Such an amazing community, everyone is so friendly, its clean, organized, fun, and relaxing. All my questions were answered very promptly and fast. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice and settle home for their loved ones.

Everyone is so friendly. From the first moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. Its so clean and comfortable here too. All the residents are so happy. You can tell they enjoy living there.

UPDATE: Question. If I was in my 70s, 80s or 90s. Would I want to spend my possibly last Golden Days paying my considerably high rent from my life savings being told to stay in like a prisoner or would I rather go out take my chances and observe the rules of Covid-19 like everyone else? Id rather take the latter.Another question. Would I be entitled to a 30% discount on my rent for the months I was held captive not entitled to any outing services, including just going out period, no activities, exercise or dining room privileges. It seems this company should be adjusting rent accordingly and then reporting their loss to the government for reimbursement as a tax loss right-off.During the virus scare there have been tight restrictions on these residents, their visitors and staff and thats understandable and done right but there is also a lot of tension and abrupt rudeness and dispensing of fond greetings by at least one of the office staff who has been there for quite a while. Some of the residents have been shunned from coming out of their rooms and been threatened with having to leave and find another place to live if they dont. These people deserve the utmost compassion in their golden years and the present situation and they are paying thousands per month to be treated this way. It has got to stop. Also with less visitors coming in, there have been some items coming up missing, even food and snack items. When it improves Ill update my review.

I have never met nicer people who love their jobs! I was impressed with the entire staffs level of professionalism, care, cleanliness, and most of all love. They love their residents and it shows in everything they do! The residents say they love living here too. I would highly recommend Sterling Meadows.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at American House Meadows and I cant say enough great things about this community. The people and workers are genuine and very helpful. This is a great place for seniors to call home!

One elevator for 3 floors of disabled seniors no back up power in case of emergency. A law suit waiting to happen!Im sitting here with my mother who is on oxygen power is out and Im PISSED OFF!

I am totally impressed by this facility and the staff. Everyone is professional and really makes you feel at home. I highly recommend American House.

My grandma is at this facility and its amazing. The people are great. Its great all the way around.
