I needed some curtains for my Motorhome. She came over and measured and bought the material and made the curtains and even did extra by making me tiebacks. She did a beautiful job and they look like they were made for the motorhome by the manufacturer. They are beautiful and I am not often can say that I was prepared to spend more money than what she charged me!
I recently had Sonya alter two pieces for my daughter. One was a formal dress with a chiffon overlay and the other was a basketball jersey. Two very different things! Sonya did an amazing job on both items!!! Chiffon is very a very difficult fabric to hem. When she was done, it was flawless! The jersey was reversible, so also not the easiest to alter. It too, was flawless! I highly recommend Sonya. Not only is she talented, but she’s super sweet, fast, and affordable!

Sonya is a true perfectionist. Her sewing is incredible. Loving Day of the Dead and was so surprised with Napkins with the cutest border and some Pot Holders to match. See the photos as you will love them. Would highly recommend her work.

2022-04-26Sonya was a pleasure to work with, I came in with a little bit of a difficult alteration. The fabric itself was not as forgiving and she was able to give me an idea of what we could do. She was transparent about it not be a guaranteed fix because it was something that she had never worked on before.She had no problem recommending another specialist but I decided to see what she we could do together for the outfit. It turned out great! She works effectively and timely and in terms of getting it done before the party it was picked up a week prior. I will definitely be using her again for future alterations.

2022-06-29Sonya did excellent work on my and my mothers wedding guest dresses (the mint green and rose pink ones pictured). Sonya is wonderful to work with and so prompt in her responses. The space in her home is so nice and welcoming, and she made us feel so comfortable with the process. She had to adjust my sleeves which involved a great deal of work, and she was able to convert my mothers dress to a T-lenfth from a floor length gown. We are very short, so mine also needed a lot of length taken off. With the incredible amount of work she did, she kept to our timeline and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! She was so great that I had her also hem some pants for me, and she is definitely now my go-to tailor.

2022-03-07Sonya did a beautiful job of creating a very nice and functioning bay window seat cushion for me. I needed it in three separate cushions. Her work is impeccable and very professional. It fits and looks perfect. So happy to have found her and I also had her do alterations on the sleeves on my two jackets. One leather, one wool.She is easy to work with and very accommodating. So pleased with the completed results. I will return in the future and recommend her work to all.

2022-07-06Sonya is fantastic! Saved me from a disaster last minute! Preformed a miracle on my bridesmaid dress for my sister’s wedding with only 24 hours which was super nice of her!!! Not only was she fast, the work was perfect, and very affordable! I will definitely be calling her again but I will be sure to plan ahead.

2022-03-11Sonya was very professional, time considerate, and kindly communicative with me. My experiences were unusual requests, and I was embarrassed and hesitant to ask for her expertise. Sonya was very sensitive to my wishes to restore and create a memory to two items. Her mending and special touches for a tote bag and tree skirt are priceless treasures! Sonya is excellent!Kim

2021-12-15Sonya did wonderful work on a fitted dress made of stretchy satin. She shortened shoulder straps, took in the waist at the seams, added darts in back, and shortened the length with an invisible hem stitch. The workmanship is phenomenal and the dress fits my daughter perfectly! So lucky to have such a talented person locally, no need to drive to a bigger city.
