Comment: I called AAA because my car was overheating and I was in Victorville.When tow truck driver arrived, he was very friendly and helpful.I had another friend with me who had a car, so I didn’t need a ride myself, just needed my car towed to the house.He told me that I didn’t have to wait, that he would put the car on the tow truck and meet me at the house in approximately 45 minutes, and true to his word, he did.Definitely give him a thumbs up for his courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness.Thanks again!

Comment: My son had a flat tire, unfortunately the flat was in the rear. And, the tow truck that came wasn’t the right one. And because it was a Sunday and extremely busy we couldn’t get the “flat bed” tow truck.l that we needed. So Daniel the technician did his very best to make it work and get my son’s car to the shop! I was so very grateful for him for going out his way in the heat and all. Thank you Daniel! 🙏🏼

He was professional, polite, super helpful and went above and beyond to help with my bags as I was traveling home from a business trip and broke down in Riverside! He was careful with my vehicle, conscientious about the environment of the cab throughout the ride to the dealership service center in San Diego and dropped me off safely at home.

Comment: I called tripleAAA for a tow Friday June 21 2024@6am and I suppose the first company didnt want to tow my car from Adelanto Ca to Sun Valley Ca. Then I got the call from Allied towing I was greeted with the nicest lady and Im sorry I dont remember her name and she was so welcoming and pleasant. She said she was sending a service technician from San Bernardino, I asked did she think he would get here by 8:30am because I had an appointmentshe assured me he would. Daniel appeared about 8:10am with a smile and asked what was wrong and I said it needs a motor.He hooked that car up so fast I couldnt believe he was finished. It so nice to deal with professional kind and happy people and I was on my way to my appointment at 8:22am.Thank you soAllied towing.

Comment: I had some front suspension problems while off-roading in Dry Lake, so I called AAA, and they sent a company to help. The driver, Edwin, did a fantastic job! He carefully loaded my G-Wagon onto the tow truck and allowed my wife and me to sit in the front with him. During the over one-hour drive, there was no loud music play or picking up phone calls. This guy Edwin🥇👏definitely deserves a 5-star review! 👍

Comment: My husband and his friends were stuck at a gas station off of the freeway in California. His friends came from out of the country, my husband and I do not live in California and it was the middle of the night our truck stopped working. Allied Towing gave us a call after having trouble finding a tow. The dispatcher was AWESOME ensured me that nobody was going to be stranded that night. He got us a tow and driver within 20 minutes of speaking to him and giving him our destination address. The driver was so amazing to our friends (who don’t speak great of English being from the Czech Republic visiting America for the first time). We all got home safe and our truck was taken care of!! We are so thankful for Allied giving us peace of mind and helping us out. NEVER have I recommended a tow company but I always will for Allied. Best experience we’ve ever had with a tow company and we are so lucky!

Comment: I call AAA for towing service and with a timely response I was contacted by Allied Heavy Duty Towing, the person who I spoke to was very friendly and answered all my concerns. Even though I was given a 2 hour window with in 30 minutes I received a call from the towing company saying that the tow truck will be there within 15 to 20 minutes. The tow truck arrived and llias was very nice! We couldn’t find the keys to my car somehow I missed placed the keys. llias said no problem don’t worry! Even though it was more work for him to load and unload the car he was very friendly and knew exactly what to do! For being stressed out about the whole process they made the whole process very easy. I will highly recommend this company .

Comment: Right after calling AAA I received a phone call within 10 minutes from Allied Trucking Company asking about my Tow. The guy on the phone was very professional and understanding. He asked what was the reason for my tow today. I told him my brakes were really low and didn’t feel comfortable driving my car down to the auto mechanic shop. He understood the situation and told me that my driver would be out within in 10-15 minutes. I’m thinking to myself…10-15 minutes that’s quick..most drivers usually come in 30-45 or an hour from the time you called for a tow. So that’s what I was expecting. Well, I was wrong…I herd his truck coming down my street within time frame…I was definitely shocked..I was not expecting them to stand on that time frame. My driver Julio gets out and greets me and immediately confirms my drop location and drives my car up to the his flatbed truck. He got right to business. Very professional…good guy.He definitely knew what he was doing when it came to hooking the car up and putting all the belts on each tire making sure each tire was tight and secured. I like that! I’m definitely one of those better get this right the first time people lol. But, Julio didn’t disappoint. He told me he will text me to let me know that my car was dropped off safely to my auto mechanic shop.. which he did…and of course I had to double check and yeah it was there. I gotta say this company was the best tow company I’ve had so far; towing my car safely and staying professional all the way through hands down. I’ve never had any tow company arrive on time and meant it. Allied Trucking please stay like this don’t ever say something and don’t mean it. We customs like honesty and honesty goes along way. The person I spoke with on dispatch was very helpful and understanding. Provide reassurance and had a tow truck within 15 min to where I was. Daniel (tow truck driver) knew his stuff when he arrived.Got the vehicle latched. Unlocked it so I can remove valuables from the vehicle and even sent a text message to let me know vehicle got delivered.(I had asked for a confirmation of delivery of the vehicle at hertz to make sure hertz didnt go about saying vehicle was never dropped off).The team at allied was hands down one of the best I have dealt with. They even do an inspection of the vehicle to make sure theres no damage on it or done by them.Really hard these days to find contractors with AAA who are very honest and do amazing work

He got to my location quickly, took great care when pulling my car up on the bed of the truck, double checked all the tie downs then opened the truck door for me to get in. Very personable and polite young man and seemed quite knowledgeable about cars. Great service!

Comment: On Thursday 11.16.2023, I had a blowout on I-210N (Greenspot exit, Highland, CA). After calling AAA, Allied Towing was dispatched. The Tow Truck Driver, Santiago, came out right away and for my own safety gave specific instructions on how he would assess the need, tow my truck, drive it off the freeway and into the Lowe’s parking to complete all safety precautions.He was fast, very cautious, professional and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation.I highly recommend this tow company and their staff. The best part, after my initial call was dispatched someone from Allied called me to ascertain the predicament I was in, assure I was in a safe location and gave me the name of the tow driver dispatched, the ETA and that call did give me a sense of confidence help was on its way!Mercy Segura
