Comment: These guys are absolutely the best! I rented an insulation blower machine for the first time in my life, and Angel was super helpful every step of the way. The machine was in great condition, delivered ahead of time and worked great. The pricing was clear, and anytime I had questions, Angel was there to answer them. I ended up keeping the machine much longer than expected, asking Angel every time, and he made it all work. It is my pleasure to give All Star Rents my highest recommendation!

Comment: Well, we rented a gas chainsaw to cut down an old elm tree whose roots are breaking up our patio slab. The first chain jumped off the sprocket. So did the second one. Back to the store.....it would not stay running. The fourth ones bar/chain was tooo short and the fifth quit cutting....dull ???Took it back n gave up....never did finish the job....

Comment: I like All Star specially because they are right in town, their equipment is well maintain and customer service is awesome, the only thing that keeps them from getting a 5 star from me is their prices, they are 10%, 15% and in some cases 20% more expensive then other equipment rental stores such as The Home Depot and Hertz

Comment: They totally respected the safe distance with me. Loaded the rototiller and demonstrated it for me. They gave me the 4 hour rent on a Saturday before closing with a return day of Monday morning. That gave me all day to play on Sunday. I tore up that back yard. (Get the monster rototiller, it is actually easier on the body than my personal tiller which needs repair). When this virus scare is over, I intend see the other stuff they rent.

Comment: Their phone service has gotten better but they NEED TO extend their weekday business hours!! Anyone who works an 8-5 job gets off work right when they close! What use is that? And they need SUNDAY HOURS too because how am i supposed to do a 2 day rental without having to RETURN it on MONDAY when i GOTTA GO TO WORK. So yeah their hours SUCK.
