Comment: I had an appointment on 6/12 at 8:00 am. to change two tires for the rear side. when I got there, they said my tires hadnt delivered yet. So, I maid another appointment another day. They said they would call or text me when tires deliver to the shop, but nobody called or texted me Two days later, I went to the shop. my tires had delivered. One guy(Luis) checked my tires back and front. He told me the front side tires are pretty much worn-out. So, I ordered another two tires for the front side and maid appointment on next week Tuesday. After I got home, I checked front tires, and both sides (right and left) are still good. So, I tried to cancel two tires for the front side on their website. But I cant cancel on the website. I will call them to cancel by phone.Having a hard time cancel is not a big deal. The point is that their business mind, which I really disappointed.

Then I came here to Americas Tire and they looked at the tire and told me that they were going to attempt to repair the tire and if they cant repair it that they would give me more affordable options. They were able to get to my car quickly and they were able to repair the tire that the other place didnt even attempt. They did not charge for the repair.I am always going to refer everyone to come over here for their amazing service and great experience.I will also be buying my next tires here when it is time because of their reliable service.Great Great Job Americas Tires

Comment: Terrible Americas Tire shop worse in all of southern California!! They are the slowest and it seems they are not organized. Regular wait times are 2 hours to fix a flat! Ive been buying from this company all my life and usually, at the most, it takes an hour to fix a simple flat. Now Im definitely looking for other options. I cant believe one place can ruin it for an entire company. As Im posting this my car hasnt even been in the bay. They can look through all my services and know I used to be a lifelong customer. Its trash here, the customer service, management, everything. They havent checked on me once in 2 and a half hours. Im getting it fixed and never coming back not to any Americas Tire. Corporate needs to check on this place! A once great company is now just cheap dirty tire shop that doesnt give any fs.

Comment: AAA suggested I go here to repair my flat tire as this service is free for AAA members. After waiting 10 - 15 minutes for my turn to speak with an associate, he took my car key to inspect the flat tire. He came back and said they couldnt repair the flat due to insufficient tread. He then started to show me a chart noting tread life, same chart shown to another customer earlier. I said thank you and left with the donut tire still on the car. I drove slowly to Pasadena to my trusted mechanic who promptly repaired the tire. He also stated I have at least 1 year of remaining safe tread life.I will never go to Americas Tire store again as I do not trust they have my best interest in mind. When I do need new tires in the future, Ill replace my Michelins with new Michelins

Comment: Last year, around this time, I had gotten a set of new tires for my car. Service and everything felt like 5 stars until this evening. I had gone in for a flat tire with a tire rotation and rebalancing. I thought to myself, hey, 2 birds, 1 stone right? I met Luis, one of the service coordinators in the lobby. He is great and deserves 5 stars, but the technicians outside were a let down.The first time I went in was a couple of days ago to fix my flat. It turned out there was irreparable damage as I was told, and the patch still leaked air, so I went home and ordered a new tire to be delivered and installed there this evening. By the way, I wasnt even worried that they forgot to rotate and rebalance my tires the first time I was there a couple of days ago. I was more concerned about time loss and doing the claim process for a reimbursement. After confirming my appointment, I checked in with Luis again this evening. He was very pleasant and professional. A couple days ago, Luis was kind enough to lend me a loaner tire until I can come back for my replacement tire. He did say earlier tonight when I told him I felt bad about keeping the loaner too long, but he said I could have kept it as long as I needed until I return from my trip because my safety was his concern.Being a very keen person, I noticed everything. So when my turn came up, which is already an hour after arrival and the completion time had passed, a couple of customers who came well after me started getting serviced. I knew right then I was passed over and forgotten about, so I spoke up about it, but of course I was treated as if I stole something and was asked for a receipt and if I had an appointment.After finally getting service, I mentioned I also had a tire rotation and rebalancing included. So when waiting right by the chairs outside next to my car in the first car port, I noticed they didnt do the rotation. I got up immediately and went to ask the guy about it as he was lowering my car which indicated he was seemingly done with just the one tire I went in for to be replaced. He was a bit disingenuous in his reply and body language and said, oh its already done. Then said he will talk to the manager or one of the older head guys in the bay there. I went up to my front right wheel since I know there is a red mark there and lo and behold, he had lied about it because the red mark is still there meaning there was no tire rotation done.After a minute, the head guy said, yea, lets just do it, itll be quick. And a couple of guys went to help do the tire rotation. I was just happy to get out of there and was disappointed in the experience overall.When I got home, I went through the brochure Luis gave me the other day on my first visit which stated the TIPS TO IMPROVE TIRE LIFE AND SAFETY. and in bold print, Every 6,000-8,000 Miles or as Needed, Rotate and Rebalance tires Free at Americas Tire, Visit Americas Tire for a tire rotation and REBALANCE to promote even treadwear and a smooth ride. So at this moment, I was beginning to get upset and went online to research tire rotation and balancing and said to myself, dumb me, I didnt call them out on the balancing part which I read can be dangerous and damaging to the suspension.After this experience, I dont think I would trust this place because they dont care about doing the job right the first time and therefore jeopardizing your safety, your loved ones, as well as other drivers and pedestrians on the road. They did shoddy work even when you are literally a few feet away. Not to mention, leaving white marks on the cars paint that I had to clean. Ive already wasted 2 days of travel since Im driving long distance to visit my family this Christmas. Now I will have to waste even more time tomorrow to get the tires balanced correctly before I can risk driving my car again.Hopefully, the new place will do better.To the potential customers, my advice to you is do your due diligence when getting any kind of service there.To Americas Tire on S Euclid St.,Please do better.

Comment: America tires in Fullerton had good customer service and were very fast in putting on my new tires. They also worked with me to get a promotional price a day early. They don’t do car alignment so you’ll need to do that after you get your new tires. I would also recommend that you look at your wheels lug nuts before you get your tires changed. Make sure the lug nut wrench you have fits because you might get a call trying to upsell you new lug nuts saying yours are swollen and you won’t know if you don’t look before hand and the lug nuts cost $90.

Take your money to Chino Hills or Riverside America Tires for You will get your policy honored and excellent customer service. Comment: This is my number one go to tire shop but you have to make an appointment thats a must if not you be there for at least 2 hours always busy but if you take the time to go online and make an appointment they will be waiting for you at the time of your appointment with an open bay you pull right in your name will be on there its amazing Even for something as simple as a flat repair if you have an appointment and you can make it the same day appointment and when you go online you can enter all your vehicle information theyll give you the choice of tires that fit your car if you do some research you could buy some brands thats specifically made for Americas tire for example road hugger brand its a Toyo tire made for Americas tire under that name road hugger so you can get all your information you want for all the different types of tires they sell as far as what type of tires work better in snow and rain performance stopping distance when you decided on tires they will tell you if theyre in stock or not if not theyll get them for you and have them ready for you when you get there you can easily get four tires installed balanced everything in 45 minutes I dont know about you but my time is valuable this is so amazing and simple

My partner dropped their car off at 9:45am and although it was busy they decided to leave the car.You call them up at 2:20pm saying they need a new tire due to the thread being low. When they asked if the shop could just plug the tire they told her no because it was a hazard and can’t do that. My partner told Jose we would come back at a later time to get a new tire but he told her that they would just take the car without fixing it at that moment since they had run flats. But he calls back saying not only is the car not ready, it isn’t drivable and needs to be towed away if we want to pick it up.CANT BELIVE THE UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISHONEST, INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK HERE.You return the car in this condition? With the rims all scratched to hell from the tire iron.Can’t believe the service from this establishment. Unacceptable.Sending our business elsewhere and others should seek CAUTION when dropping their cars off at this shop.

Obviously I was out of state in a rental and they could have easily taken advantage of me but they fixed the flat for free! They even checked all the other tires to make sure torque was good on lugs, air pressure was perfect and even shined them. Also put the spare back in trunk.We need more companies like this!

Comment: I got a flat tire, and it was recommended to me that I should go to this tire shop as a Triple AAA member. I was initially told that Triple AAA members get a discount on tires at this shop. At the very end of my visit, however, I was told by the employees that only better or best tires get the discount. As a walk-in, I had to wait twice as long as the maximum time frame they gave me at the start (wait time was 2 hours initially, 4 hours actually). I absolutely do not recommend being a walk-in. Appointments go way faster, so if you have that luxury, take it. I would also say this particular place was just non-stop busy and all the walk-ins had to wait a pretty long time for their tires to be fixed.

Comment: Wait time was quite long just to get them to even look at your car. If I hadnt gotten a flat on the freeway I would have probably avoided this place but I didnt have a choice. It seemed that whether you have an appointment or not the wait time is quite a bit. Also beware of the upsells, you go in for a flat and theyre going to want to replace all 4 tires. Some employees there do have good service hence the two stars, but overall expect to wait 2-3 hours just to change a flat.

They used to have a refrigerator full of free bottles of water for customers to help themselves (gone 1/17/22). Maybe they got rid of it because of Covid19 precautions. Anyway, the customer service is consistently outstanding. As long as they are still in business, I will be continue to be a loyal customer.

I brought it in late evening after 5 PM to get it repaired. They told me it would take up to an hour and a half to get it done. I left it there, and 30 minutes later, I received a notice that it is done. When I came to pick it up, they had the nerve to not charge me any money. They call it free flat repair. Comment: I have to tell the truth. I am disappointed, to say the least. I had bought Four new tires from Americas Tire, I paid extra to insure each tire. When I picked up a nail (in the sidewall) I went back to get it repaired if possible. Since the nail was in the sidewall, they had to replace the tire. Of course the tire was not in stock, however, they said it would be there within a couple of days. When I asked them if I could drive on this until the tire came in. They said no, we will give you a used tire until it comes in. I drove on the used tire for 3 weeks. I finally called and asked if my tire was in yet. The man told me this tire had been discontinued and that they can give me a comparable tire. Why didnt they tell me this the first time? I could go on with this story but it would be too long. Both times I was there to have my tire with the nail, taken care of, I was there over 2 hours.

Comment: I had my wife stop here to have her tires refilled and inspected because she had called me complaining of low tire pressure. The technician told her that she only had 3/32 tire tread and that there is no point in putting air in the tires, which when she told me I had thought was strange since I had inspected the tires myself a few weeks back and was surprised about how much tread WAS left. Regardless, I instructed her to work with the technician and have her tires replaced for good measure because safety is more important. She didn’t want to wait around because there wasn’t any parking and she was supposed to be with her mother for her birthday, so she decided to leave and go to another America’s Tire location nearby. And see if they could take her in quicker. Well, the technician at this other location promptly informed her that her tires were totally fine, have plenty of tread and could go thousands more miles no problem. This makes you wonder why the first location was so busy, doesn’t it. Question the ethics of this location.

Comment: They have great customer service pretty good pricing. I always buy the tire warranty certificates, which I believe is a percentage of the cost of the tire. Ive gotten a new replacement tire 3 times. One time I got a 1 wide bolt in my tire which was unrepairable, I got a brand new tire, depending on how much mileage you put on the tire, another time I ran over debris in the road which sliced my tire and another time I ran over a board that had multiple nails in it, almost like a spike strip, they replaced the tires without any problems. But its the quickness of service that I like and the no pressure sales and honest advice make Americas tire the go to place for tires.

Eddie was quick, efficient, very professional, and his voice wore a smile. He was very honest with me about potential wait times as a walk-in so I hurried in to the store.Once I got there, Eddie greeted me and checked me in and properly told me where to wait for an available sales specialist to help me.It was a bit of a wait for a sales specialist, but people were ahead of me so absolutely not their fault. In my observance, each of the sales specialist was assisting his respective customer very thoroughly and with a great deal of patience so I knew thats how I was going to be treated so I was okay with the wait.When Josue was finally available, he was very friendly and courteous, struck up friendly conversation, while still keeping his focus on his job of servicing my needs. We walked out to my car so he could get the information he needed. As we were walking back, another customer asked for his attention and he kindly stopped and quickly answered her question, while also warning me to watch for an oncoming truck.Josue was VERY clear on what I was to expect as far as my transaction and the wait time. He clearly showed me how many cars were in front of me and I loved that. Usually you get the there are a few cars ahead of you so well get to it as soon as we can. No, I could clearly see in the queue on their computer how many cars were ahead of me.As I waited, there were a couple of impatient customers wanting to complain. Let me tell you. Eddie and Josue handled them with unbelievable poise, professionalism, friendliness, while becoming appropriately increasing firm with her. I was incredibly impressed by this as I sat there and observed it all. And I have to commend the entire staff at this location because every single person was absolutely HUSTLING. I get very frustrated when I have to wait for service and the employees are moving in slow motion. But not here. Each staff member was constantly attending to the next customers needs. Literally going from one to the next to the next, with barely any wasted time in between. When this guy first checked the tires, he said its just low air pressure that there no need to for further check. But I insist to check the tire and do rotation, and they found out there was a nut screwed in one of my tire and took it out. Their tire prices are fine including what they charge for installation and life of tire maintenance ($19 per tire) and their optional but definitely worth getting certificate for each tire ($6.50 per tire) for refund, replacement if they cant repair a damaged tire. The customer service was great and my car was ready four minutes before it was promised.

They asked to park my truck in the alley but I wouldnt give them the keys to my brand new truck. Im just dropping off a wheel. They kept insisting I move my car even though I wasnt blocking anyone. More trouble than its worth. My truck is not leaving my sight. No thanks. Might be worth the savings to you. But not worth being treated like cattle to me. They had trouble understanding I was just there to drop off a wheel. It wasnt in their training to deal with a drop off. They kept trying to corral me into position. They said 2 hours to mount a new tire on a rim that is already off a vehicle. Should have taken 15 minutes.UPDATE... THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING IN BACK FOR PICKUP.

Comment: I’ve always thought America’s Tire Co has been phenomenal which is why I’ve been coming to them only since 2013 but this location really blew me out of the water.I came on a Monday and they were booked the entire day with appointments and walk-ins. Erika helped me and understood that I commute for work and I couldn’t drive on a spare. She was able to squeeze me in and find me a perfect tire as well as answer questions that I had.Where I really was taken back was in the 2 hours that I waited patiently, I got to see how well and professional ALL of the employees here were. Countless customers came in and all the employees were patient, straight forward about the wait, and helped everyone in the most timely way they could considering how packed they were. I was very pleased with the service and this now is going to be my favorite location to come to!

I had an arranged appt. with a heart doctor and Sean and his team of associates made me coffee, repaired and removed the piece of metal from flat tire, checked all the tires and put the spare away in less than a half an hour. I am beyond impressed by the quality of service I have received today. Our tires were still under warrenty and there was no charge for the services this morning. Some familiar faces and some new but the same great service.After two encounters with road hazards it was time for a couple of tires for my 2018 KIA Sedona. Suburu also said that even if tire was repairable they “have to” charge $30. Comment: When I arrived today there were several people ahead of me. The guy at the desk helped me quickly, assessed my flat tire and gave me options. If fixable, they would do it for free. If not, the first option was to put my spare on for me. Only at the end did he say they could sell me a tire. Absolutely no pushing for a sale. Very nice, courteous interaction. The waiting area was comfortable and had enough seating to not feel crowded in with other customers. They took my vehicle into the service bay quickly, and had the repair done ahead of the estimated time. The tech explained the repair to me and asked if I had any questions before I left. They repaired the tire even though I had not purchased it from them. Amazing service. Repeat customer.

Now it was probably a miscommunication but he went ahead and charge me the optional warranty; normally Id buy them, but since this was a cheapo tire, the warranty wasnt really that justifiable to me. Especially since the chances of running over nails and destroying your tires are pretty low in California. But if I do a lot of off-road sure. Luckily I went over my receipt before leaving and had it refunded.Overall the services here are pretty professional and the crew are a happy bunch thats willing to help. I been a customer for 20yrs.

Comment: Found good deal online at this place, but when I got there I had to tell the clerk the price I found and he processed the order with the price I gave him. Wait was like 45 minutes on a Saturday, time enough to grab a coffee at the nearby Starbucks.After 3 months my dashboard low pressure light came on and when I checked the pressure, found one rear tire was showing 60 PSI, almost double as should be (35 PSI normal). Front tires needed little pressure increased and all was good and all good after that.Looks to me would be a good idea to actually have those guys show you the pressure readings when job completed!

Comment: I have bought a new set of tires here for both of my cars. I bought my tires online and was told they would be shipped to the store and be ready for installation in 48 hours. I was called the day before my appointment and was told that I would have to wait another 3 days for the tires to arrive and they would call me when they got there to set up another appointment. I said ok, no big deal. 6 days passed and I didnt hear back. So I called and the guy who answered said, oh yeah they just arrived about 2 hours ago. Really? Am I supposed to believe that I just happened to call you to follow up on my tires just hours after they showed up. I fully believe my tires had been sitting there for several days and no one called me to let me know. It doesnt take a week to ship tires from one location to another. Also, I was told verbally by the salesman who talked me into the replacement certificates for the tires that they would replace them in the first 5 years if anything happened to them only to find out once I was handed the paperwork that the certificates are good for only 3 years. They need to better educate their employees on their policies.

Comment: I bought a set last year for my wifes van, one year later the tires were completely gone and I didnt understood why so I took the van into the store and the guy helped me out to figure out that those tires that I got last year were not the right ones for the van so using the warranty that I have bought I got a instant refund in the brand new set and the associate who help me walked me to the process of choosing the right tire and within a matter of 1 hour I drove away with a brand new set of tires, the right ones for my car, and whit money back into my pocket, if you think the fact that I got a discount on each tire of almost $90 I had to put out of my pocket close to $300 on a set of tires that I usually cost almost $900, so in retrospect, did I spend money? Yes, did I save money? Yes, am I a happy customer? 100% because even though that I spend money I got The Right Tires and these guys were professional enough to not look for a way to not make my warranty valid like and many other places do I can definitely appreciate that as a customer and I will definitely come back once again to get more tires for my other vehicles I can only speak for myself but these guys will definitely get my business back when time comes.

Comment: Worst Americas Tire Center I dealt withI work nearvy so I decided touse this shop to get some replacement tires for my truck. Well they managed to find something below my budget so when they ask to add the tire insurance I said sure. Then 9 months later, I ran over a dolly that someone drop on the freeway, well it slash myfront tire in the side (not repairable) but wait I had the insurance. So I went back and they told me that I was sold used tires (what? nothing said used in the paperwork or did it?) Then they tell me that pat of the code said it is a used tire. Great, so what I don know the codes and besides I did not buy the insurance they SOLD it to me so what has to do with anything I just want a new tire as the insurance promises. Well they tell me that the insurance does not cover used tires. This is when I lost it, they sold me something a use tire without telling me, then they sold me insurance that I could not use (so they stole that money from me). So I said, then reimburse me the insurance cost so I can go some place else and buy a replacement tire. They insisted that it was not possible, so now i am looking to file a consumer fraud case (which by the way is really hard). In any case, goes without saying that I will not be doing business with them EVER again.

I purchased the tires/services online, set up an appointment and it was all carried out when I got there within 30 minutes on a Tuesday morning. My only concern was for the stock of the tires listed online which seems low for some but if you plan in advance it looks like they can either store transfer those tires or set you up at one of their many other OC locations. It has been 2 weeks now, keep you posted!Update 7/11/2018:Had low tire pressure that I drove on(learned my lesson here) that ended up ruining one of the tires. When you purchase them initially, they offer insurance on each tire to replace/repair which I definitely recommend because it saved me when this happened. All I had to do was pay for the re-insurance of a new tire. I love the service here!

This is probably my best experience at a tire shop in my life, and I have been to quite a few. I had some fitment issues because I was putting on new wheels and tires. long story short they took off my oem tires off my oem wheels, put them back on after because my new wheel and tire didnt fit properly, I also asked them to check if my oem wheel was bent after I damaged them and they did it without asking for a fee. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future purchases.

Comment: I came in about 10 minutes after the opened and it was already busy! They were able to explain why my tire couldnt be patched. They helped me find a new tire within my college student price range. Super helpful to someone who knows nothing about cars. They have gain a new client! Yes there will be a wait, but its worth it! They even balanced and rotated my tires for free!!

Comment: My father had a flat on his way to his laboring wife. A 2016 lexus was driven a half a block with a flat tire. American Tire Company DID NOT want to fix it. The EMPLOYEES BEGAN TO BE VERY IRRITATED, EVEN THE MANAGER WAS NOT ON HIS SIDE. Tire was NOT fixed, tread was great! Why did they not want to fix his tire? THIS PLACE IS BULLSH!T.

Comment: They are always busy! So be prepared to wait staff is nice but as with any automotive related business buyer beware & be educated so you dont buy what you dont need. My visit puts my car outta comission for 3+ days because they didnt have the tire in stock my spare has never touched the pavement yet they wouldnt put it on my car because its more than 8 years old. Ridiculous if you ask me also wouldnt put the bad tire back on because of safety concerns even though the tire was purchased from them & has less the 200 miles on it. Meanwhile they attempted to sell me a new spare. Not happy also had an issue where I ended up buying tires online because the price they quoted for another one of my vehicles was over double for the same brand. So as I said before research before you buy.

Comment: Called at 3pm about putting my current tires and sensors on different wheels. They close at 5pm but said if you can come right now, well be happy to do that for you. Get there about 3:30, and they are done by 4:30 (which is less time than they estimated). Also very friendly!

Comment: Service is usually good at most AT stores but Jose from the fullerton location really took care of me. Being a manager, he went out and balanced all 4 of my wheels himself after I told him the trouble I had been having with steering wheel shakes on the freeway. Talked through everything, showed me imperfections I had with my wheel and offered to order me new tires. On top of that, hes down to earth and knows what hes doing. Go see him!

Comment: Ive been having them work on my tires for a few years. Always friendly. The get the work done quickly. If there is a puncture on a tire or other damage they fix it for free. If they have to replace the tire they replace it for free, but they charge for a warranty on the new tire (if you want it). Ive been happy with the quality of tires and their work.

Comment: LOL @ the Google User below for his detailed Lecture on the life expectancy on the rubber compound used on Tires. Thanks Professor.Really though, tires have a life span of over 10 years... it is just not recommended that you use them past 10 years. In fact, no tire shop will service any tire past its 10 year production date.. not sure if its a law or something.On to my experience. I usually go to the Americas Tire in the LBTC as its near my house, but while I was in Fullerton I noticed my tire was almost flat due to a Nail in my tire. I went to this location expecting to pay for them to patch up my tire and to my surprise they did it for free. The manager, whose name I cant remember at the moment, was super cool and helpful. Had me in and out in a little over 30 minutes. Which is really good considering they had other clients that were paying for their service.All in all great customer service.

Comment: Prices are good. Guys in front are good but guys that doing service on your car are terrible. Have gone many times. Always brake or loose something. But I have to admit, when they couldnt fix my tire, they gave me new. But they didnt balance it, and they laying to me that they did. May go back just to buy tires but mount them in another shop.

Comment: Excellent service. I was pressed for time and they worked with me. Got my wheels and mounted them. Plus theyll do 37 inch tires for a good deal compared to other estimates I got. Highly recommend them.

Comment: Prices are not the best as they say. I quoted $170 for 2 tires and on the end i paid $240.They charge to much for labor, 16 each, and they other fees $1,75 $2.5 $11 $13 for each tires, and you have to pay extra money for warranty . On the end, ti is not so cheap. Also, not to friendly, and the brake my cups on both wheels. It is not so cheap.I am not sure that i go again there.

Comment: Picked up a nail that caused a slow leak. They fixed it for free even though I had not purchased the tire from them. Next time that I need tires they will be first on my list to check out!
