Comment: Great storage facility!. one of the only storage places that didnt price gouge during covid.. they had the best price during covid compared to all others who raised their prices. That was the reason I left my last unit and moved to this one.. Great place to conduct your business, no problems what so ever. I will definitely be back when I need storage. Thanks Michael

Comment: I used this storage place for 1 year. Ive rented multiple storage units in places like San Diego and Los Angles but All About Storage in Temecula has been the best one. The staff is always friendly and eager to help, they are very accommodating and it was very convenient getting to my stuff, spending time there organizing or moving stuff around.

Comment: I called for U-Haul truck and had a lot questions and a complicated situation . Michael was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with listening to my concerns and trying to find something to work for us! He deserves a raise! Comment: Michael and his team are great! Excellent customer service and they are very personable. I called in for a question over a year after moving into our unit and Michael remembered who I was. Something so small made a huge difference to me and made me feel great that we supported a business who actually cares about people. The pricing is reasonable which was good because we felt like so many other places in the area were charging way too much for a small unit. Would certainly recommend this business to anyone in the Temecula/Murrieta area.

Comment: Was looking for storage and called for a 33ft trailer and told me there was no room. I wanted to know a price so that if later on I could bring it to them, unfortunately whoever picked up my call pretty much ignored what I said and told me “Good luck and bye bye.” So much for a friendly staff.

Comment: These guys rock! We used them for a parking space for a Ryder truck for a work event. I was coming from San Diego and hitting major traffic (making me arrive after office hours), and I was afraid after all that time getting up there that I wouldnt have anywhere to put the truck. Michael (amazing) went out of his way to wait for my arrival and get me checked in quickly and efficiently. The office and grounds are impeccable, and the property is double-gated. As a single female dropping the truck off after dark in an unfamiliar neighborhood, I felt very safe. The parking spaces were large and grounds are spacious (unlike some other facilities) making maneuvering the truck a piece of cake. Thanks for the terrific service! Highly recommend!

Comment: We were referred to All About Storage from a friend who uses them. Michael and his team were so incredibly helpful. They were able to rent us a unit in their facility at a much more affordable rate than we were previously paying. As well as, helping us with reserving and renting a U-Haul to move our belongings. Our experience with All About Storage has been a blessing and a very positive experience.
