and sum pillows i highly recommend shop local

Without a doubt this is the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had. It’s rare you get an experience where the employees actually seem to really care about what you’re looking for but this place is next level. I just wish every store had people as helpful as Ali and his coworkers! If you’re in the market for any furniture you won’t have a better experience than here!

My experience was awful. They told the movers the wrong time , the manager was in the background saying very rude things like it was my fault i guess he didnt think i could hear him & then the next day when they came back (an hour after they said they would be there) my items were wrong so they said they would take it back and bring the correct ones the next buisness day .. I called up there only to be told that the manager canceled my whole order . Id never go here again, ever . Unprofessional & Rude .

I wouldnt spend my money in here if they were giving away something! I went in for dinette set they were very dismissive of my presence and when he finally came to speak with me he was still very dismissive I wont be going back there

2022-02-19Great family-owned business! Amazing service, friendly and fast. I dont remember the guys name that helped me, he helped me pick out the right bed for me. Loaded it into my car as well. All around great experience. I would recommend shopping there for anyone who is looking for furniture.

2021-12-02My family and I have done business with Harry and his sons for years. Great family ran business. Very accommodating, fair pricing. When everyone else was had furniture on back order. Alberts was ready to sale from the floor to the door of your home. I love these guys. Hassle free and Honesty. Could not ask for more.

2022-04-02Very poor service there items are over priced .I paid for a kitchen set upon checking it out. It looked as if it was used already because it had food stuck into the table out linings. One week later it started peeling and breaking .I paid a lot of money over a $1000.00. They wouldnt repair or replace it . I paid a lot of money i was upset the guy called me out my name , screaming at me . Im the one should be upset hereI paid for furniture that fell apart not even a month later.I was told it was a real wood product that was a lie .All the money i spend I should have received what I thought i purchase. Stay away they will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and it will fall apart on you. there is nothing you can do but take them to court . CROOKS

2021-10-25Im really hurt me and my husband purchased 2 wooden bunk beds for our daughters 1 twin over twin and one twin over full. Our girls were so excited to receive their beds unfortunately they have been falling apart. These beds were delivered and assembled by alberts furniture. The top bunk has fallen through on one (which fell on my daughter) and both bottoms have fell in. Im just upset because we have to buy more beds now............UPDATEAli has offered to help us with getting new beds and we received excellent customer service. He was also apologetic for this factory problem with the beds.

2021-07-05Had a horrible experience. Bought stuff, paid for it. Waited for delivery for 3days on long weekend and they didn’t deliver.At last they called and said they cant honor their commitment for the sale made and cant deliver the items we purchased because store representative sold it for less.When we paid for it, the store representative double checked the price with the owner in-front of us and it was all good from the owner at that time. But suddenly the owner changed his mind and cancelled our order.This was so far the worst customer service we have experienced. Would not recommend this store and the store chain to anyone.

2020-12-02I had a delivery on yesterday December 1st from Alberts Eastpoint. Your delivery guys were outstanding! They were on time. They carefully brought in my lamps and tables. But what I was most impressed with was how professional, courtesy & respectful these young men were. Thank you and I really appreciated it.

2018-10-01I have been purchasing from Alberts Furniture for at least 5 years. I absolutely love this store and this family. Ive been a satisfied customer since the beginning. Even the independent delivery persons are kind and considerate. I even had a problem once, but, I was credited and I still have a store credit. I recommend Alberts Furniture to everyone.
