Ive always liked American Eagle and their prices. Most of the time when I pop in they have stuff on the clearance rack that I find pretty appealing, considering the fact that Im pretty picky.
Favorite current brand of clothes. Fits very well. Wide selection. Great customer service

2021-10-21I walked in and bought every single thing that Sofia picked out. She was a walking model!!! I was looking for some clothes for my nanny since she barely wears any (I don’t want that around my husband) and she helped me pick out a whole wardrobe! I will definitely be returning

2020-09-24I was so excited to hear about a dedicated Aerie store opening up so close by! I stopped in to use my 20% birthday discount and went a little crazy. Store was clean, organized - not as much selection as online of course, but I still managed to do well. The girls working were also super nice. Will definitely be going again!

2021-02-10Went on a Wednesday afternoon to return something. I drove over 45 minutes away to find they were closed all day long for inventory. On a Wednesday at noon. Lol are you kidding? You can’t just pick and choose your hours. So this might sound petty and silly I’m sure. But I needed a refund because funds are short right now. Oh well. I guess they have to count. By the way, this rating is more for corporate than anything. I’m sure the staff has no choice on what they do daily.

2021-10-16This store has gone so downhill. Every girl shirt, sweater or flannel is cropped short. Not every girl wants to show all that. Wish they had better clothes.

2019-03-22Very polite, patient and helpful staff. Everytime I visit this store, the sales floor employees make shopping experience very pleasant. Very supportive during returns and online order placements. The store manager Veronica is one of the best. I wish I knew the name of another lady to mention here, who helped me for my last visit where we had to order almost 18 items and had to bill them 3 times due to the system issues, she also gave some extra 15% discount for the delay caused due to system.
