Mariana is so patient with all my questions and responds to my emails. They send me payment reminders and let me know which discounts apply to me. When I was hit by another vehicle this State Farm made the whole process so easy and quick. They really are like a great neighbors. The associates always remember my family and I, ask how we’re all doing and make the connection feel personal. Now that I have a teen driver they worked with me to get my policy updated and covered. It’s been wonderful having my insurance policies with Amanda and her State Farm team.

From the initial assistant picking up the phone and transferring me to Joseph who did an excellent job explaining all coverage options for both my Home and Auto insurance policy premiums as well as specific details and adjustments I could make for my personal policy he was very thorough. I chose State Farm for their very competitive price for my Home Owners Insurance and am very happy with them! Joseph was actually even able to lower my premium a little further after calling back and making a minor adjustment and sent me an email copies of the updated premiums very promptly. I definitely recommend State Farm and a big thank you to Joseph for all your help!

Comment: Im giving them a 5 because my experience with this office (Amanda Branch) is by far the best Ive experienced. They are located in Fontana near the Cardenas Market. They offer the same things as any other State Farm Branch office but its the employees you speak with that have made me feel welcome and satisfied with any questions I may have. They call you back when they say they will, they dont keep you waiting or in the unknown. All of them have been very nice and respecful. I never had an issue with any of the employees there. They are always willing to help you out even if they are in doubt they ask before giving you a wrong answer, so you leave satisfied.

They have the same products as any other State Farm office but its the employees you speak with that offers a top notch experience with each transaction Ive had.They will call you back if they arent certain about the question asked. I was handling my parents accounts and I liked the experience so much that I personally changed after being with a company for years. I will stay with them forever.Also, its not just one person or another all the girls are the same. I even told the owners that they are all keepers. He smiled and also acknowledged the same.I feel that if your company is not there for you, switch try them out. You wont regret it.

Comment: I had been getting quotes from various companies when I bought my house. Unfortunately, most companies wouldnt insure me because of my sweet dog because of her pit bull breed (even though shes becoming a service dog). I also had a really tough time getting a quote through my fiances insurance, Nationwide. Their rates changed every time I called and I could speak with 5 people on one phone call. They eventually added my name to his policy without consent and weve been trying for a week to get my name off and even cancel the policy. State Farm has no restrictions on pets and my quoted rate stayed the same from one week to the next and I spoke to the same person each time I called. She handled everything beautifully and relieved a lot of stress during an already stressful time. My fiance is now switching to Amandas State Farm today after all the hassle from Nationwide hes still dealing with.
