Honest, reliable, fast and affordable. These guys worked at a larger shop years ago, but decided it was better for their customers to transition to a smaller shop (still extremely busy) in order to provide the best service. I have met many mechanics in the metro Detroit area, and so far these guys at Allen Park Car Care are my favorite. They work on all makes and models, and I trust them with my antique european cars.

I am so thankful to the Lord for these mechanics. Everyone wants their place to take there vehicle to and I have definitely found mine. Repairs are low cost and performed quickly and correctly. The Owner and staff are profecient, kind and knowledgeable. If you are looking around and in a bind you wont find a better repair shop.
Called last week about getting my Fusion Suspension done and the quote was fast and incredibly reasonable. Called today hoping to schedule a time to bring it in, and not only did they get me in this morning, they had it done in just a few hours! My drive home was the smoothest Ive had in months! Definitely bringing any future vehicles to them whenever I need help!
Great guys. Only thing is that they are so busy n certain parts are back logged n so it takes forever to get the vehicles back to customers, unless you accept junk yard parts. Then you may get the vehicle a little sooner.
Very friendly, honest and reasonable priced, good results from their work. would not hesitate to go back and to recommend them to family and friends. took my 2003 Honda in for making funny noise and they checked hoses, belts, etc. ended up being minor repair. did not over price the bill, grateful to have them so close.

Their prices are very fair but what impressed me most was the service. These guys will shoot you straight rather than try to rip you off. I havent had such an honest experience with a mechanic in my life. Everyone was super friendly, they even offered me a complimentary ride home while they worked on my vehicle!This is the place I will recommend to anyone needing work done!
Al and his crew were, once again, timely and professional. I dropped off my SUV at 8 a.m. for a check engine light/fuel injector repair and had my vehicle back in working order by 5 p.m., and didn’t “break the bank” in the process!
Al is awesome !!! They are so quick and friendly at allen Park car care. I brought my Ford Escape in at 8 am on a Friday and got everything I needed fixed and ready by 4pm the same day!! Al was so kind and attentive and called to make sure everything was what I needed and expected to pay. Communication was outstanding. Good prices and great environment! Will go back if I ever need anything in the future for sure !! Amazing service!
Al and his team are awesome! Came in for some repair work and they were quick and so personable. They saved me $300 from what a chain repair shop quoted me. Totally will use them in the future!

The owner is very polite and so is his workers. he gives you the price for the job right away,and when he is working on your vehicle if he finds anything else wrong with it, he informs you right away.and tells you if you need other parts. he is very very honest. i have had him work on 2 of my vehicles already and i am very pleased at the work done along with the very low prices he charges. i need a transmission put in my truck now and he gave me a very great price for the whole job including the transmission itself. the price is $1350.00. for a four wheel drive truck. now beat that deal im getting it done in march 2019.

One if most nerve wracking and anxious decision you can make in life is taking your car to a mechanic, because you hear horror stories. With Al and both Chriss as mechanics that lead the shop, theyre the most honest and trustworthy men Ive met. They search for parts in front of you and put the price plus labor so you never get screwed .I recommend them to anyone.
Al and his team is always super helpful and gets the job done right. I have trusted him with my cars since I was a teen and will bring my daughters car when she hits the road.

I recommend this place 100%. This business is under new management now and not affiliated with the previous business (there were some pretty nasty reviews for them). I followed the new owner here from his old shop; he has always taken good care of me and he always goes that extra mile to make sure Im satisfied.I was NOT paid for this review. Lol But if hes willing to throw in a free tune-up or tire rotation for doing this, Ill take it!!!

All the owner is very professional. He found the problem on my Jeep, and didnt gouge me on price. He is my mechanic. Must take vehicle in early by 7:00 am.

2022-02-06This is the best mechanic Ive ever been to. They really helps me out on multiple occasions, they kept me informed when the parts my car needed was available and when theyll be able to install them. And one time when I said I was unable to leave my car for long periods of time, they gave me a day and time to bring it in so they can try get everything done within one day on my day off. I highly recommend the shop.

2022-06-07Alan was busy but took great care of me. I needed brake pads and routers on all 4 tires I thought. Was expecting to pay 900+ but he told me my front tires were fine and only replaced the parts necessary even though I wouldn’t have known either way. I walked out pay $370 and happy.

2021-12-04Al and Allen Park Car Care are seriously the best, most qualified, honest mechanics around and I have lived in many states and have had many mechanics over the years. He is extremely honest and does amazing work. Ive referred many friends over the years and their experiences have all been the same. Al is simply the best. Highly recommended. Oh lets not forget that his prices are also well below any competitors around that Ive found.

2021-12-14Al is a very professional and thorough mechanic! I’ve had electrical issues with a 2014 Fusion and after multiple mechanics and shops Al and his guys found the problem and the cost was very reasonable! I’ve been to other shops in the area and i will be recommending him to others! With great service tho, he always has a full lot, so it make take some more time than preferred, but once they work on your car, they invest time into it and actually fix the issue (at a completely fair price!)

2021-11-08Great service! Chris was able to explain what was wrong with my car and got it fixed in a few days. I had to bring it back for another problem that they found and I’m not sure the other mechanics name but they quickly fixed it and now my car sounds brand new and drives way better! They are nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will also be bringing back my car for future problems!

2021-03-06These guys are great. Ill definitely bring my car back here in the future for any major repairs I need. They were able to repair a part I needed rather than having to take the multiple extra days and massive cost increase to replace the part altogether and now the car feels better than it has in a long time.
