There was no cars in the bays and 3 people standing around.nobody worked on another car while I was there and it took them 2.5 hours to patch my tire and then they wanted 35 bucks for it.The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it wouldnt except 0 stars. If this was the last tire place in California I would have my car towed to a different state.

On one occasion we took our vehicle to get the tires rotated & balanced. We bought the package that costs $79.99 from another store located in Hawthorne. The vehicle is registered in Inglewood, & he kept asking why I brought the vehicle all the way to Downey if I lived in Inglewood. I thought, WHY DOES IT MATTER? I didnt want to sound rude, so I stated I worked in Paramount, & it was close by. He insisted though... This place either needs to train him on how to treat customers or just hire another manager. I will definitely be contacting corporate regarding this, & other matters involving him.

Comment: Fast service and good prices for tires. Dan is a very personable guy. He told me the work would take about an hour. I brought in the car around 10 AM and was driving out a little past 11. Happy with my new Cooper tires and I highly recommend the Allen Tires ship in Downey.

Comment: I came here like I do always to get my car serviced. Today, I came because of a screw in my tire. They were honest, the screw was pretty big, they told me it may not be fixable. Well, thank goodness the tire was fixable and they didnt charge me a penny. Thank you for this blessing. Its always very comforting to receive such a great service. Thank you.

Comment: Just stopped in here because I ran over a nail and got a flat. Came in, they had it fixed in less than 30 minutes (went and grabbed a snack down the block so it may have been even less than that). Then the real kicker. Dan, the store manager tells me you are all set. I ask how much I owe him for patching up my tire. He repeats, you are all set. No charge. I wasnt expecting this and was actually confused. Id never been there before, I wasnt some loyal customer. Anyway, long story short, great experience with this company.

They said they could not get it it’s obsolete the guy as not willing to help (I knew the tire is rare and hard to find but still manufactured). I called the Lakewood store and the guy said that he can get 6 of that tire the next day, I would suggest going to the Lakewood store they are much more helpful.

Comment: Great experience. Manager Dan Pignatore very accommodating. Employees very hard working. Had a slow leak from nail in tire and needed to get it repaired during working hrs. Difficult to find someplace to get tire repaired working 12 hr shifts. Thanks for squeezing me in on my lunch break.

Comment: Jorge went out his way to make my problem his problem to solve. Had an emergency trip the following day Tires were in no condition to drive 6 hours away. Not only did he get two tires from the other shop he also outsourced two more from somewhere else. They had me in and out in about 3 hours. Everywhere else I had called they told me good luck! I couldnt be more grateful...This was beyond customer service! Made lifelong customer now!

I know other places would’ve tried to sell me on getting my other tires replaced, but they knew that I didn’t have to right away. Comment: Good service, they work fast. The problem is that they charge you everything. Other places Ive visited sell you the tires and installation is free or at low cost, with these guys it is expensive, they also try to sell things you dont need, my car is 4 years old and it wears the tires evenly but this guys said that the car needed alignment so bad (of course they want those $99 so bad)

Thus, I decided to take advantage of any and all services they offer. Service was impeccable! george also helped me out and was just as great. They are not just a tire shop. They do lifts too. The techs made sure everthing was dialed in.
