Allstate Home Leisure were so helpful during the whole process of buying and setting up a pool from start to finish. They continued to help us trouble shoot throughout the season. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get a pool.

We been coming to all state home leisure around 2 3 years you have very nice people working there evening the young lady working there you always help me out what I need to open my.pool we bought our pool from here and our filter now are pool is working great and always clear when we bought the filter from here and Greg the sales associate was very nice and help out with everything that I need great place to come get your water tested and get what you need for your pool other places tell you.that you need this to open your pool than you go back to many times to find out what is wrong with the water why is it cloudy so I came to locate and they solve my issue and now I have a new pool.and filter and clear water to thanks for doing a great job keep it up and I keep going there for now on they help you out all the time no one has to wait walk in and walk out thanks
Last year was our first season with our pool and permasalt system. The team at All-State Home Leisure were great, they explained everything well and were there to answer any questions that came up once it was installed. They did a great job explaining what is needed for reopen this season.
Bought a hot tub here last year - the guys have been great! Great service, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful. Always available for answering questions and helping out. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Brendan was a great help with our purchase of a new pool filtration system. We bought our pool from All-State 8 years ago, and its still going strong!
Great Customer Service. We bought a Sauna and the Delivery persons Rick and Eli were very Professional and Did a Great Job putting it together with Care
I really enjoyed this store and the sales personal out of the Sterling Heights location. However when it comes to their service and repair center out of Livonia, it was a huge letdown and can’t help but feel they were just trying to rip me off by gouging their prices and labor time. Just 5.5 years (just outside of our warranty) we had first issue with water loss out of our hot tub. So we placed a $95 dollar service call with Allstate Leisure, same place where we purchased our tub from. Diagnoses was a leaky pump and that I would receive a call within 24hrs about replacement. Well when I received that voicemail I learned the pump was about $760 dollars and 2hrs of labor, making the grand total just a around $1060 dollars for my repair. I was shocked by the price and decided to do my own research, starting with the part number of my broken pump to see what I could find online. I found the identical pump made by the same manufacture (LX pump) online from several sites and end of paying $325 dollars plus $10 dollars for shipping. So when Allstate followed up the next day with a call saying the pump was in stock and they could get someone out, I simply said it’s absurd that they’re charging more than double for the pump alone and that I’ll install it myself. With the assistance of a vise grip style oil filter wrench (Amazon $18) to loosen/tighten the 3.5” nuts, I was able to completely remove and replace the pump in a 1hr time as a novice who’s never done it before (so why does it take the expert 2hrs?). So please take my situation as a warning if you too have Allstate Leisure service out to look at something that is in need of repair. Take a look on the internet and see if their pricing structure is inline with pricing on the internet. I already fair warned a friend of mine who also bought their jacuzzi from Allstate based on my recommendation but is having an issue, to call around and see if there is someone other than Allstate to do the diagnostics/repair or look online for the replacement part and do the repair yourself. Yep I’m highly disappointed that a company that we’ve used many times for our outdoor patio needs solely based on their great customer service during the sale, will attempt to gouge those same customers with their astronomical pricing for repair service/replacement parts. Highly disappointed that we don’t foresee ourselves purchasing from Allstate Leisure again, nor will they get any future recommendations and those that already did will hear this situation from me.
Best self care gift ever. Brendan was so helpful and the place always gives great service. I am also in restocking. Can’t wait to try my Spa Crystals.

Always helpful for any questions I have with my Perma Salt pool, have to say that the Perma Salt pool is the easiest to take care. I have had my perma salt pool for 5 years and still enjoying every hot summer day. Thanks to Allstate pool rep for suggesting it to me. No chlorine odor, soft on the skin and most of all got a very fair price.

I purchased my spa just under a year ago ad they were great. Very organized and updated me along the process. I continue to call and ask any questions I come up with and they help me pick out all the necessary chemicals and test the water whenever I bring it in. 10/10 would recommend.
The service at Allstate was incredible. They walked us through everything before we bought our hot tub. We even got to test it out in their warehouse. The service and delivery was excellent, very professional and on time. They even helped with getting the chemicals started which left us confident with the new hot tub. We will definitely be back to purchase our outdoor furniture!

I’m a returning customer to the store. My first purchase was a beautiful Carlton pool table a few years ago. Andy was the gentleman to help me through the process. 5 years later I walk in and Andy greeted me again and help me purchase a outdoor gas fireplace. Both of my visits have been exceptionally well!! Very easy hot tub purchase. Delivery and setup was a breeze. Had one part missing they came out quickly and replaced. Very knowledgeable on getting us use to maintenance and the tub was fine tuned within a couple of weeks. Would recommend.

Allstate has been great. The Sales Associates have been very helpful. Andy was the best. During the Pandemic our hot tub was paid in full but we werent ready for delivery at the time because my Husband and I are essential workers and we just werent ready for the delivery,so they stored our hot tub for months with no charge.Our first Hot tub and the shopping experience was great. They were very informative and patient and theyre still very helpful after the purchase and installation.

Door says open until 8p. Google says open until 6p. They answered the phone at 4:30p and transferred me to sales. I agreed to purchase the part I needed and said I’ll be right there. At 4:45 nobody is answering the phone or here to do business. Very disappointed.Edit: from 1 star to 5. After calling back to voice my disappointment they were in fact able to reach somebody on site to fill my order. They explained that their hours were fluctuating due to covid-19 and I understand that. Very happy customer. Great customer service.

About a month ago, for the first time ever, I walked into Allstate Home Leisure hoping to find the perfect pool for my small backyard. Brendan met us at the pools that they have set-up in their parking lot and was able to answer all of our questions.It should be noted that Ive never owned a pool before so I was completely green to the process. Brendan was very patient and when he prepared the quote, I was shocked to see how much less expensive their prices were against their competitors.Brendan was able to get us exactly what we needed for a new above-ground pool and when we realized that the delivery company forgot the sand for our filter, Brendan dropped it off to our home personally. His follow-up and customer service is superior.The installation team that Brendan recommended, led by Carson, were fantastic! Ive been an executive in the business world for many years and Ive never witnessed a more professional team of young men. They worked tirelessly and efficiently and were able to get my entire pool installed in a handful of hours.The experience of getting a new pool was effortless and I couldnt be happier. My husband and I purchased our first hot tub from Allstate Leisure Livonia. We are nothing short of pleased with the service and constant support. 2022-05-25Thank you very much for your attention and assistance. Our hot tub shut down without warning. The service department set up an appointment to resolve our issue and committed to moving up the appointment if possible. They did by two days. The service man, Chris was very efficient and knowledgeable. In fact, based on our description of the issue realized it was likely the circuit board which they normally do not have on their trucks. He went and found one in stock and brought it with him. It was the circuit board, he replaced it, started it up and made sure it was operating properly before he left. Thanks, again.

2022-05-02I had a few issues with some expensive items I purchased here. But Tony stepped up and really helped out. Plus Brendan is very helpful. I would recommend this place for sure because they really back all their products and will make it right. I bought a new Jacuzzi hot tub from them in March of this year and Love it.

We purchased our Hot Tub in April of 2021 and Have had the best service every time. we have a pool and hot tub place closer to us but prefer to go that extra mile and it’s all because of the great staff and service.

2022-05-19Allstate has always been great for customer service, when we first purchased our pool we dealt with Brendan and he was great from start to finish, always professional and even worked with us to get the best deal for our budget. I would definitely recommend this place for all your pool needs, we went with the Permasalt system and it’s been so easy to keep up on having crystal clear water, never green and even after the winter the water is clear, I always go back here because they have always taken gear care of me, I recently was helped by Matt and he was very helpful, loaded all my stuff up and quite friendly!
