Clean and well stocked. Good store that gives back locally.
Didnt have a good choice of gas leaf blowers. They only stocked two different choices. They did have a lot of battery powered blowers.
First time in this new store and was very pleased. They were more than willing to help u find thing right away, and guide u through the store.More then willing to go back again 😁

Ace is a family owned store with incredible friendly owners, and is managed by James-Cowboy. Ace in Alma has some of the best customer service around! They have a variety of products for all to enjoy with excellent prices!

Was only there to deliver the cops and donuts
First employee went out of his way to try and find a product for us. His manager was a total opposite and didnt give us the time of day. Manager was kind of rude. Employees were pleasant

Needed paint. They had to figure it out, call someone, and I hoped it would work out. Staff are great, try to help, dont get bothered with questions. Good place.
Found 1 of 2 items I needed at Ace. I asked a staffer if she could help me in plumbing, answer was she would try. Not the answer I expectedAce is a great hardware, staff may need more training

2022-02-06Everybody I have dealt with there is friendly. Prices can be a little high on some things. Which is to be expected. Pretty good selection, some uncommon hardware thats hard to find anywhere but online, they might have it. Plus, donuts... need I say more?

2022-02-04Looked online and it said they are open til 8pm. Went to get propane lastnight pulling in their parking lot at 7:48pm to find it darker than dark and not a car in the parking lot.

2021-09-18Store looked great. Staff was very willing to assist in locating what I needed. Very good selection. Best of all I could get a fresh donuts on the way out. I would recommend this hardware store.

2021-11-08I have been able to find really common items here, but beyond that I mostly have to go elsewhere for even simple items (e.g. fittings for dishwasher waterline). Still a good close place to go for the things I know they have.
