All About Animals Rescue in other cities:
Small waiting room and if you have an animal that barks or wants to see other animals its best if you wait in the car. Scheduled appointments are probably more of a recommended time. Had an appointment and waited 30 minutes which is alright except there were also 4 other people scheduled at the same time. Great for price and convenience if youre in the area but could definitely improve in atmosphere, lighting and utilizing its space.
Please take a look at Bellas review for this location as I consistently the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE with the SAME employee. Shes extremely aggressive and condescending and doesnt seem to actually care about animals. She should not be working with animals. Or humans. The Warren location is WAY better!
All About Animals is a blessing The staff care deeply about all animals in their care including feral. Prices & grants make it possible for individuals & families that are financially struggling be responsible pet owners. The Feral TnR has helped control the feral population in Michigan
They are excellent! Some people might post an unfair comment because their experience might have reflected their own attitude or their own care of their animal. Good veterinarians have more concern for the animals, than for people pleasing. It makes sense, people can take their issues to their own drs, but animals need someone who is tuned in to their health and safety concerns. All About Animals has provided outstanding service the animals I have rescued and fostered. Definitely a very clean and caring place to take your animals at a fair price. They care about animals.
All About Animals is a wonderful group that is dedicated to the wellbeing of local pets. Their prices for the healthcare of your animal is next to nothing compared to most vet clinics. I’ve always taken my pets here, and have had no issues. I’d recommend coming in at open or just after lunch, Ive found it’s the shortest wait time.
Im so happy this location opened! Although they dont deal with anything really serious, such as surgery, they have the most affordable prices on checkups, immunizations, medications, etc. If your pet needs something serious, they transport them daily to their Warren location. Neuter and spay your dogs and cats!!! They also have the lowest price on this!
They were really great. My cat did come back bleeding a bit but I took him right back and they did a great job checking him out to make sure that he was going to be okay. I have a feral cat n hes still pretty wild so I didnt think hed do good but they did super great with him! I definitely recommend them. The only reason Im give 4 stars and not 5 is because he was still bleeding a but when he came home.
These people are just amazing. They truly love animals, and they are so reasonable for shots or spay and neuter. True professionals who are running this non profit because they love animals. They are only open Thursday thru Saturday, but as they are mostly volunteers, it is a great trade off. So much cheaper than a vet and first rate.
I had my dog Hershey spayed with the help of Paws Project who did it through All About Animals. It is crazy how pricey it can be to get a spay or neuter done at other places. Being a Marine Corps Veteran who just got out from active duty service, this was a true blessing in disguise price wise to be able to get done for my dog. You guys did an amazing job with Hershey and shes healing perfectly. As a first time pet owner, it was really nerve wrecking leaving my fur baby overnight somewhere. But your caring and passionate staff reassured me numerous times about her being im safe hands. And being informed of her well being following her operation really helped settle the nerves once and for all. Overall I would 10/10 recommend you guys to anybody and utilize you myself again in the future! Thank you, and god bless
Great group of caring people and veterinarians. Helps out the pet owners that normally cant afford to pay or nueter their furry family. I want everyone to go in buy a ticket shirt to help support or donate. I have used their service for over 5 years and pleased with the results.
I am very particular when it comes to the care of my darling Yorkie. All she needed were her yearly shots. The staff at All About Animals were outstanding with the care and compassion even with the injections she needed which made me feel wonderful about taking her there again. Saving money is a big consideration but not the most important thing when it comes to my babys health care. I will return year after year. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Wonderful staff professional and were great with my two new rescue puppies, they were knowledgeable on help me set up and explained to me what was needed and what shots and heartworm pills were for. I FELT THE STAFF WAS Was welcoming and educated compare to most professional vet practices, I was not just a number, I live hour away but well worth drive to auburn hills. The vet techs were awesome. Thanks a bunch auburn hills location.
Great place in AUBURN HILLS to get your beloved car or dog fixed for a lower cost! You can also get your fur baby his or her shots, & they nails clipped for a lower cost then any other bet or animal hospital would! I recently took my Daschund there to get what he needed. You also get a exam by caring Doctors & nurses there! 🐶🐱🐶
Yes All about Animals is a very nice place if your animal is sick or needs it reagular vaccinations. Plus ask for the girl who is usuallt working at the front desk just in case she isent there her name is Jessica she will tell you everything that you need to know. Because i know her mother plus they interduced me to my new animal who i got through Tammy who is the mother of Jessica who interduced me to the Women who i got my new pet Presus. So that is why i would recomed All About Animals to any.
Very nice people... Very good prices. My one and only complaint would be that its not first come first serve. U have to fill out a paper when u get there and who ever fills it out first gets seen first. I dont think that system is very fair just because there are a lot of people who get there first but can not write or read as fast as other people. So once they do finish there paper they were filling out even though they were first and say 5 other people filled out their paper before them they have to wait after all 5 of those other people. My suggestion to fix that is do first come first serve and when u go back to be seen and they put u in a room to wait for the vet to come in finish filling out ur paper there. And just have a regular sign in sheet at the front desk to know who was there 1St and what name to call.
I cannot Thank all of the WONDERFUL STAFF@ ALL ABOUT ANIMALS for the care needed for my Min Pin w/ his Dental. He is feeling so much better, able to drink water, eat his DRY food again, and is HAPPY :) As am I, just knowing he feels no more pain, can taste his food again. This is by far, the MOST COMPASSIONIANT CARE we have ever had. I would had never known he was away from home, he was that comfortable, well cared for. Thank you again !! AAA+++ 5**** Highly Recommend
I called to set an appointment to get my cat fix, the lady there only took my number and said to be there on Monday morning at 8am. I get there and the place was closed! I never received a phone call saying it was cancelled. I called and left a voicemail TWICE and no one has called me back yet!!! Im extremely disappointed on the lack of communication with this place.
Personal opinions and assumptions from the staff towards clients should be kept to oneself, especially rude opinions and invalid assumptions. We gave 3 stars because the Vet & her Assistant know what their job duties are and carried them out accordingly. As for the rest of the staff that was attempting to assist us, appeared scattered and unorganized. We have been repeat clients at the Warren AAA, but the Auburn Road facility is the complete opposite and lacking professionalism. In order to obtain a repeat clientele, the Auburn Road facility should step it up a notch. But thats just our opinion.
Love the people who work/volunteer here!!!! The services are affordable basic vet care... without all the extras.. $$$... Spay and neuter, flea heartworm, tick control. Nail trimming, shots like Depo, parvo, rabies, Etc...They are a rescue- Veterinary Clinic.Training classes available for trap and release of stray cats...They have a handful of locations each offering more or less of these services.Auburn Hills location is my favorite, but its tiny and busy.... Warren is a larger facility and I believe the main hub...please check them out! and PLEASE DONATE! please please please give from your heart, they can use anything you can spare, they do SO MUCH good work for animals in all the communities of Southeastern Michigan.....
All about animals was awesome place to take my cat to get spayed and get a few shots also the prices were so good I have allowed my cat to have two litters of kittens but after that I knew I had to get her spayed so I took her to all about animals and they hooked me up I would recommend it to anyone who needs care for their pet.
I took my little mia shes a chihuahua and i went and took her to get her fixed they where very good with her and was careful with her they did amazing work and she healed very good they done everything right and told me she was a good girl and everything went great so i recommend people going here instead of paying a bunch of money they do great work and im also taking my other chihuahua there to get fixed soon also so im glade knowing that my animals are in great care and get handled very good.
I took my sons cat to be fixed the surgery went fine but when we got him home he was missing 4 claws his paws were covered in blood and when I called to what had happen they just told me he freaked out when putting in carrier my cat has never done that so I am not sure what happened but I will not take any other pet to them

2022-05-07We did the vaccination event in Waterford Oaks today 5/7/22. It was a great experience! They were wonderful with all 3 of my cats. The wait wasn’t too long, and prices were amazing! $90 total to get all three cats vaxxed, and 1 microchipped. Canyon and Sue were so friendly and explained everything great. Will be going every year and taking my cats to the auburn hills location for their boosters. You guys were great!

2022-02-27This place has got to be the worst location of all about animals. They not only clipped my dogs nail while trimming it’s nails but cut him 3 times!!! Now my dog is limping & not his normal self. Along with my big dog, showered him the next day & he’s bleeding from his nails. This has got the worst vet ever.

2020-08-28All about animals is by far the best pet clinic I have interacted with.I am so grateful to the entire staff and some volunteers who give their own time to help so many animals in desperate need. All about animals is by far the most welcoming, caring medical / Veterinary community. It is clear how much compassion all of the staff and volunteers have for these animals. All about animals has a somewhat small staff, so it is important they go above and beyond to ensure that all of their animals are taken care of.This is a prime example of why this Veterinary clinic is so amazing.I would also like to recognize the following professional, personable and kind employees from the different All About Animals locations.A special thank you to Dev, the Veterinary technician in the Auburn Hills clinic. Dev went over and above helping me with a severely wounded feral kitty who desperately needed antibiotics.Vicky, an outstanding receptionist, with the Auburn Hills location.Jennifer, a receptionist who went over and beyond to help with at the Warren, Mi location. Also, Alex their outstanding Vet Technician.Thank you so much to everyone in the Flint area location for your kindness, care, and professionalism.Special most appreciated thank you to Courtney, the most amazing Vet Technician in the Flint, Mi location. Courtney could not have been more helpful, kind, and patient with me. This was one year ago when we brought in 3 four month old very ill kitties to their clinic. She let me know, very kindly, that the male had a heart murmur. as well as how to approach the special care for him. She patiently answered my questions for aftercare when I called several times after leaving the Flint clinic. As I needed to take care of them before I returned to Chicago.Lastly, a special thankful to an amazing Veterinarian, Dr.Charles Reed in the Flint, Mi location. He was thorough and kind treating our young female kitty with severe conjunctivitis.Lastly, I need to also thank Dr. Wendy Keilholtz, a very sympathetic Veterinarian who prescribed the most needed antibiotics for a severely ill feral kitty.Thank you to everyone that I might have failed to mention. as every single person who works and volunteers at all the All About Animals are extremely important. A warm and gracious thank you to each and everyone.Mari De

2018-04-25I love their walk-in hours, it makes it very convenient for me to get my dog up to date on his vaccinations or looked at if hes not feeling well. The staff here is wonderful, and prices are great. $15 or so for each visit or vaccination. My dog loves it here which I guess is unusual for a vets office!! I will continue to return!

2020-09-17I HIGHLY suggest that those in charge of this Auburn Hills location have a discussion with their employees about the way their employees communicate and interact with their customers. One female employee in particular, the one with the pixie cut short blonde hair, she was wearing sweat pants, a zip-up hoodie and moccasins today. She was very rude, dismissive, would NOT allow me to speak, and was very passive aggressive. She spoke WAY too fast, to the point that I could not understand a word she said and refused to slow down when I asked her to. She blamed it on the fact that they are “super busy”, and told me they have many other customers to tend to, as if I am not also a paying customer. I was belittled, and made to feel at fault for not scheduling an appointment, EVEN THOUGH I initially intended on and tried scheduling an appointment before hand. Last week, I called multiple times, explained my situation and reasoning for my pets visit, and asked multiple times if I could schedule an appointment. I was refused an appointment and was told every time, just to show up when they are open again, which I knew was incorrect instructions, hence the reason I called multiple times. When explaining this to that lady, I was cut off ONCE AGAIN, and told that was incorrect and untrue. Bottom line, that lady was very rude, and needs to be corrected. Anytime I tried to speak, even when I tried answering questions that she asked me, I was cut off every single time. Every time, she cut me off saying, “I’M GONNA CUT YOU OFF, I’M GONNA CUT YOU OFF, I’M GONNA CUT YOU OFF”. Kept cutting me off, talking over me, until I shut up and let her say her piece. She was very argumentative and was making everything more difficult by trying to argue about every little thing. What happened to them being in a rush? Extremely rude, and quite frankly annoying! After all that unnecessary behavior and treatment, I never did get the help I need for my pets. They had a mix up of medications, due to their lack of information gathering, and she tried blaming it on us. If she would have given me a chance to speak and explain what I needed, they would have been able to provide me the service I needed. She took ZERO responsibility. She had no clue what she was doing, was rushing way too fast, didn’t attempt to slow down when I asked, so that I could keep up, did not take the time to work with me, treated me as an annoyance that she was trying to just shove out the way, and at the end of it all, I drove away having wasted 2 hours of my life.I have always been a big fan of this vet, and the staff have always been kind, respectful and helpful, until today! I will not be returning until this issue is fixed, and the employee learns to behave and learns how to treat their customers properly.

2020-06-08Never could hate this place. Very friendly vets and helpers. Very popular place, thats why there is a wait time. No worries, you pay way less for immunizations and flea protection. Sometimes hard to wait till they are open when your pet needs help right away.
