Mr. Spragg did my home appraisal, he contacted me as soon as he received payment for his services and wanted to come out the next day. I had to postpone and schedule for later date and he showed up on time and was very polite and respectful, even took his shoes off at the door. We have been trying to do a follow up appointment. They did a no show on Friday. And won’t answer our calls. How does a business conduct themselves this way is beyond me.
