Comment: All star super storage is the cleanest and secure facility that I have seen in Hemet, there staff is very friendly and do their best to help you, Ray is a worker there and he always would stop and say hello, I am recovering from back surgery and he would make sure that I was OK and would help me with heavy things when I was struggling, I would recommend All Star to all my friends and family, great place!!!

The property is especially secure and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful when I needed to downsize one of my storage units. They prorated me the cost so I could save money. They loaned me a cart to help me move my Boxes and containers and Ray was available and helpful with making sure that our new storage unit was opened and ready. Their location is convenient so we don’t have to spend a lot of extra time traveling just to obtain items in our units. My wife and I would definitely recommend them and use them for any of our future storage needs. And Ray, I enjoyed our conversation !

Joyce is always friendly and helpful, Andrew provides great support for the team, and Ray checks in when he sees me working at my unit, and always offers me a cold bottle of water. Not only is this the cleanest, and most convenient storage facility I’ve ever used, it is also the most reasonable. Great value and a fantastic staff!! He is a very friendly, hard-working guy who is a very responsible and safe driver usually being the fact that I am a moving company we use our own trucks and never have anybody outside of the company, drive a truck for us, so this was a very great experience. Mr. Ray was a very trustworthy man I would have him drive my trucks anytime guaranteed to keep your stuff safe and sound as he drives it to their facility.

Comment: Great storage place. Friendly staff, good access hours and security. Each room has its own alarm thats soperated by your gate code. And Ray, their maintance man is not only friendly, but also keeps an eye out for you making sure you dont get hurt lifting heavy items by offering assistance when needed. This is my 3rd time renting with them, and i dont even look else where. They have boxes and packing supplies available too.

Comment: I have recieved nothing less than great service each and every time I go into this office. Michelle Manfredi is usually the one to is attending to me. She is the reason I am writing this review, I just have to express my gratitude for the service she has provided. I am always greeted and offered water which makes me feel welcomed even if I do have to wait in line. This is the first time our family tries this storage place. We usually go to other places who say I get a month free but I end up actually paying the same, or more, as if I would have paid for the second month up front. This place is up front with the prices and you actually save money in my opinion. I was also offered a who moving truck. This was no regular truck it was a U-haul style which caught me off guard and basically saved me more money by that alone. I had to cancel my pick up for a truck at the actual uhaul in town lol. I really love this place and from my own experience with them I feel I wont be going to any other place if I need storage in the future. The service speaks for itself and the truck is such a life saver. I am recommending this place to anyone I know that needs a storage place and I recommend this place to you, the person reading reviews wanting to find the pros and cons or just wanting to see what people say. I am also skeptical when it comes to trying new places but this time Im glad I did because it is my new go to place.

So glad I didnt go to another facility as I searched Google. In a time where positive customer experiences are more valuable to a business than it has ever been, this team has it figured out. Comment: In June, we needed to find a self storage facility in Hemet, as we were moving to a smaller place. I have never rented a storage unit but my wife has so she read all of the reviews for the nearby places & we chose All Star Super Storage. Signing up was super easy and the manager was so friendly and helpful when we went to pick up the keys.On the day we moved in, my dad fell off the back of our U-Haul truck and cut open his head. The workers in the office helped us out and made sure the ambulance got to us on the property. Ray, one of the workers, kept coming to check on us, bringing us all waters, checking on my dad who was getting a ride home. He helped make a stressful time a little easier and I appreciate him for that!We will definitely recommend All Star Super Storage to all of our friends in the area!

His customer service is excellent so when I found out he now works at this storage place I decided to change storage places. This place looks very clean and secure. Also having Josh here is a plus, Im excited to see how they treat there customers here and now my storage is closer to home.

Comment: This place s the best! I love JoyceI had some problems with my lock, but your fabulous team checked my ID (even though they know me) and not only fixed my lock problem but brought me some water and stayed to be sure I didnt have any further problems!! Salvador was great!!

Sal gave me a great deal and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. My favorite part of their service is the complimentary moving truck, this was a life saver for me! Comment: I cant say enough about All Star Super Storage. I am making a big move and they made it very easy. Best customer service I have experienced. Very clean units. Cleanest I have seen. The only storage I have ever seen with an alarm in each unit. If you need a storage All Storage Super Storage is the best. They deserve five stars!!

Comment: The guys here at All Star are absolute professionals. From the start they got me a great deal on a unit and worked quickly to meet my needs. The fact that they have a free truck to move my belongings in is quite convenient. The driver is completely outgoing and helpful. He helped load my stuff into the truck with complete care. Joyce the office manager was ever welcoming and made my storage rental experience an easy process for me as a senior handicap. They gave me a free truck rental and was on time. Comment: This is the best storage place I have ever used. Each unit is individually alarmed. People in office are friendly and informative. Loved the use of the truck when we first moved in. Well worth it considering the last unit I had at a different place in town was robbed twice by people in after hours who were let out by the people on watch with our belongings. Place is always neat and clean.

Comment: I visited 5 separate facilities and they could not accommodate my special situation. I have a 28’ trailer that needed to be dropped for 24 hours...and needed a 10x20 unit...they accommodated my every need, and the pricing is so much better than any of the others...the facility is clean, safe, and every unit is under constant security. Ray and the rest of the staff are welcoming and friendly as well as fully helpful. Great place to store your life!

Comment: The All Star staff have been fantastic at taking care of our every need in storing our personal belongings!! Comment: This is the best storage place I have EVER been to. Everyone has been super friendly and beyond helpful. The gentleman which drove the truck for us today, Israel, was friendly and outgoing. When he took the truck back for us to unload he even went so far as to ask if we needed any water or Gatorade to drink! The facility is clean and well cared for. Comment: This place is amazing! My husband I used to store here a while ago and ended up moving out because we no longer needed the extra space. We came back in last week or so and spoke with Hailey to figure out a short term storage solution to get us through our escrows not coordinating. She was so helpful in assisting us to determine the size we would need and telling us all about their truck we could use for moving in. Luckily for us, our escrows ended up coordinating beautifully and we ended up not renting the space but we will return if we ever need a storage space in the future and we will definitely be sending friends and family over to All Star!

Comment: Top quality buildings here to store your stuff and great security. Price was a bit higher but I found out that the staff here really reaches out and works with you if you have any concerns. They helped me protect my furniture from dirt and dust communicate with me in upcoming payments via mail, email so its nice to get reminders. Been with them for a half a year now, and I feel better knowing my stuff is sound and safe, and wonderful people to deal with.

Comment: We decided on this storage facility based on the safety features and cleanliness of the facility. When we first went we had our names put on a waiting list but after not hearing from anyone for approx 2 months I called back only to hear we were not on any waiting list. I was less than pleased but fortunately there a unit available that fit our needs even though the prices had now gone up. The woman I spoke to was knowledgeable and polite and helped me to get what I needed including the free truck move in for the following Saturday.I later learned that I was on the waiting list but automatically dropped by the system which is something they are working to fix, so not human error which was good to hear :).

Comment: All Star Storage in Hemet is an impeccably clean facility. The staff is courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. Access to my unit is easy and I have felt secure in knowing my personal effects were safe from both weather and theft. Their alarm system is first rate. Pricing is competitive with other facilities in the area, but when you factor in the security and cleanliness I get more than I bargained for. Kudos to management and staff for a job well done. Best facility I have ever used.
