Comment: I take my car in because I need my tire repaired. They told me that they weren’t going to do it. I got my tires from them and now I have to drive with a messed up tire, then they try to sell me one tire for $150 smh I laughed and walked out!!! There’s going to be a lawsuit happing soon, I can’t believe they will let ppl drive with messed up tires what a messed up place this is!!! Should be all shut down!!! I’m pissed!!!! I’m calling my lawyer!!

Comment: Great cost, good location, friendly service. Was recommended here by a friend who saved me about $30 versus going to Jiffy Lube. Came here and saved more money with Mario who kindly applied a coupon towards our oil change. So I saved about $45 coming here for an oil change to deal with very quick service (done under 30 minutes) as well as a friendly customer service rep and I would come back and also recommend anyone who needs any service on their car. Thanks Mario! Rare service these days for sure.

Comment: Brought my sons car in for new tires and to fix another issue with the front left rim. Once the car was checked in and put on the lift, Mario (store manager) took me back to the repair area and showed me that the front brakes were very worn and the front struts were leaking fluid. We went back up to the front and he priced the repair work out for me and promised that all of the work would be done by the end of the day. Everything was done correctly and the vehicle runs much better now and the new tires are awesome! I was very impressed with him and was very pleased that he took me back to the repair area to show me what the issues were. Based on my experience I am now considering bringing all 4 of my vehicles to ATD - Indio for future service. I was also impressed with his personality and his wanting to provide great customer service. This is something I rarely see today from employees around Marios age. If ATD management is reading this, you need to make sure you keep him on the team. He is a HUGE asset to your business!!!!

AAA had to send a tow truck to take me to Indio to get a new tire. Mario the store manager was very helpful. He stayed late to finish the job. When I left to go with my trip, I forgot my phone which I had been charging. The manager of a convenience store nearby helped me get back to American Tire Depot. Mario returned to the store late at night to return my phone to me. Mario and Jose the convenience store manager are my heroes.

Comment: I went to my dealer first and got a quote on a set of new tires, some front brake pads, rotors and the cost was going to be combined around $3300.00. I was referred by Mario in the past from a friend. I thought before I pay this amount let me check in with Mario to see if he can do better. Mario wasn’t in but the Assistant Manager Marco was in. Not only did Marco patiently give me different options on what I was looking for but he was very patient and explained and answered all my questions over the phone before I had spent one dime. The cost was almost half. I ended up paying only $1835.00 for the same thing that my dealer was trying to charge me $3300.00 for. On top of it all Marco while explaining everything told me about the American Tire Depot card from Synchrony Bank and basically allowed me to pay the whole amount in six months totally interest free. On approved credit of course. Talk about a complete change of emotions in a day. This place literally just saved me a ton of money. Amazing service! Thanks Marco, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

We called Jeff at American Tire Depot and explained our situation. He said come right now and he would do his best to get us in and out. We got there and Jeff greeted us, he immediately took the car in and we barely had time to go to the bathroom when he brought the car back and told us it was all done and we were good to go. Ride on the tire 4 miles to their shop and they were able to take care of me. Since we were from out of town we did not have luxury of scheduling an appointment. All I can do is say thank you guys for keeping me on the road.

He had remembered me from a previous service and was kind enough to take time to call as they had me listed as a new customer and listed what he believed to be incomplete information. (I had a nail in my tire they helped me with a year ago). After speaking to him and Noah, it was clear they were knowledgeable and honest with their pricing and recommendations for additional tires (I had already done some homework). As we continued to chat I was surprised to learn they did much more than tires. I had a punch list of work needed from oil change, shocks and struts, etc. They were able to do it all! Give them a chance !!!!Edit: the next day I went to check my tires and noticed a Scratch on my wheel passenger side . I showed up the day of my appointment and they told me they didnt even have my appointment logged in their system anymore and they didnt have my tires. They tried to put it back on me for making my appointment too far in advanced? They said they would order them and give me a deal for the wasted trip. The deal was $4 off my $400 purchase... They proceeded to call multiple times trying to get me to come in. A week later i get another call from them and i tell him i went elsewhere (why would i come back if they were rude and offered a 1% discount for all of that). He tried to tell me i should have at least called to say i didnt want them. Overall if you have common tires you should be fine but if you have specialty tires and make appointments far in advanced then this may not be the best place to go. My car was 25k miles, literally new.After changing the tires the car started to vibrate on the freeway, i suspected they didnt balance it well when replacing the tires. So i called and have the tires balanced, once, then twice, the vibration still persist. Been to many tires shops where service is just horrible and rude. Comment: I was hear to place a patch one of the tier my car.I did called over the phone and manger now answered and straight on front told me no charges for patch repairs. They kept the location nice and clean service very professional. The only problem I have took little while to get the service done so it understandable place kind of busy. Aldo and Beau two managers who I spoke and served me very professional.

Comment: Found a nail or screw in my tire after a return trip from Sacramento. Bummer - we were going to take it to Ford but we were afraid to drive it that far. We went to the closest tire store American Tire Depot. We got right in, after an hour got a call it was ready. Went in to pick it up and pay, and to my surprise there was no charge for flat repairs!!! I was beyond excited to receive that news. I’ll be sure and go back for any future tire needs. Thank you!!!

Comment: My first encounter with ATD I spoke with Aldo and was so impressed with his willingn ess to help me work within my budget and have quality merchandise. Many times single women are thought to not know about car stuff and are taken advantage of with shady sales tricks. I did not feel that with my experience. I had questions and received honest feedback, on phone and during transactions with Bo and Aldo. I will gladly refer ATD to others for their good prices and courteous standards. Comment: I woke up to the wonderful experience of having a flat tire. Thankfully, after adding air, I was able to make it to this location. Once I arrived, Aldo worked his magic! I was in and out in about an hour and a half, and, I recieved four brand new tires for the price of three! Thanks Aldo!

Comment: Great service, I was at the door right at 8am and they were ready an on time. I was going to fix a flat tire I was so super and happy that my car got the flat tier fix for free. But also that it was fully inspected and I was given recomindations with reasonable prices. Totally recomended I forgot the name of the person in the front but he was so friendly and awesome.

Comment: I took my car in last year to an American Tire Depot in Lancaster and horrible mechanics blew out my engine I then took it to this American Tire Depot in Indio and my car has been sitting there since February 4th and they are barely taking out my engine no communication from staff horrible district managers that do not oversee their employees I strongly recommend that you do not get any auto mechanic Services done at American Tire Depot

Comment: This place here in Indio these past couple of months has been doing so many mistakes its amazing they are still open. But all Im going to advice is buyer beware! Stay on top of everything for your vehicle because they have made almost all the mistakes possible towards the customer. So yes if your going to deal with them be alert. I have dealt with them with simple things as tires and them scratching the rims or buying 4 Tires and forgetting to replace 2 of them. Also I have dealt with simple oil changes and they cant even get that right I had to bring it in twice after so buyer beware and alert. 😉

Comment: Went in for some Warranty service on my Brakes from 6-Months ago and to get my A/C serviced @ $93.00. The A/C worked for about an hour. Have you ever been to Indio in the Summer??? It gets Hot as H*ll and A/C is an absolute must!!! So, I went to another Mechanic the next day and they wanted to charge me $80.00 to identify the problem. No way!!! So, I called Mike and I was furious as I explained what was going on with my A/C. He asked me for chance to make it right. I gave him that opportunity and Im sure happy I did so... American Tire Depot went all out to make it right with me. They serviced my A/C for (2) days and now, my A/C works perfectly. In addition, Mike gave me a FREE Oil Change and topped-off all of my Fluids. To me, Trust and Integrity is everything!!! Therefore, Im truly grateful for the service that American Tire Depot provided to me and I will be forever loyal to them!!!Thanks Mike at American Tire Depot...

I got my tools stolen out of their building I would of understand if my stuff was stolen out of my vehicle but if my stuff was taken from your unsecured building I think Im entitled to get paid maybe Im wrong but I would love the president of this company to step up and just see if us mechanics are better to be terminated over 2grand in tools when most of the time us techs make them most of their profit,Mr President plz revise ur wages for us techs.

Comment: Here ia a really bad review i had the worst customer service . i had 3 major mistakes done to my car.1- 3months ago i bought my rims and i payed 5000 dollars and the mecanic at the at the time to switch the tires he scratch the rims. I complain to the manager A. Amezquita and all that he say that the scratches were already there and i had to contact the general manager . he will call me back to resolve the matter but he has not returned my call and its been a month already. After i left the building i drove on the freeway after a couple of miles my pressure sensor on the tires came on and i stoped to check the pressure on the tires that they replaced, one tired had 65 PSI and the other only had 25 PSI when the recomended is 35 PSI on each tire.after all these mistakes i contacted the general manager his name is mike anders to try to resolve the issues all he had to say he was going to call me back and he never did.So if you care about the security of the people in your vehicle never take your car here. Terrible customer service and terrible tire service.
