Comment: Craig and Co are the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in trying to buy a belt for a broken snow blower. First they showed me what I asked for. Then asked why and what was wrong. As we spoke Craig took the belt out of my hand and explained my situation and how bad it really was. Never tried to over sell or leave me with parts I didn’t need. These guys are great! If you need a small fix or a brand new Honda snowblower these are the best!Highly recommend!-Frank

Comment: Two years ago a lever on our snow blower broke. We needed to have it fixed fast due to heavy snow fall at our house located at 7,600 feet elevation. Alpine Power Equipment let us use their shop, no charge, to weld the broken lever.Beginning of this winter we had the axle broken on the old show blower. Again right during a 3 foot snow storm. Alpine Power E. made an extra trip to deliver a new Honda snow blower we bought from them last minute before the next storm.We have only the best experience with APE.Thank you Bonnie and Craig for your incredible service and help!

Comment: I called to get some information about a problem I was having, and the guy was super helpful, until I told him I live in Truckee and would probably have to go to Truckee Rents (should have just called Truckee Rents, first, but I forgot about them until after the fact, having only been there once). Once he heard that he said, Oh thanks, and hung up on me...over a $3 part! Very frustrating. But, Truckee Rents had the part, so all good!

Comment: During the past ten years or more, Ive rented equipment or purchased parts quite a few times from Alpine Power Equipment for a wide variety of tasks (as recently as yesterday to clear a blocked sewer line). Their service and advice have always been excellent... theyre always friendly and helpful... and the prices seem very fair. I highly recommend Alpine Power.
